A very dedicated Nursing home with Dr Madhavi at the helm. She is very empathetic and at the same time the staff especially Laxmi Nurse is very supportive and displayed a genuine concern during my wife's surgery and also their after surgery support in terms of seemless assistance in providing the insurance related requirements was very heart warming.wish you all the very success.

Up to 9th month doctor said everything is fine but when we met her in 9th month she said go to apollo or kims saying it is high risk pregnency. I admitted in another hsptl for delivery

I have visited 3 times even intimidated the issue of staff responsibilities and the op system. But no change. Very WORST EXPERIENCE GIVING TO THE PATIENTS. The way of treatment Dr. Madhavi Medam is very good. But hospital hospitality very worst. Morning if you take the Op also they didn't call you serial number. If you go first to BP check u can go. This is very worst op system. That frontend staff literally make u give a very irresponsible answers.finally if you are 5 number op also you should spent arround half day. I fed up. My personal suggestions PREFER BETTER HOSPITAL.

Actually mamata is doing a socia service to the public, all so called hospitals collecting huge money fand no respect for people in those hospitals, but in mamata the doctors so good if there is no need of medication they are not collecting the fee, there is a wait to visit the doctor but take appointment and reach there at the recommended time then you will not feel any problem

This is very worst hospital don't choose any one there is no timeing of doctors, lack of commonsense of staff, west behavior of staff don't know pani of patients, we are come at 7pm even 9.30pm also doctors appointment not given so many people comeing and going if we call for online appointments they not respond but how people's tackling appointments I don't know there no system in this hospital, serves is important but with out sence of sevrics worst.hope up going people and patients are aware Thank you.

Don't know why the hospital is not taking care in staff. All the negative reviews are due to the staff's behaviour, arrogance in dealing with patients. If the hospital invests in professional staff, the hospital will be in good rating.

Dr Suresh is good. He provides medicines for relief however, never goes to the rootcause analysis for some prolonged issue.

Would suggest him for vaccination, common cough cold and seasonal ailments.
For anything specific, would suggest specialist doctors.

My main concern is about the rude behaviour of receptionists who knows only Telugu, acts very rude, never replies properly over phone for timing and doesn't maintain a common protocol.

There main customers are lower middle class people as the consultation fees is 300rs.

Doctor only good. I dont knkw whether doctor know or not. But Nurses are worst means worst. When i came to this hospital first time at that time also they make me to wait upto 8 pm and i cried like anything then the nurse came and telling u should come early. I came at 5: 40 with severe pain at 8 i started crying. I told her then she sended me. Second time i went hospital at 5: 40 and I already took appointment and my token number is 4. But they didn't call me untill 7: 30. Because I came second time for showing reports and need to take treatment. Really token system is took worst

My experience with mamatha hospital its was bad experience when I call to respation they did not lift call if, they lift also even they did complete the call

She always reffers SAI DISHA Diagnostics for scanning. She knows that guy was not good at scanning. Again she will reffers another Diagnostics. This happens to me and my sister. Waste of money. Waste of time.

We have a moderate experience here. Other than the support staff, All are good here. Well explained doctor Mrs. Madhavi. But waiting time is little bit more. I suggest the timings between 9 to 9.30am and 6 to. 30pm. If u visit mentioned timings, doctor consultation will be completed early. Normal OP cost Rs. 300 (Mornings). Evenings and Sundays Rs. 500. Appointment facility available, but its better to visit timings between 9 to 9.30am and 6 to. 30pm. (If u have an appointment also maintain above timings to avoid crowd). To much crowd here for DR. Madhavi and her husband. Because its a famous for gynecologists and her husband is famous in children's specialist.

This hospital is charging 5000 for a free vaccine and told it doesn't cause any fever or pain or swelling but my baby is suffering from fever.

Dr. Madhavi is a doctor with full on attitude.she won't listen to patient.she stops us from expressing ur problems.she won't look to patient face.speaks very fast.for 500 rs consultation fee they give 2 to 3 mins.i won't suggest.may be she is experienced but she is arrogant and impatient.how come on earth a doctor is so rude and yelling at pateint s.after all a doctor should be friendly and give postivity.

If we have recommendation for consultation then they will take us as priority otherwise we need to wait so long.
