Worst employees. They never except their negligence. They always try to escape. They will not listen the actual problem of customer. They will try to manage and escape from that. I have requested to open Airtel payment Bank. They have done kyc. And ask me to wait for 24 hours. After 10 days also it not open.again i visited. Now again they ask me to do kyc.when I told them b4 10 days back you already did. They told.no we didn't do that.
One of the best 5 star hotels we have stayed during our visits to so many countries. Were there on 26th & 27th Nov last, to attend the marriage of a relative in Dubai. As is normal the staff in all 5 star hotels are courteous, but courtesy here was a + added. From the lowest to the top, each and every one was eagerly ready to oblige with their services. In a marriage, consisting of guests occupying more than 250 rooms, there was no complaint. The best was their services to the disabled and physically handicapped. Whel chairs' service was at par excellence, not only in side the hotel but even as far as open marriage venue on the sea beach. Spotlessly clean, from floors to bed to all other amenities, it was a great pleasure to have stayed there, and look forward to stay there again.
