Poor customer service at the billing counter - the lady at the billing counter for no reason was un professional, borderline aggressive and lacked basic etiquettes!

Edit: Can't find the store directory sign board anywhere near staircase, got to search for staff to just ask in which floor the Kids wear is located.

Am very disappointed. Vahi old model dresses aur koi variety nai hi.aur kaafi mahangay hai per quality maintain nahi karai.so waste of time and money

Quality: I really have a mixed opinion, i bought a 1k rs shirt and it lost its colour after months of use, i also bought a 80rs tee-shirt and it lasted for 6 months so, you will find all sorts of clothes but you need to pick them

And tee-shirts, shorts and few pants are my favourite here

Affordability: this store is extremely affordable and as i said about tees as my fav they are right in the slot of 80 -1000 and may be even costlier tees are available

Style: if you want stylish cloths man this is the place.wide range of style Colours etc all you need iz ask

Max is always like a decent place where you get good stuff. Rates are reasonable when compared to other posh showrooms

A.s. Rao Nagar max turned off A/C it was suffocating especially trial rooms. Looks like Max doesn't want customer's to spend lot of time in trial.rooms.

Good place for shopping in high and low budget we can get all type of clothes hear. Service by staff is ok but not good or bad.

Good collection of western and traditional dresses for girls. And for boys also they have formals cum casual collection.

The service was pathetic. The lift stopped while we were in for 10 minutes and none came to help. There were like 10 power cuts in just a spam of an hour

The store manager is a cheat. He has hidden the fact that on purchase of 2500 inr, we will get a 500inr voucher which is valid only for 5 days.
We have made a lot of purchases, had we known this fact, we would have split the bill into two and utilized the 500inr voucher.
Don't know why people get into unethical practices like this just to force customers to make an additional 500inr purchase.

Due to inadequate place to walk around and while climbing down the step.sometimes the elevator doesn't go to 3rd floor.
