Masqati Veterinary Care

I’m a regular here at Masqati hospital and I love how the team and the staff are so loving towards the pets and so considerate towards the pet parents. I highly recommend this hospital. However, my only feedback and concern is that they need to really really make a lot of improvements when it comes to cleanliness. Overall the hospital especially the waiting area and the pet care areas are quite dirty and you can see dust and old drool marks. I also saw a lot of blood stains from previous days not cleaned the next couple of days unless it had to be mentioned. This is the only red flag for me because hospitals should maintain unparalleled levels of hygiene. So I truly hope the staff take this feedback and make 10 times more improvements in cleanliness aspect

Took my dog to this place. Was amazed with the treatment, service and care. Very well treated. Great place to take your pets to.

I took my cat to Masqati veterinary care hospital for issues with her stomach, and she's doing great now with a week's followup treatment. Dr Remya is lovely and followed up to check on my cat till she recuperated wholly. I must say this:) They truly care about their patients. I'd highly recommend Dr. Remya and Dr. Salem and the entire staff to anyone! A behemoth of gratitude to the entire team.

IRRESPONSIBLE, DONT DIAGNOSE THE CAUSE AND ONLY TREAT THE SAME FOR ALL PROBLEMS. My pet cat passed away because of them saying that it is just a small issue he will be fine. They just kept assuring and did blood test on the fifth day of treatment. Whereas it should be done on the first day. Put saline for 4 days still no improvement. Atleast they could have told me to show some other doctor if they couldn’t diagnose. DONT GO HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR PET SAFE.

Masqati Veterinary Hospital has been such a good place for our family - a true blessing! This establishment is very different from any other place we have been. I have been taking my dog here for many months. They are always on time, very immaculate, remarkably proficient docs, and super loving hospitality of staff! The vet techs and the vet know exactly what they are talking about. You can be sure you're in good hands. When we lost one of our doggie, they reached out via phone to express their condolences and sent a card in the mail. This past week, we had trouble with our other pup Dr. Remya and Dr. Salem has been so incredible, words cannot express my gratitude. The recommendations they give and the sincere follow up goes such a long way and is very appreciated. Our animals are our family members and I would highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone! Awesome clinic. Friendly staff. We love taking our pooches there for their regular checkups. When our previous pooch had to be put down they were so amazing and kind. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to all and Dr salem, Dr marsha and Dr remya are true animal lovers.

Good vet doctors who have been taking appropriate care of my dog. Their fees is not exorbitant unlike some other vets of the same level. Their assistants are also good and seem to know their job.

My cat is pregnant so I took her to this vet for ultrasound, doctor salmaan he checked her property and I m happy for his service, good and immaculate clean hospital doctor is so kind to animals and staff members are also polite.thank you doctor Salaam may allah bless u lot

Hello, I have been here only once. I had a pleasant first experience. People are friendly, courteous and helpful. That's a big yes for me. Secondly they have good facility and are well staffed. It's clean and unchaotic. In one trip I got a spoton for fleas, eye drops, deworming syrup given by the doctor there and there, and last vaccination for my cat. It saved me a lot of trips so time and money saved as well. I am very thankful to my pet sitter who guided me to this place.

Day before yesterday it was Sunday and my goat gave birth to a female kid successfully but I thought it's going to give one more, as I said it was Sunday and the time was 8pm, government hospitals will be closed on Sundays, I contacted my personal doctor but he was not available. So I browsed Internet and I got to know about Dr Salem Masqati Ceo of Masqati Veterinary Care, Gachi bowli. I called him and told the entire situation, he said his consulting time was over and was about to leave he said it's a delicate issue come to the hospital ASAP I'll wait. To reach the hospital it takes minimum 1 hour from my farm, as I reached there he was waiting for me all alone, because his entire staff has left the hospital Dr Salem diagnosed and took X rays of the mother goat and treated her very well. I appreciate Dr. Salem for his dedication and excellent work.

Dr. Marsha and Dr. Salem are absolutely wonderful vets. These are people you can trust your beloved pets with. The support staff at the clinic are equally polite and helpful. The pet store is well stocked and the clinic is immaculately clean.

Genuinely concerned team of vets who are passionatr towards their profession and still have a very kind heart.keep it up Dr Masqati and team!

Great place to take your pet to. The staff is polite and courteous while Dr Salem and Dr Marsha are always there for you in case of any doubts. They allay all your fears and the pets seem to be very comfortable with them too

The guy who handles the pet shop is not very experienced and doesn't give much discount no matter how big the bill is (says he isn't allowed to give more than 5% discount by his higher ups). Also, the clinic is overpriced. There are many alternatives nearby don't waste your money here.

I basically looked for two qualities as a first time pawrent -

- Responsive doctors who understand the apprehensions of a new
pawrent.
- A Clean and well maintained clinic

The clinic ticks both those boxes and in addition, the store next to it helps me get all my pet's food requirements and basic essentials. That's all i need!

The doctors at Masqati Veterinary Care are really good and gentle with the pets. The doctors are well qualified and experienced. Its also cost friendly to get your pets for check up or vaccinations. Facility is nice and clean and adjacent to the main road so easy to reach. I got my pet checked up and my pet was taken care well with good medicines he recovered quite quickly. You can go for vaccinations, grooming and other vet care services.

Excellent service and animal care hospital. Very well stocked pet store with great products, pet food and toys. Top grooming facilities too.
