My mother and dad's both eyes were operated (Cataract) in Maxivision Eye hospital AS Roa nagar. Best Eye hospital in Secunderabad. The doctors are well experienced and treat the patients well.
It has a great staff and maintains the facility clean and in order.

We did our mother's cateract surgery for her left eye in April 2023 and had a great experience. The doctors and staff are very humble and handles people with utmost care. They explained all the details clearly and the support post surgery has also been very best.

I got done my surgery with Dr. Sada and I am going with my secondeye on 19/10/22 I am very much happy with the service and I have counselled by Ms. Fatima mam who was so helpful I will definitely suggest my friends to this As. Raonagar branch.

Got a very bad experience, we were sent to the 3rd floor after initial check-up in 2 floor. Waited for more than 1.5 hours no one has turned up and I asked in between I was told file already with the doctor. After 2 hours the doctor suggested to put drops and no further update thereafter when I asked was told sir in surgery and it will take 2 hours. Staff is sending only their known persons first. Hope the mgmt will look into it.

Sunday open 9 AM to 12 noon. Co-operative staff, Doctor. Easily reachable from Tirumalagiri, Alwal, colonies near AS Rao nagar, Kushaiguda bus depot.

My mother got cataract surgery from this hospital. The best thing about this hospital is everyone is quick and patient about handing queries both online and offline.
Special mention to counselor Rebecca who guided us through out the process especially with Insurance policy. Thank you Rebecca.

It's a worst service we never faced, just to make a general eye check up they have made me wait for 3 hours, because of there management, unavailability of staff and doctors on time.they don't even have a proper organizing, manner to treat the patterns. Even in the waiting time they don't even say the proper time, every time we ask they just say, 10 mints & 5 mints but it prolong to more than 40 mints. Never I suggest others to consult. Very poor service totally failed in treating be the patients.

Today we have visited As Rao Nagar branch for my mother in law eye check up. Really very happy with the whole staff response they were very polite and the process went smoothly. The optometrist was very clear with wat all we asked. Dr was very humble. Bhaskar sir was very helpful and explained very clearly about the procedures. Will definitely recommend my family and friends. Khudoos to whole team of Maxivison

Very worst experience.specifically that lady near spectacles store she does have any respect on customers after buying spectacles.they wont rectify ur spectacles problem they just keep with them and return back after 3 days.she shout on u in call if u placed an complaint. 6 months warranty also waste.remove that lady 1st from the store.irrespective behaviour after buying towards customers.worst store of entire maxivision.management and other staff is good but that lady always argues n hide her mistakes and blames the customer.she just dressup neatly and sit freely not at all responding well.waste of time to visit.

My mom had a cataract surgery at maxi vision with Mr. Dr. Timmasarthi Sada Siva Rao. Because of the medical negligence that lead to detachment of retina, which led to Vitrectomy (Retina surgery) by Dr. P Muralidhar Rao which was successful to some extent but because of no proper advise post medical instructions it led to blurred vision that lead to glaucoma. Patients trust them more than a god not sure who gave the right to play with patients life.when my mom diagnosed by glaucoma I contacted Dr. Anil Kumar Bathula he thinks he is such a smart person or he might have seen this kind of medical negligence cases in his life time during his professon he wont care about patient no accountability and least bothered from their end but they pretend they care about their patients and wash their hands. Mr. Dr. Timmasarthi Sada Siva Rao said he will reivew and get back to me on the same day he blocked my number. Dr. Anil Kumar Bathula played a nice game.

One thing to all the above doctors with respect if you really done mistake (medical negligence) god will punish at some point of time then there will be a moment you will realize for how many patients you ruined their health.

My kind request to patients be careful and cautious.

Be prepared to wait atleast for 2 hours. They don't care about regular checkup they care only on surgeries.
