Lack of coordination and communication gap. Unnecessarily kept waiting for report collection with miscommunication.

Dr. Kalyan Chakravarthy is a doctor many times worth the money you pay. I don’t why some people wantedly try to compare and blame him for on the basis of money and time etc. He is a great and kind doctor.

Poor response, worse staff and especially Doctors, doctors come at 11.30 AM, the staff don't know how to speak to the customers

Dr Kalyan Chakravarthy is a very caring Psychiatrist and gives maximum time and a keen listener

Outstanding efficient empathetic staff with good coordination with consultant doctors and patients as well I strongly recommend to undergo cardiology testes at banjar branch.

Staff is very helpful, they do there best to assist you, all the blood test were not time consuming, but i had very very bad experience with one of their doctors. Dr. Kalyan chakravathy, neuro psycha rist. I consulted this doctor due to sever migrane, at first consultation he prescribed very expensive medicines,
one of them costed 4,000₹ for 20 days, this particular medicine was multi-vitamin, which could be brought for less than 100₹, after 20 day medicine course i did not see any benefits, then this so called dr prescribed medicine for 20 more days and said me that on my next appointment i should come for counselling, which i said ok, after 18 days i got a call from his assistant to confirm that i was coming for consultation to which i said yes. Then he assistant told me that counselling is going to cost upwards of 90,000₹ and said i immediately make payment of 55,000₹ to get confirmation from doctor. After hearing this i was totally shocked, i said the medicines i was using are not showing any improvement, then how this expensive is counselling is going to help me. He did not have any answers, but still insisted on singing me up for counselling session which i can get on youtube for free. Thanks Dr. Kalyan Chakrawaty for wasting my time, energy and ₹18,000 for useless medicines, that are still laying on my desk that i are good for nothing and not point using them. Total treatment cost me more than 30k₹. I had good experience with lucid giagnostics, the blood tests, scanning were hassle free. But Dr. Kalyan Chakravaty was a total let down, might as well just used paracetomel got me got me good results.

I had a very bad experiance.i came along with ICU stretcher patient for CT and doppler test.the staffs are very lazy and doesnt care customers and patients too.there is no mankind such this kind of diagnostic centres

A very bad experience at lucid Banjara hills. Booked for USG through Doctorc. Upon request submitted prescription & appointment with rate details on arrival. Informed us to pay post the test. Later staff demands double rate stating USG is advanced. But the same rate is not updated in Doctorc which is very manipulative. Finally paid 1530/ instead 945/- which was booked earlier. Spent 3 hours for the report and I doubt the genuinity of reports too. Govt must monitor & control diagnostic centres in Hyderabad. None of the staff supportive even the manager.

Dr. Kalyan Chakravarthy Andhamaina jeevitham program chusi velle vallaki he is complete opposite in person. He keeps looking at the phone and charges 3k for the session.

Best place to visit for all types of tests. Amazing and high coordinating staff. I rate 5/5 for hospitality they provide to patients and. I like the way positivity they spread and especially TMT team (Krishna Mohan Gaaru) and front office team (Tulasi gaaru).

Not at all satisfied. I was asked to come after 2 hours only for scan report, after requesting said to wait for some time and the waiting period took approx 1 hour. The same scan was taken in Apollo earlier but they gave report in 5 mins despite of being many patients.

Worst Doctor I have ever seen Kalyan A Chakravarti- Psychiatrist. I have consulted him and the way he spoke to me is worse. Not at all a professional and does know how to deal with patients. I doubt about his qualifications. Don't waste money on consulting him. As Lucid is having a good reputation in the market with lot of expectations, I would suggest lucid to not encourage such unprofessional doctor.

Very polite and friendly staff and accurate results.have been for the past 6 years yearly checkup and feel good all the time and All the staff are friendly and to mention name like Krishna Mohan TMT, feel like our well wishes not only test but also gave suggestions about life style and how we can improve our health.overall great experience.

The diagnostic center gives accurate test reports. Best place to undergo the body tests and checkups.

Kalyan A Chakravarti- Psychiatrist. I can’t call him a doctor. He himself need session with other pychiatrists to learn how this profession works. Has no patience and very odd person i have ever met.

I did a TMT test at LUCID Medical Diagnostics, Banjara Hills and had a very pleasant experience compared to other hospitals I had been to for such tests. The doctor present during TMT was very experienced, which was very comforting.

Went to attapur for whole body checkup there but there was no radiologist they sent me to Banjara branch for 2d echo bmd and USG got my reports instantly

While Billing The Tests, The Front Office Guy Intimated That 2D Echo Will Be Done By Cardiologist At 11.30 A. M And Rest Of The Tests Can Be Done Immediately, The Cardiologist Was So Punctual And Arrived By 11 Itself.

My first experience with lucid Medical Diagnostic Banjaro hills was excellent،they have Professional team that are always ready to assit،I did several several medical examinations for my mother and the results /reports always ready on time.i will request them to offer special percentage discounts for patients with several medical test.

They made me come here twice and said their technicians are on leave. So disappointing. Didn't expect this from LUCID.

I would have given 0 rating for the way the team manage the center. The front office team is so negligent in providing reports but ready to make money. The technicians who take tests are never available when patients are waiting in queue. The ultrasound technician must be replaced as she is only busy with her mobile. The entire team except few (blood sample team) are a mess and would need a complete change in the way they handle patients. I have faced this issue of the team lying about giving reports and after intense search and arguments, they found the report suddenly. This is no joke. The team is horrendous!

The CT scan team did not guide correctly. I have to go for 3rd time for one test, still not sure it will be completed. Vijaya and other local diagnostic centers are far better and would not suggest to go to Lucid

Service is not good not giving proper response technicians also not maintain timings and malkajgiri branch waste service.

Your admin department very lazy and they don't care about customers.i hope Sunday closing at 5pm but Sharp 5pm non of the Staff not available. Today experience only I am sharing.if emergency not go with lucid because they are busy.

Worst diagnostics I have come across! Covid sample collection is so superficial and try to save the swabs by just collecting throat swab! No nasal swabs! This results in false negetive cases! And "take forever" to give out results! Receptionist keep lying all the time. I don't recommend anybody to visit this place!

We did hrct scan from this center; they said they will WhatsApp the report but no one is picking calls. I have tried for one hour continuously. I’m COVID positive and very fatigued; I have no option left other than driving to this center for reports while I’m extremely sick. Very unprofessional behaviour. Minimum expectation is someone will lift the phone. Very pathetic. Please don’t visit this center.

Worst experience. There say scan will be available and give appointment also after going say this scan wont be done here etc. Not good no proper information.

This centre is the worst. They don't reply to your calls inspite of calling them 100 times. If by chance they answer, they don't even listen and send the document that you don't need. My MRI shoulder was most painful the way they did. I needed my MRI films to be sent to my Dr abroad. They sent a one page report. When called next for 2 hours continuously, they avoided calls. Pathetic people who can't empathize with patients.

WORST EVER centre don’t risk your life by going to this dumpster- no tissues or hand wash in toilets, no sheet changes after patient visits, people in ultrasound lab don’t know how to brief patients or follow basic hygiene during COVID, errors in reports.don’t know how such lowlife have license to run diagnostics

Dr. KRKS Raju's timings and quality of patient interactions are very unpredictable and unpleasant

Use doctorc.in for appointment instead of direct appointment in lucid, because doctorc will provide 15% discount in lucid or use lucid website for booking to get more discount.if need urgent reports avoid this diagnostic center.
Prices are little bit higher here.

Well planned sample collection zone, aptly positioned screening / sample cubicles. Decent hygiene in practice.
Economical in diagnostic charges in comparison to any corporate hospitals. Definitely the place to visit for any lab investigations.
Reports being timely available, good to handle pediatric/ kids as well.

Venkatesh has done a great job by providing reports much before expected. Appreciate his efforts in addressing our needs

Such a pathetic service and the lab person! Can't call him to be human! Before employing such ppl they need to teach the staff how to talk and communicate especially with patients.

Ms. Swapna was Very helpful in getting my fathers ultrasound done today. My father being a senior citizen was given priority when I requested her.

Worst experience. I have to wait 3 hrs to get the Ultrasound scan done. I was asked to come at 4 pm to get the test reports. I went there to collect the report. Till then report is not ready and they kept me waiting for 2 hours.

I Have done my annual Health check up in lucid, that was very good experience with the quality staff and Highly upgraded equipment.i strongly recommend everyone to Lucid.

Hospitality was awesome and the staff is very good and they know their responsibility very well. I would request everyone to visit once and experience it.

Staff is polite and service is good. It's very virtuous.they are organized also they greet their custoMers with delight and blithe. Overall felt good and satisfied with the staff.

It is one of the good diagnostic.qucik response immediate action.some diagnostic takes time to give report s etc. But it's not. People feel happy who are consult this diagnostic.

I don't know what happened to this diagnostic center. They are not like before. For small test results they're taking 1&2 day. Really disappointed.

They make claims about service and quality before taking payments. It's a whole different attitude once you've paid and are waiting for results. Uncaring staff, not really bothered about patients need. I strongly advise you to go somewhere else.

Worst place I request you all not to visit this banjara hills clinic. No sense of responsibility. Zero hospitality from doctors especially in Gino department. People working here are brain less and hopeless people. One rating is also a big wish I could have rated less than one.

Pathetic lab technicians who can't even draw blood sample properly. Getting a blood test done here left a huge injury and blood clot on my hand.

I am not satisfied with the staff and doctors they are providing none of them are highly experienced. Today i went for MRI no helper was there in the lab and 1non-skilled cleaning staff was there who was capable to everything by her experience i was shocked with the service. I strictly giving my opinion not to waste your money there.
