Leonia Holistic Destination

The location is good but the service and food are of the worst quality.rooms have a smell when the cleaning is sub standard also room service is horrible asking for menu needed 7 time blame game to reception to others.

Went to the resort for my cousins wedding. For the wedding they booked the resort for two whole days. The location was very far way from the city. Staff was least bothered about the concerns that we had. Room service was not upto mark. We stayed there for 2 days and they offered us the same type of food for those two days. Menu was limited and food was just average nothing worth mentioning.

Trip with family along with children's is okay, but carry swim ware and Air balloon (tube) from outside. Food also u can't buy there but we can go outside and eat. Swiggy and zomato are there to delivery our food, but we have to collect from entry gate. Better to book breakfast while booking the tickets. Swimming pool and rain dance are free amenities remaining are chargeable.

Rooms: spacious but not very well kept or maintained. The wardrobes were smelly and the fabric of chair and linen not very clean looking.
Washroom: the pot in the washroom was crooked, there was no hair drier, the toiletries provided were very minimal.
Service: I had booked an ohbiz room online, and neither at the checkin or booking time i was asked or informed about the view from the room. I ended up with a room on 11 th floor all the way at back with boarded up windows and a building under construction outside, it was horribly claustrophobic.
Location: very far outside the city. 78 km from airport. As it is on the outskirts of the city, and i had a late night flight, considering the safety as i was traveling alone, i had to book their cab service which was too pricy (3200 for just pickup).
Food: it was just below average, nothing i wud look forward to but just something needed to survive!
Spa and wellness centre: i had taken a spa for my back by masseuse Ganga, which was the only good experience here for me. Cost effectiveness: For the prices charged, the services were not at all upto the mark, whether it be for stay or food or experience!

I am very satisfied with the service provided at the Leonia holistic destination in hotel Hyderabad. Manager and his team has arranged a wonderful hospitality for our team. Wonderful experience!

Must visit the place.

It is really far from the city. It’s in the outskirts of the Hyderabad. This place is pretty cool with a large area. It has many indoor activities like carrom, chess, ping pong, snookers and even UNO. They have a go karting and some fun activities. The best part for me is it’s swimming pool which is so damn cool. It has two sliders only one is good. The lunch is also good they had both vegetarian and non vegetarian food. They even provide snacks in the evening. Overall it’s a great place to enjoy with friends and family

Leonia is one of the resorts i hear a lot from people. I have booked 2 suite rooms. The suite rooms doesn't stand up for the amount you pay. Overpriced rooms. Suite room has a fountain next to it. It wasn't clean enough to enjoy the ambiance. Rooms and swimming pool were managed by different parties. So, there exists a communication gap between rooms and swimming staff.

Awesome location. Lots of fun activities and splash area (pool) is lot bigger. Many grounds for playing large groups. Indoor activities are available. Food was ok. Services are good. No dedicated pool as such for kids though.

We had lunch at the Leo Bistro restaurant on Sunday, 18-Dec and after that all of us fell sick with a severely upset stomach.

Very pleasant and nice place to Chill. Rooms are beautiful, pools are wonderful and people around are also great. Lots of corporate events happening in the evening. SPLASH swimming pools is very lively in the evenings. There s an adventure park inside the premises which is also Unique in its own way.overall Good place to Visit and stay.

The place doesn’t have anything other than swimming pool and few games. It has photos from adjacent adventure zone which is quite misleading. Food is decent that’s why the 2 stars

Once upon a time this place was amazing. I recently booked their premium suite, nothing was included in price apart from a room (not the property mistake, thats a website deal). But to my utter dissapontment their was only one restaurant in operation with alacarte menu and it was a price bomb. No activities included, all the adventure games are given to district gravity (adventure arena connected to leonia). I felt not worth the money spent.

Rooms were alright. The toilet was clogged in multiple rooms and the room service people did not understand us when we told them that the toilet was clogged and that it needs to be fixed.
The brought a towel and wiped the floor.
Only the people working at reception can understand English. You will be able to communicate with other staff only if you can speak Telugu/Hindi.
Food was good.

The service is bad during December, better eat food outside at haveli dhaba. It's quite expensive for a 3 star hotel. Ambience is amazing, there is a small water park and a adventure park nearby

It's nice have time with loved ones with lot fun and love with another level of space in life.

In house food is too expensive and quality is extremely pathetic. Food standard needs to be definitely improved.

Resort premises is clean. Food is worst, even the stalls in Hyderabad make tasty food. I have never eat such kind of food in Hyderabad completely pathetic.

Pathetic Hotel, leakage is there in the room. Reception is never receiving calls. Worst Hospitality.

Not well maintained, dust everywhere even on the railings inside. Hotel smells off seepage.

A perfect resort for you and your family. The rooms are spacious and pretty good. The staff is friendly they go every extent to make you happy and feel satisfied. The only con is food that is being served here, ive visited this place so many times but the only area of improvement is food. The go karting at this place is super, me and my family enjoyed it a lot.

Leonia Function Hall, just 1-2 km away from Outer Ring Road junction on Rajiv Rahadari (Away from Twin Cities of Hyderabad-Secunderabad) is well known resort with many AC Function Halls in almost 100acre area r so. Take a service Road towards Ghatkesar/warangal side to reach the place where the security personnel guide u after ascertaining ur Hall etc.
The Hall with podium on one side is suitable for 100 r above guests. The disgusting part being Wash Room cum Toilet so narrow and maitainance was also not up to the mark. When some body is relieving himself of natural call, a feet away in the back, 2 Wash basins make very disappointing scene to use. Faulty design by all means.
Parking also was difficult as we were asked to park on Road only.
Host can have his own Food arrangements I believe as that day a big electronic display indicated the caterer.
Many functions do take place including New Year eve one need to reserve in advance.

There after service is very bad. By mistake I left one item there in one of the room. Called them they confirmed that they have found it. Ask them if they can courier it but they said not possible. So i tried all the possible scenarios but was not able to get any courier server to do that. After some days i got one courier who can get it from them and deliver to me bu then they are saying that now they not able to find it. Comedy irony "item was lost from lost and found". Now they are not replying properly and telling me they are not able to find the item. Very bad way to handle there ex customer. There whole staff is not helpful even when I was there. Worst place to be and not worth the price.

Compare to last visit very poor amenities. No water games, some restaurants closed, ignored surrounding neatness. Food quality average. Very less staff.

Need to go, wonderful place to visit in any season peaceful place for every occasion every one evening time

I prefer Leonia over other resorts mainly because of their best hospitality. I was able to do a hassle free late check in and check out on request. Room service was able to provide good baby food in middle of the night which made a huge difference. They surprised us with amazing decorations and a delicious cake for my wife’s birthday at free of cost. They guided us very well regarding activities that we can try within the resort for next day.

Always having an attitude of trying to help and support, especially from Mr. Murali and Mr. Panda at Celestia Suites was just great. Anytime they are the go to people I should say when you’re planning to visit Leonia.

Coming to downside, I felt staff were a bit short in sun and moon restaurant for breakfast to serve a bit faster but overall quality still remained good and was an amazing experience to stay in the resort. Loved our stay and will remain as one beautiful memory. Thanks again Murali and Panda for making it happen.

Sun and moon afternoon staff is very poor in customer service, they keep you waiting even for giving the menu card and manager automatically assumes the order is already placed, bathroom cleanliness is very poor for 8k per day room rate.

A luxurious spacious place to spend a weekend.but maybe owing to pandemic, maintenance has gone poor compared to my 4 yr back visit.

Loved the day package experience. The food served here is very good here (lunch - buffet). The staff is also very polite, truly had a great experience.

Perfect weekend getaway, all you need at one place, rain dance, leo splash, go karting was fun, food finger livking, huge varieties. Only thing i felt, it was over crowded. Not a romantic place.

It was nice place for family day out and for staying. But as of now due to pandemic not all operational are functional.

District gravity at leonis resorts is very nice place to visit with family. Very good adventure games longest zip lip of hyd rope course all r great games

Good for a holiday outside the city in the greens. Recreational and adventure areas are good. Only issue is food. Food is not worth it and taste is really bad.

We went Leonia for a weekend getaway, and it was a pleasant experience.
All facilities were not available due to the current situation of COVID such as the water park.

Service was good, and the dinner buffet was too good.

Looks a graveyard and a breeding nest for cockroaches. Everything is overpriced and the putrid stench is so potent I could smell it from my ears.

A good place for vacation and we can spend time there with our friends and family. We can play Cricket and some other games. We have theatres also there.

It was a great experience staying in Leonia Holistic Destination! We had quality time. It is a true 5 star hotel with all kind of facilities. Great restaurants, playground, cinema hall, play zone, swimming pool. Great interior with secure place. Food experience was awesome. Tried different cuisines. Large conference room with all kind of facilities. Internal transport was nicely decorated and well maintained.

It's a great please to visit with family as well as friends. Good hospitality. Fantastic receiption.

Not a great option for a special occasion. While booking no information given in terms of what facilities are there and what all facilities are operational or not? Multiple glitches:
1. Room provided near fire exit, in an isolated place, had to upgrade to a suite at a differential amount.
2. Ordered lunch, firstly nobody to attend, secondly service quite slow and order not delivered. (Later on the reception calls to cover up by adjusting the upgraded room rate on the food charges)
3. Inspite of mentioning that we are celebrating our anniversary, nothing done exclusively (which most hotels do as a gesture)
Overall understandable that due to Covid, they seem to be short of staff as well. Till the situation doesnt normalize will no recommend anyone as it has nothing operational.

It was a okay stay just to be away from home. The maintenance has came down literally, never thought that a five star resort can be like this. Oh biz premier room is not the worth of price what we pay and also the room service. We stayed for two days and for the second day we got the upgrade to celestia suites. This is somewhat better when compared to oh biz but the washrooms were stained so badly from the hard water of that area don't know why they are not serious about the maintenance.
Next comes to food, we have booked including breakfast which is a buffet breakfast. I would say this is the best part of the stay. Lunch and dinner again buffet. If we want to order ala carte again most of the items listed in their menu are again from the buffet spread. If the expectations are not much then you'll not regret, mine was the third visit to them so I can see the difference. Swimming pool, gym and spa are not open because of the covid restrictions.
Nearest places you can visit is keesaragutta and shamirpet lake.

One of the best place. Where you can get all fun with peace of mind. Food and staff is very good.
