Had a great experience with life cell team. To start with Lifecell has a good informative handbook to help us understand different aspects of stem cells. They didn’t rush through with the aim of selling a product, they have gone through the handbook again, all my questions were answered satisfactorily. All the available were clearly explained so that we can pick the right ones.
Coming to the process of collecting the stem cells, one of their para medics Ms Rekha was assigned. We didn’t have a timeline on when the delivery could happen, Rekha made sure that she is checking on the status frequently. She stayed back in the hospital overnight, to collect the sample at around 10 am in the morning the next day. Impressed by the commitment and dedication of the team. I had come to know about LifeCell from one of my relative, My wife delivered my baby last week and the team from LifeCell collected baby's blood sample and stem cells from umblical cord. I am very happy and satisfied with the service.
