I had my hair karatin done here. Very bad experience. It spoiled all my hair. I even went and said about that she simply ignored saying take lorial shampoo. That doesn't even make sense. And even after that i had so much of hair loss. Iam really very disappointed about that service. And i have decided not to go again.

When I went the first time it was good, I was happy. But the second time I went there, the service was bad and they overcharged me as well. Definitely not getting my eyebrows done there. Hated it. Won't visit again and suggest everyone not to either.

I had high expectations with the Some….
I got my keratin done through a coupon code in near buy but after a wash my hair is as normal as before.
The day i went for keratin the whole process generally takes 3 hours or so but here i was not assisted for more than 1 hr because of the electricity issues they have. I was left with the liquid on my head for 2 hrs waited for long time for electricity. I was patiently sitting thr because i just wanted my hair to get done.i went to their salon at 1’o clock in the afternoon and the process got done at 6 in the evening.
People are sweet and everything but the other factors are not at point at all.
I have got keratin treatment before also my hair was so well done by other salon but this one was not good at all.
My hair again became frizzy and curly.
I know keratin doesn’t make ur hair very straight but keratin naturally makes the hair smooth and a lil straight.
I don’t recommend this salon. My money got wasted.
Keratin costed 4000 after discount at this salon

Have been visiting this saloon for around 4 months. Earlier there used to more experienced guys who used to provide good service. Now they got all the new guys who are learning and experimenting on us. This was my go to saloon earlier. Not now
