Worst hospital, avoid to go to this hospital they're are just looting our hard earned money and when i asked about the bill and charges they are adding in my bill they are not replying properly and talk like goons they even don't no how to talk, and many people booked cases on the hospital i saw on various media channels.
Doctors and patientd are very friendly with our kid. Responding quick at any time. Explination was good about my queries. Over all satisfied and must recommended for pediatric.
Some tests example CT scan and MRI they are not claiming under bhadrata insurance.when insurance is there, u people should give for whole treatments.some tests they are charging.i don't like. Billing person is doing very late process while admission and discharge also. Handrub 100 ml they are charging 245 rupees. They are taking more than triple amount in handrub . Food for children is not good. They are giving cold and plum forming vegetables to patient.lights connection in room is having disturbance.overall service of brothers are too excellent.night duty and day duty brothers are attending to patient in fraction of seconds after calling bell. Brothers service i don't have words to tell, they are loving and caring towards patients.
Heard a lot but pathetic experience. Delay in tests, postponement for the days to pass. No information about specialist doctor, neurologist, until repeated queries. Staff were good and polite except one or two. PRO is great. Consultant doctors are good but lack of specialist on time and no proper information also regarding the same.
Visited the Lotus Lakdikapul hospital for our 3 months old baby for normal Nasal block and Cough complaints.
With out even examining the baby, Dr Anusha Allam suggested for PA view x-ray. After the receipt of x-ray just by having normal glance at scan asked to admit the baby in hospital immediately as x-ray shows lungs infection and it is life risk for baby.
We know it is a normal nasal block and cought, which was cured in a day after getting Cold, Cough and Nasal drops from local pediatrician. This doctor Anusha Allam is just fooling the parents by creating fear and inducing for unecessary admission of infants, there by looting in hefty bills.
Just avoid this cheating hospital who just concern on looting the money.
I am writing this review after 2 times admission of my Son. In 2018 ICU admission shortage of medical equipment observed, they remove instrument from patients and keep for other patients by keeping risk of other patients. 2022, September 17, my son admitted in to hospital, rooms are full of cokroches and bugs. No one is accountable and responsible, billing, house keeping and nursing no one follows rules what they have framed and pasted everywhere in hospital. I have videos of cockroches roming freely in patient rooms. Treatment is good but experience in hospital is horrible. Doctors advice discharge in the morning 9 to 11 and discharge summary ready by 4 pm, insurance and billing team keep on bluffing, it's going sir, done sir, if you go to billing desk, you will be surprised that it's not at all touched. All bluffs and lies.
We consulted Dr. Prasad garu for my 14Yrs Son when suffering from normal fever without any further issues and they done all tests including Dengue, CRP reports recd immediately and surprisingly they insisted to admit hospital as CRP high, we declined, Medicines prescribed “Crocin 500” after Rs. 5,600 tests, very cheating hospital, We tested later at outside, CRP normal only, Lotus Lab reports may uncertain,
This corporate lotus hospital in one word I can say government hospital far better, I had very bad experience. Krishna children hospital very very good which is just half kilometers to this hospital.
1. With Patient attender they won't treat proper manner. 2. Non medical they charge much more which won't cover in insurance. It will be 1/4 of total bill. 2. More security guards you can see, Security guards behavior and treatment with attendees like govt hospital. They are rude and don't allow to see his patient. It may be hospital rules and guidelines. 3. After discharge my son in 4 days span he got fever. No proper treatment.
Worst experience from this hospital, no proper attention towards patient, billing department is very irresponsible, I will not suugest this hospital for any children.
Hi. I have admitted my niece to Lotus hospital lakdi ka pool. Highly satisfied with the staff service and the way nurse and doctors co operate but the worst part is they are more towards making useless bills and taking money. Mentioning useless things to the bill while we didn't even asked to do. Unwanted things are being added to the bill just to increase your billing amount. Completely disappointed with this kind of work.
Doctors are very good but the staff is worst. Administration is not at all good
1) I have visited Kukatpally branch many times for my babys paediatric consultation every time I book an appointment prior though they will ask to wait for more than 1 and half hour. If we ask why is this happening every time that they say there are many walk-ins today.then what is the purpose of prior appointment 2) today we visited lakdikapul branch and we have taken prior appointment with Dr. V S V Prasad sir.but the recetion ppl says doc is not available till evening as there is examination going on.i questioned them if the schedule is already planed how cum they booked appointment then the Receptionist was just sorry.i argued with them at leat they would have dropped a message if doc is not avalible why to wast our time, then the manager came and he checked with doc availablity and we had our checkup done 3) meanwhile i had an oppt with gynec in same branch the doc was very good but again the staff is worst.doc was examining me and the lady who was beside doctor to help her was a dum candidate not able to understand doctors instructions.doctor was also irritated with her 4) Doctor suggested for a scan and visit again with the reports, as i visited from far i requested if i can go for scan now if scan person is avalible and send the reports through mail she was very much ok and hemalata mam (may be incharge) has said scan mam is avalible i can go for scan now before that i need to pay the scan bill.the game starts with staff here i) i went to reception for billing he took almost 20 min for my single bill and did not do the scan bill neither he informed the scan ppl at lab reception ii) again went to nurse beside the doc cabin as they want to enter some details she asked me to go to scan and asked me the bill i have given what ever is ther with me she was like this is for other test which is done by doc and asked me to get the bill done for scan and blood test iii) again went to reception and asked for the bill for tests how he saw the file and started billing again he did billing for blood test not for the scan, this took again 10 to 15 min.he asked me to go down stairs and check the for scan.iv) again the nurse want to enter some thing in record from my bill may be.as far as i know they all are new joies they dont even know what to enter in the record from the doctor prescription and also not able to handle the patient file they are just doing timepass with the file.v) as its lunch time i was worried if the scan doc is avalible or not then i just asked in the louder way are you taking me to scan or you will do time pass with my file then the nurse says can you tell in hindi and they guided me to scan it almost took 10min to discuss with them.vi) by the time i went down at scan area the ppl says no one has informed them about scan and the lady left jut now vii) when i questioned them they where like the lady left what can i do.i said after doc checkup it almost took me 40 min here only qt the billing and nurse place why did you not informed me or scan lady about the bscan which would save our time they were like sorry mam sorry mam viii) when i asked for the manager who was guiding me to take gynec oppt was not avalible in receiption the ppl where not sure where he is ix) finally how lazy and careless the staff was when i was asking if i can atleast get the reports to my mobile then they said yes and i crosschecked my mobile number it was entered WRONG.it has only 9 numbers.cant they type correctly by seeing in the registration from X) payed 100 for registration fee 600 for consultation and around 3 thousand for other tests wast for money no solution. Just waiting if I get a call atleast for the tests which i have done. TOTALLY BAD EXPERIENCE AND WAST IF TIME DUE TO STAFF AND NO SOLUTION ALSO.

My experience with the Lotus hospital is excellent specially Dr Prasad and Dr Jeelani team Rockssssss they are extraordinary. I share my personal experience with u all my daughter 14months old she suffers with cold and cough den we move to some X Hospital to show her but unfortunately they said she is suffering from high cold due that she is unable to breathe she has to admit in ICU I said ok after 1 day in hospital in morning councelling doctor said she is in critical stage after giving oxigen also she is unable to breathe she has keep with the ventilator after listening this iam shocked and totally lost from this world then sudden my cousin rush to hospital and ask me take discharge from dis hospital and will take her to Lotus hospital iam telling you na with in two days in ICU my daughter shifted to general ward and in 1 day she discharged from the hospital. At last I would say we have many hospitals in Hyderabad but Lotus hospital is in other level boss compare to others hospital I truly recommend others parents to experience with the Lotus hospital.
Went for Full body checkup with prior intimation. No one knows how to handle. Receptionist was little better. Spoke to someone and started the process. I was treated as if I'm the very first person to undergo this test. Lab person doesn't know what test to do and much concerned about billing. I have clearly explained what is PME and our company has tie-up with them. I was made to wait 5 hrs for Doctor to come and do ultrasound scan. Totally unprofessional way of handling customer. I'm going to write my unpleasant and unhappy experience to my corporate office also. I used to get this test done at Apollo hospital e every year without any issue.
The overall experience was good. The treatments and tests to be done were mentioned before the admission process and the reason for doing the tests were mentioned as well in advance. The care given to the child was good.
Very Bad Experience My daughter had got fits so she was admitted in lotus children's hospital. No treatment is available on time delays everything, One Day For Blood Test, One Day For EEG, Three Days For MRI Just have to increase the hospital bill and day's. NO EXPRIANCE DOCTORS.
Money minded hospital. They loot money like anything. Just visited for a normal flue then they admitted for 5 days and did all the tests what they have machines. One of the worst hospitals in Hyderabad.
Doctors, nursing staff behavior and services in this hospital are good. We may face some difficulty with trainees, but we can understand that, because that is how learning curve of medical field.
But the billing department in this hospital is very bad, ruthless and no humanity at all, of course they are just front faces of their corporate management. And if you are with insurance they ask your max limit and try to take advantage of that, they don't hesitate to manage reports too. They have given me very hard time in discharge formalities. My baby was born in vizag lotus hospital. There everything went well. But Hyderabad branches don't have related records when i ask, not sure in which era they are maintaining their software. Lakidakapul branch i would never recommend to anyone.
Worst ever experience i had with Hospital administration team, many people told me not admit in this hospital, because of experience Doctors i admitted here. They are looting people like anything. Before i admission their commitments are different, post admission they will screw your life anything. Female staff in administration are too rude and speaking Volgograd language with patient attendants. I need explanation from Hospital management otherwise i will sue in court.
I would have given - rating to this as this is one of the worst hospitals u might have seen my personal and humble suggestion is don't go here they are only money minded waste fellows worst service
It is worst hospital. They need only money do not bother about patients problems, if you admit with Insurence card they will claim entire your insurance amt.
My Son suffered viral infection and the fever was varying. We tried giving paracetamol every 6 hrs during these days, but the fever was not coming down altogether. So we decided to visit the doctor. Based on the Practo rating and reviews we opted to visit Lotus children's hospital, Lakdikapul, Hyderabad and took appointment with Dr. VSV Prasad on 17th November 2021.
They only have the option to scare you and get the child admitted at their hospital, no matter whatever the condition could be, so be knowledgeable enough before even visiting such hospitals. First and foremost thing is, not to get panic when the doctors and the staffs explain you the severity and don't come to conclusion immediately. Take some time and cross verify with other known sources before even thinking of admission.
The hospital is totally money oriented and they charge very abruptly. The blood investigations they did for my kid finally concluded to be dengue positive. They are very reluctant to share the reports and the facts as it is. Frankly speaking, the transparency is very less and they scare you like anything about the patient condition, no matter whatever could be the actual condition.
We would never suggest/recommend/ anyone /visit this hospital whatsoever in future.
Generally, neither the negative anticipations, nor the false positive opinions about the patient condition will help anyone at the patient side, rather it will worsen the condition. If they can be transparent and factual and give positive possibilities, that would certainly help the patient side.
Please do take care of your loved ones with as much precautions as possible and try to keep good health than to get into most difficult /pathetic situations.
One will lose money like water and will finally be utter helpless. This is for sure, if they visit this place.
Worst hospital.if you are planning to go to this hospital be prepared ro pay every attendent who helps you during your stay.be prepared to get un hygienic bedsheets.un responsive.no responsibility regarding the patient.u have to followup on everything on your own. Their job is only to give the treatment and get paid.
If you are expecting proper care from these people you won't be getting it.
Hospital is so good, very hygienic, caring wise good in all aspects, Dr.sujatha is my surgeon for my wife, who is very caring and kind about her patients so good in her skills and the pediatricians are very concerned about all the kids, the nursing staff is very kind and patience. She was able to manage herself and new born without my mother help, over all it is the best hospital in city.

Worest experience in the hospital no doctors available on time and they just charged 22thousand for a single day just for fever and gave same paracetamol medicine the 1day room rent is 5000 and they didn't even provided the medicine in that 20k don't visit the hospital they are fully money minded.and don't even the problem gets cured
We admitted my son suffered with cough, but nursing service was very poor, senior doctors and junior doctors gud. 5 year back we came here that time treatment is good but now change all system, now time waste to come this hospital for pediatrics treatment. We discharge today with un happy.
Very worst experince especially dr.annapurna who is child specilst even baby is healthy they would keep them in ventilator i would recommend not go for delivery and new born baby care
Zero Rated Hospital. I don't prefer this hospital to anyone. Very very worst treatment. Even doctors don't have coordination to give treatment to patients. Giving diffrence treatment and looting money.
Chor hospital, we went to this place with normal fever, they told there is problem in brain n asked us to pay 2lakh, n when we are going they charged 1800 fee for OP.
My son admitted on 10th of August due to high fever Doctors and nurses took care of my son excellently and recovered my son within 4 days once again thankyou lotus hospital for excellent service.
Doctors are very experienced and patient friendly. Dr.sujatha madam and Dr afshan madam treatment is excellent and we got baby delivered by natural birth. Every member of staff were very supportive through out the process and we strongly recommend this hospital for maternity treatment.
Appointments were given as per convenience. Hospital equipped with top class facilities. Doctors are friendly. My wife has been consulted Dr Sujatha Madam and she was given required guidence during pregnancy. Dr.prasad has given wonderful support to the kid. Nursing, House keeping and security are very good in their roles.

It was very nice experience being in this hospital. Kids are treated with utmost priority and service is also too good. Frequent visits happen by duty doctors, nurses, experience team, security team and others. Overall I'm too happy to bring my kid over here and get him treated with Dengue Fever. It was a very good experience. The way you people treated my daughter I am impressed. Entire staff from nursing doctors to management is experienced and trained enough to take care of my daughter. We have been consulting Doctor Sri VSV Prasad garu and Lotus Hospital Lakdikapool since 15 years, one of the best doctor taking care of our children. The facilities like lab, room, water, food etc are very good. Nurses and Staff attends the patients promptly.
We admitted our son for UTI which is complicated. Dr. V. S. V. Prasad garu and his team treated very well. All the hospital staff were v. Nice. They responded to our queries politely. We stayed for 5 days in that hospital, throughout the 5 days we dint find any difficulty in terms of treatment, hospitality, food, etc.
