We feeling very happy.about My mother.she is recovered very soon.by the doctor of Dr.surayanarayana.sir.now she is in better condition.we felling good.thankyou so much sir.

Good service provided by staff and Maintainance and cleaniness of hospital was good.
But only thing that discharging and bill related settlements is taking a day - this is to be get improved.

Corporate beds are ver nice and clean, service are good no need of the follow -up, step by step procedure will go smoothly, but when comes to the operation theatre, we don't see any kid of setting arrangements to corporate care taker, where we feel like waiting in puplic govt hospital. No fan, no ventilation, all the men and women where setting on the floor.

Please try to keep more experience nurses and staff.

Hi.worst Urologist in this hospital. I went to mallareddy Narayana hospital for urology doctor Raj Gopal (worst doctor). For small infection (epididymitis). But he did stricture urethra which is I got surgery at Hyposopidias surgery.because of that I am suffering from pain till now.it's almost since 4months back.and pain in pennis.treatment will done by medicine but he did big mistake to me from that day on wards I got dipression.worst treatment by Dr rajgopal urologist. Who is responsible now. When I went to dr.rajgopal he said better to reputated and famous hospital. Is that way to talk patient. And he said better not to come here. Better to go care hospital‍️‍️‍️

I had a ligement surgery in Malla Reddy Narayana hospital last month. Doctor Venu Madhav was my orthopaedist. I found in him an efficient and well experienced ligement surgeon. I had a touching experience with him. Actually it was not a doctor- patient business. It was really a friendly approach, leaving aside all the formalities of a doctor to his patient. He was always available through phone for my any queries. I find a fast cure after the surgery. I also mention here the service of Shiva, who assists Dr. Venue Madhav. Very friendly approach and always helpful. I mention and appreciate the commendable care and assistance given by nurses there in the hospital.

Lady at reception – Sir, we don’t have convaxin.
Me- If you don’t have, then why you have given appointment to me.
Lady at reception – sorry sir, please come tomorrow morning as we need at least 10 people to give convaxin.
Me – ok. I will come tomorrow.
Lady at reception – you can come directly, no need to take appointment again.
Me – ok.

Today what happened.
Me- Wanted to take convaxin.
Lady at reception – your appointment is not there, but don’t worry, I will book spot appointment for you.
Me – ok.
Lady at reception – appointment is done, please do billing and take vaccination.
Lady at billing – Sir, please pay 1500 Rs.
Me- why 1500? For your hospital, in cowin, it was showing 1250, now why 1500?
Lady at billing – ok sir, please pay 1350 Rs.
Me- now why 1350?
Lady at billing – 1250 For vaccination and 100 for appointment.
Me- I will not pay even a single Rs extra. So can pay only 1250 Rs.

So overall they misguided me and asked not to take appointment, and then tried to charge me extra.
Simply trying to loot the people.

Excellent service by Dr. Sushmita! She is very helpful and Dr. Sushmitha is very polite and perfect with the patients and work. She has done a surgery to my right hand and am recovering now. Am Thankful for her:)

The staff was take so good care of patients.especially Rajeswari the nurse who was serve to my brother-in- law.aforadable Bill statements in every aspect. But one thing washroom maintanence is too bad need to improve alot.

After discharge I want to contact the doctor but it was very difficult to contact with the doctor. I called the no mention on the discharge summary report but the staffs are not supported. Very worst experience. Charges are very high.

Worst hospital in caring and maintenance.here they will take 6 nd more hours to admit in any situation whether in good or in emergency situation.

They are gvg flase report for RT-PCR test. I had very bad experience with this hospitality related this. They have given it it's positive in report and when we went for the same test in another hospital it came as negative. I suggest not to go to this hospital. They are doing business not the service

It's a shame to the management that they treat nurses very bad, one sister has to take care of 12 to 15 patients, in 12- 15 hrs of shift time which is highly inefficient and the in-charges use very rude and abusive language against to them.

The management ask for bond of one year with all the rules and regulations as per the policies but they don't know to issue an appointment letter to the employee.

From the short term experience of mine I would like to suggest you all not to join with this organisation.
The structure of the organisation is not designed well.

Facing Worst service everytime visiting the hospital, have to wait hours for doctor consultation even after paying high charges. Staff doesn't know when the doctor have time post their ops. No value for patients time nor have any urgency towards patients.

Thanks a lot, the doctors team and as well as the nursing staff were very good. They have given excellent treatment. Iam really thankful to doctors and the nursing staff. My special thanks to Srinivas Sir and the accounts department for helping me with the insurance claim issue. Without there help it would have not been possible. We would have never got our claim amount.

Very worest hospital my uncle passed away only because of wrong treatment by dr. Kranthi kumar. He is completely failed in identifying my uncle's infection in intestines he did gallbladder surgery found nothing in it after a week he discharged but we didn't notice any improvement in his helth even it's becoming worest so we took him again same hospital but this time dr.shankar reddy treated my uncle he found exact problem but it was too late & hospital just like tagore movie's hospital. After his death also nurse given some medical prescription by saying which is very urgent.

In this Hospital Doctors are well and good and the only problem is Argoyasri Department staff where they literally Waste the patients time and they delay in giving the medicines for arogyasri patients and i myself experienced very worst support from they took 2hrs 30min to issue the medcines for me this is not fair at all. Management has to take very serious action ON AROGYASRI DEPARTMENT STAFF.

Unexpected waiting hall toilets are more worse than in july i dont want post a pic because i respect preethi reddy madem.house keeping staff doesn't even cared of it.last time when i posted a pic of waiting hall they simply closed it for user.such a incapable house keeping manager management should terminate them cause they simply sitting but not working

Rushed here at 3AM in a Emergency to My brother. They joined immediately. Did small tests & CT scan. After 2 hours they gave report. Admitted on Extreme Appendices. Which was in final stage. Accomplished Appendectomy. By god grace & this hospital my brother life saved. Some things need to improve. The unhidden TRUTH is they BILLED 80,000 ₹. For Appendectomy. Which is very huge. This is not at all Fair.
