Very much commercial. Too much consultations fees. Just that u have best doctors u have to pay this much. Dr kamalakar n dr kedar foe which i may refer this hospital. Staff is so so. Main concern is, doctors prescription helps patient to recover is minimum 5 days. But the time period to revisit for same issue is 4 days here. Whereas other hospital provide 7 days. Which helps to see the recovery in patient and if not helpful to get further treatment. Paying high consultation charges and for same illness treatment u may need to pay twice or thrice too if not cured. Management should look into this. It's literally loot. And parents also should ask for this to change, but for us it's like accha treatment chahiye to Dena hi padega, this should change. And the blood sample collecting team is so non experienced.

We have consulted Dr. Kamalakar at lotus hospital Kukatpally branch. Our queries regarding baby growth and other concerns were answered with crisp and clear reasoning. So felt pretty confident.
Doctors are good and attentive. But dont dare to visit this hospital if you do not have insurance. They suck last drop of your blood. Rooms are not clean and comfortable. There is no charging point available in the rooms. Their staff are not empathetic. They will ask you to come and pay bills even when you are attending your kid.
My baby finger got crashed and we have came to lotus hospital for treatment and for taking XRay they have taken more 1hr, since the person who takes xray was not in the hospital and they don't have another guy. The most pity thing is main doctor is also not there on weekdays and at the evening time, very wworst hospital we visited, my baby finger got orst hospital ever visited. One of good doctors for paediatric but the management is worst. They give you an appointment but sick children wait for more than 1 hour. I never see a display for next patient

For one day they have charged 24000/- in which given medicines MRP is not matching with any of the summary provided by hospital. Also no proper service given only 1 time duty doctor has came and not even checked baby

The Op rates are quite different in the weekends they are charging 850rs and weekdays 650 or 550. For treatment we need pray for God. No wonder in getting less rating for this hospital. With appointment they charge: 600 without appointment they charge: 750. And sincere readiest to the management is to change the assistant of Dr Kedar. That lady doesn’t know how to respond to the people. And better train all the staff about hospitality

Have visited the hospital for peadritician he have visited after 9pm and they have taken the consulation fee of 750rs and registration fee of 100rs.very expensive the management said the fee is 500rs before 9pm
I have visited for the first time, it was very bad experience that they charge more for op, also they have three different methods for extra pay, without appointment they charge extra, for registration they charge extra, for op they charge extra, also very arrogant staff in the reception. But bad in good doctor kamalakar is very good and treating the people and making very friendly conversation if we have any doubt about baby health. Can go to the hospital only for his treatment.
I went for to this hospital for my 2 year old daughters treatment who is suffering from typhoid and took appointment with Kedar, not sure if he is a doctor, for typhoid he is suggesting for an admission really I have so many words to say, but in one line these hospitals and doctors are only worried about money and not worried about patients, so I highly recommend people never visit such hospitals and dr (he is not a doctor) Kedar is really not worth. Also coming to the lab staff they are not well trained and they are not able to take the blood also. One more important thing is the billing section, after Kedar said to take the admission (I denied and asked Kedar what are they going to do after admission, he simply said we will keep on observation and give medicines, so I simply denied and jst checked with billing section what would be the charges for admission, he straight away asked if I have the insurance and the billing depends on the insurance, what shame on you guys playing with patients and interested only for money and their business. I never visit such hospitals and highly recommend others not to visit these kind of hospitals and irresponsible doctors in such hospitals.

Front office lady is arrogant she don't even how to talk with parents who are coming for consultation. Third class nurse service and there is no maintenance at weighing machine for children (no sanitisation). Rating only for maintenance.
Super satisfied with the hospital and staff and especially with the treatment of Dr. NVS Mahalaxmi gynecologist garu We consulted Mahalaxmi madam in the 8th month pregnancy of my wife and we are very much happy with her way of explaining the things and her calmness
during the delivery also she encouraged my wife so much and because of Mahalaxmi madam and the supporting staff my wife delivered normally and finally we are blessed with the baby girl Thanks to Mahalaxmi madam and staff
Lotus hospital is good for looking with white paint & colour full name board but treatment is zero no doctors doctors r hire with third class doctors on hourly basis no lab it's also third party no sufficient staff & nurses if u go there waste of money staff nurses r the doctors in Lotus JNTU hospital. They charge for everything but not for the treatment only for the staff looks tobe good hardly awaiting 4 last 6 hrs but i can't seen the doctors for last 6 hrs
At least one doctor is fear mongering here, he scared me saying that kid has pneumonia when the kid wasn't even having high temperature.
This hospital doesn't even have in-house technicians. If you want to get your x-ray done, they will outsource the services of a technician from outside, until the technician comes you will have to wait. I walked away after waiting for one hour.

Its a totally a fruad vaccination center. Please don't book your slot in this hospital. Me and my family went for co-waxin today. They were about to give us a preloaded vaccine which is refrigerated and saying that this was the protocol given to them. We asked them to just to open the fresh syringe and the cowaxin bottle infront on us, but they denied. And then we told them we are not interested, asked for refunding. They are not even refunding and forcing us to take that preloaded vaccine (which we don't know what it is). The receptionist was soo rude with us not only her the total staff are not accepting our words instead shouting on us. Then after a big fight they refunded.
Please make sure that what vaccine they are giving to you and make sure they maintain proper hygiene.
Two years back i.e 2019 last quarter we joined our nephew (4 years) for fever they said it's blood infection we need to join immediately, they kept us for 4 days they charged 40,000 and baby was not recovering so when we asked for discharge they said bady caught dengue now his platelet count decreasing and asked us to stay, when we insisted to leave they made us sign a copy that they are not responsible. In lotus we felt doctors interaction (senior or junior) and nurses, staff monitoring is poor. Facilities are good, seperate lavish chair for mother/father/attendee, high tech stuff etc but lack of doctors and staff commitment to patient are drawbacks.
We shifted to another hospital with in 2 days he recovered and that too they charged quarter of the amount of lotus. Here I liked the frequent visits of junior as well as senior doctors and nurses took a very good care.

I want to give 0 start but not possible to give the zero star because in this Hospital purely doing the business with patient. Doctors, nurse and admin staff they don't have knowledge in their field they just know how to pull the money from patients so friends in any emergency don't go to this Hospital simply they are thinking patient, who are come to their hospital, they can ready to bare expensive treatment so even i.e cure with simple treatment. Very bad experience. Highly commercial hospital with ethics. They make you commit for some package and exploit the situation to the extreme. I would like to narrate my experience here. My son got hurt with deep cut on nose while playing, so rushed to this hospital. After investigation decided for stitches and asked for package amount x plus pharmacy and lab tests extra. Then I bargained for discount they convinced me for the same package but included labs tests in the package and pharmacy extra for which I agreed. After the process was over I paid committed amount and bought medicines and surgery items separately. Now the story started. I was asked to pay lab tests charges. I questioned the same. The explanation by the reception guy was they reduced the no of tests as part of the discount. Which was absurd. They said actually 4 tests were required but only 1 test was done and discounted 3 tests. The carried test was HIV for 7 yrs boy, but results were not shared till date after repeated requests. Again they charged few extra items. Then I don’t understand the meaning of package. My sincere request is be careful while agreeing on package and be clear on inclusions and exclusions in writing. Avoid if there is any alternative
Waste hospital especially billing team who is sitting in lakdikapul madam is very senseless and speaking rudely. Doctors are good kedar kamalakar mallikarjunreddy. But the billing team was worst and making the bills without treatment.
99% Nurses are real Junk. Dont know how to draw blood for kids. They inject needle & rotate needle under skin left-right in 180 degrees hoping needle may touch nerve & give blood. When the patient mother shouted at them, new nurse came in. But still 5 Nurses did same thing for 2yrs old kid, made him suffer more.

Treatment from Staff nurse not at all good.they don't even know how to treat Phototherepy for 4 days baby. (Doctors Treatment is good) But thats not enough to maintain the hospital.whole night they have kept wrong process.when we have questioned there is no response.i have told them i am going to raise complaint and file a case. Miss. Alina head nurse and Miss. Bharathi who have requested and literally begged me to not to do.and we have insurance we got approval as well in return they offered me complete bill money refund to me.and also any hospital they discharge the patient once Doctor advised insurance is given approval any time.here they wont see that patient is a toddler or infant or a little baby they make them stay util they get approval. Couple of staff are good like Vijay and Miss swathi.but rest all just like they maintaining a trust with free services. This is how the management running the hospital. I joined my kid with dengue on 6th Oct 2019. He is treated and on 9th morning 9 am the doctor advised to discharge on recovery. The staff stopped any kind of attention there after. We are waiting for the insurance to get processed and it was taking much time. When enquired they say they are waiting for the reply from insurance company. Meanwhile my kid stopped taking food and water thinking he will eat only at home. He did not cooperate even after lot of persuasion. Finally at around 3pm i took this to the management and requested to allow my kid be discharged and get some food at least at home. They refused to discharge and confirmed that is the procedure, they can allow only after the billing/insurance is settled. They refused even after repeated requests. I went though a very horrible situation on that day. Lotus hospitals only needs money and not the well being of patients. I advise to all not to go to Lotus hospitals. You will finally be treated as money resource and not as s human being.

Except doctor vasudev Reddy, all the doctors are commercial and if you go with a small problem they want us to admit our child and more over no hygiene is there, I don't how they can be that much reckless with children health and the nurses are there also not recommendable because they don't take good care, when I asked to one doctor named mallikarjun Reddy for hospital hygiene he said I'm an employee here please talk with reception, even doctors also reckless
Uncleaned play area, 1 receptionist with no proper phone response, 3 people at billing with no authority to give discount or to understand the difficulties, CEO being rude to people, no water in washrooms, no idea for doctors who admit patients, dr consulations are charged too high. These are too money minded. The op charges are less to attract people but they write lot of tests. These tests are at least 3 times coster than out side. Doctors wise it is ok but there business model is not good.
Over a period of time it has become really bad. Really untrained and un professional staff, feels adhoc and un organized overall. The only reason to visit the hospital is the doctors, they are really good.
