Good All function place with a capacity of 250/300 person in the centre of town. It has good spacious dinning hall and spacious 12 rooms for guests for marraiage function. It is very inexpensive for budget function.

Parking issues, cleaning issues, water issues, water leakges in all the bathrooms, no water supply, water shortage all times, lift issues, complete building requires maintenance. My car was deliberately hit by neighbours who are adjacent to this bhavan and they are running godown. I was asked to park the car. I may have to spend 30k-40k for repair. I was told that in other places neighbours are puncturing the tyres. We will suffer in between bhavan managemet and neighbours. Think twice before taking decision to rent.

Good halls enough for small gatherings like engagement ceremony, etc. One major issue though, is, they have minimal parking space.

Good for small and medium functions of 100 to 300 people. Very well designed and maintained. Love the temple inside the Bhavan. Complete AC Halls
