My daughter is 48 days baby & she has got infected by cough, cold. Initially we couldn't identify her problem as a big issue but after observing her heavy breathing, we went to hospital in night.she was observed with low levels of SPO2 say 87% to 90%.

she was immediately admitted in ICU with oxygen support, HFNC etc. It has been identified as Rhino virus & baby health has been safely recovered within 7 days by Drs in this hospital.

One of the best well maintained hospital for women and children. Dr satish ganta is a great doctor! He is very understanding and listens to all my concerns patiently and took utmost care for my kid's treatment. We really appreciate the reception staff, they were so polite and supportive. Nursing staff is very good and dedicated. Overall treatment is excellent. Thank u so much for all for helping us to recover soon.

Treatment is good and nurses takes care of kids very well.dr Sankeerth and Dr Sathish are really good at creating a friendly environment with kids and does deep observations. I really appreciate the treatment. People from reception (Adil and Hari) are really helpful and friendly in nature.

Worst hospital and we cheated by the hospital (Mammalni mosam chesaru) Today 1st September 2022 I’ve booked an appointment for my 10 days old son. The doctor name is Mehul A Shah. But, when we went inside we spoke with the doctor and came out. Later knew that h is not Dr. Mehul A Shah. We were shocked, Later we asked receptionist she told us that he is one of the team members of Dr. Mehul A Shah. What is this? Naku doubt vostundi asalu Dr. Mehul A Shah garu Nijjam gane hospital lo work chestunnara? Lekapothe ayana peru cheppukoni veellu people ni mosam chestunnara ani. Maku chala chala badha ga undi. Ma papam thappakunda thakutadi.

Excellent service by Doctors, Reception, staff. Best peditric doctors.i recommend to visit this place

I am very happy with doctors treatment and explanation about the issue. Please take little bit care about ward rooms maintenance. Ward nurses should be expected as more experienced and proactive.

రూమ్ లో బెడ్స్ బాగోవు, వాష్ రూమ్స్ మెయింటెనెన్స్ అస్సలు బాగాలేవు, nurses నిర్లక్ష్యం, కమ్యూనికేషన్ గ్యాప్. మా పాపని అడ్మిట్ చేసి జస్ట్ ర్వేషన్ లో ఉంచితేనే 20,000/- అయింది. పేషంట్ కి కప్పుకోడానికి బ్లాంకెట్ కూడా ఇవ్వరు, అడిగితే తెలియదు అంటారు. ఫెసిలిటీస్ తక్కువ ఫీజులు ఎక్కువ. ఇక్కడికి వచ్చే ముందు ఒక్కసారి ఆలోచించుకుని రాగలరు

We didn't choose this hospital but we were referred to go here.

They have amazing doctors such as Dr. Mehul Shah in Nephrology and Dr. Satish ghanta in Neonatology.

Best care given by sisters in NICU and doctors counsel the parents daily on the progress.

We had a need to see both Dr. Mehul Shah and Dr. Satish.

I recommend this for best NICU care for newborns if there are complications.

Unlike any other hospital, they have best Billing dept and the staff there are quite friendly, accommodative too.

One of worst service there, staffs are feeling they run the hospital.they can't even understand the emergency situation.

I was asked to wait for the dr. Cause of my first visit, despite telling them it's an emergency.

This was the third visit we had to this hospital. Even after taking the appointment we had to wait for 2 hours to reach the doctor yet we didn't get to meet our consultant Dr. Mehul Shah yet, but got to meet Dr. Yasmin, that too after i argued with the management about making us wait for so long. The sisters were sending even people who came after us. There is no first come first serve here. When we met her, her way of talking and sarcasm was so annoying. No proper response no proper explanation. But then we waited for Dr. Mehul Shah again after meeting him the way he explained, gave us more courage and strength. Just caus of Dr. Mehul shah I'm giving this 5 star rating to this hospital or else this management does not deserve even 1 star rating.

Administration is worst. If doctor is not coming not even informing about cancellation of appointments. I got appointment at 10 and reached there at around 9: 3am and when asked about consultation they said doctor is not coming and not been informed earlier to me about that. After some time they said doctor is coming and at 1: 30 pm i got consultation. No proper queue mechanism, sending randomly to people some time. Worst experience. We are coming with kids/infants to hospital so please maintain some timing to avoid this type of experience.

Visited for my child treatment, I’m no expert but doctor seem to have suggested way too many medications for small treatment.

This is the most commercial hospital I’ve seen. Doctors are very professional and the treatment is good. But, the management is worst. They don’t even care for the doctor’s words. Unhygienic to stay but they do charge for that. Billing department person is very harsh to deal with.

Yesterday I went to hospital and some blood tests, Ultra Sound scanning (Not available in hospital) suggested, and we have done it. When it went to hospital today (within 24hrs), again they are asking us to pay consultantation fee again to see reports, Lab section persons behaviour is not good. They are shouting when we went for reports.
Reception person behaviour also not fair.

Satish doctor is awesome.with his info on we have visited his hospital which is 24×7 available for children's.

We requested for Dr. Mehul Shah appointment and they gave appointment today (Dec 13). This appointment is after 2 years of my previous visit (Jan 2020). I called up on Saturday to re-check for doctor availability and appointment confirmation. Front office staff knows that Doctor Mehul Shah is not available on Dec 13th as one of the receptionist said on call but some other guy took the phone from her and said to come on 13th and Doctor Mehul Shah will be available. We are very disappointed by the way the front office gave false information.

Hi. I had an excellent experience at little star hospital. My treating doctor. Dr Satish and the entire team of doctors are very competent. The best part is they conduct counselling sessions daily and make you aware and informed about every detail. Overall very good hospital

Hospital is very very much commercial.ins aspects of medicines.

Very few experienced sisters they have mostly there sistrs/Nurses are interns who come for experience here to experiment with our child

Rooms are not as they charge.sharing room doesn't have proper bathroom doors n locks.no proper plug points. I have photos as well.

Because of nurse ignorance my child port line got blocked n need to pay extra for all the surgical items which got used to check n re port the new needle which was around 2500 in just one hour.
Hospital doesn't allow to purchase medicine from outside.n medicine are too high when compare to outside.

Only good is doctors have good experience.

Very bad experiance with this hospital. Their charges are too high. I admitted my son and their OT and ICU charges are too high. Rooms are not upto the mark as per the charges. No parking, for patent family wating area is very bad. For every thing like medicine, blood, lab you have to run and pay separately for it. When my son was in ICU I have to sleep in my car as they don't give any place. Account department are very rude behaviour.

Dr.mehul shah sir (nephrologist) treated and guided well.more over very patience in handling patients.he explained well about my daughters problem.and guided.under his guidance my daughter was felt very much comfort.moreover Dr.chendrashekaran (pediatri urology surgeon) too supported us well.excellent guider.pls if any child is suffering from nephro prob.pls do visIt Dr.mehul shah sir.dnt neglect ur health.here in hospital staff too r very good.very supportive excellent services. I whole hearted Wish all the best in future

Please don't go for any therapies or assignments they not at all follow up with us, first they will say that they will only call and fix the appointments later they not at all fix total time waste.
I Hope satish sir dont know this all things happening in there environment.

Doctors are gud. But worst waiting area.they accomodate attenders patients more than 50 persons in a room. With no AC. No other chance to wait for kid parents other than waiting in suffocating room.

Throught out it is observsed, doctors efforts to my baby is very very appresisble, and more tank you to all staff aspeaicilly nursing staff in picu. Once again tanq to all.

We have been very lucky to have Dr. VVS Chandrashekharam and Dr Mehul Shah and their team of doctors for my 2year baby boy surgery. They and their team have done excellent job, and both the doctors are very experienced and pateint in understand and answering all our concerns.
All the nurses and supporting staff are doing amazing job.
Only con is with the rooms. They can b better.

2 mistakes till now in my baby case.

One test report which cost 3000 not yet come from 6 months.

No refund.
No proper response.

Second one very danger one.

Doctor mentioned cream in prescription.
But medical shop staff given wash.

If same thing happened in tablets.
What was my baby condition?

I won't visit this hospital again.

Best please for kids.all doctors and staff very polite.i visit here for my son 4 year name pratyaksh.he is suffring from nufrotic syndrom kidny related problem.we cunsult here to dr.mehul shah.he is next to god for us.very nicely handle our case and give genuine advice and now my child is almost cured.thanks to little star hospital & management and thanks.dr.mehul shah sir

We came to this hospital after consulting doctors in multiple cities, as they have the best doctors. Truly speaking, Dr. VVS Chandrashekharan and Dr Mehul Shah are awesome. They are so much experienced and still are so comfortably approachable. Their team of doctors, hospital nurses and sanitation staff are also doing a great job. We received more than expected consultations, clear explanation of surgical procedure and pre-estimation on charges etc.
The only con I can say is, the room can be better for the price. I understand the rooms are under renovation but still can be better.

I admitted my kid for ALL treatment. Dr Ramana & Dr Mehul sir were very efficient & handled the situation in a excellent way. Big Thanks to both of them. The issue is with the management, because TPA team is inefficient & due to incapability of them & not completed the formalities in total one day & forced to stay back in hospital without any purpose. Very pathetic & disappointed, as management is least bothered to attend the issue on time.
