I think prices in the west are way more cheaper and it’s not like they have folks who went to hair styling academy or anything who work here. They keep hyping up the prices and act as though they are super busy when you can see that apart from you and folks working there, no customer is around.

Bijesh, my stylist does an amazing job at cutting and styling my hair. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He is very polite, great behaviour, good patience and approachable. His work speak for him.

I absolutely love the service of facial and waxing. But the haircut had really ditched me! I hate that how could they NOT know how to do a trim to hair which has already a specific hair style? Whattt!? I am literally disappointed going home with a straight cut which I used to have a very superb layered cut and they say that's the trim and the hair is completely shortened! I recommend going here for anything EXCEPT HAIRSTYLE! REALLY HATE IT! I only give rating for the facial and waxing.

Julfi has done a wonderful job with great patience for my hair highlights they really look cool and beautiful! I would say he Julfi takes great patience and services until customer is satisfied my highlights look real cool and I am happy with it choose Julfi for hair services he does the best.
Also the management staff is very care taking and attentive towards customer concerns. Really appreciate it.

Very happy that they mange to do hair cut for my 3 year old. He is resistant to cutting but here he doesn’t require me or my help. They just engage him and do cutting

Got my haircut done by “Penzo”. He was very calm and polite and changed the look of my hair in a jiffy. Definitely recommend this salon as well as hairstyling by Penzo if you want your money’s worth.

The stylist hands were trembling while cutting the hair. He has no clue he was doing. He completely messed up my hair cut and styling which I was getting done for my portfolio photo shoot

I visited salon on three different occasions for haircut, beard trimming and de-tan service. I had a very pleasant experience on my first visit - Penjo did my haircut and beard trimming (5 stars). My second visit for haircut and beard trim was unsatisfactory (3 stars) and my third visit for a de-tan service was worst of all (1 star). I specifically asked for a service which would cover for scrubbing and black heads removal and I was recommended de-tan service worth 1800/- but sadly, there were black heads even after the service! Badly disappointed!

That said, salon is clean and hygiene (5 stars for the ambience and maintenance)

On my third visit, their card machine was not working and mind you, it was not a problem with my card but their machine and they said, the only other option to pay is via UPI. While I was okay with it but what if I did not have funds in my account? I read one of the reviews mentioned similar issue and looks like, Salon management team is neither fixing their card machine nor leaving a note stating the same!

Very good service by Priya.she is very polite and professional.gave me a very good head massage.highly recommended.will definitely visit again
