M Vimal Kumar the Marketing Manager and administrator is worst person ever seen in such a good hospital. His behaviour is very arrogant and down graded. The hospital should get rid of this person on a priority. Very rude person and behaves like he is the absolute owner. I have been a regular customer to the hospital for the last 16 years but for the first time came accross such degraded attitude person. The hospital must replace him on a priority failing to do so I would never take my children to the hospital anymore. Dr Sushil Kumar is personally requested to look into the matter as we trusted him for years together for our childrens helth and wellness.

Worst hospital that never gives proper treatment in OP and advice all kid patients to admit who has fever of 100° also to loot money.

Docter has been good and well experienced but While hospitals are meant for wholestic experience for patients, the experience of staff right from reception, billing clerk, security, in house medicals, insurance, attenders to sisters where the interaction is more with patient and their attenders has been pathetic and extremely rude and unprofessional. This has been brought to my notice in previous reviews here as well my fellow patients here too.surely will not recommend.

Hospital is good, doctors are good. Staff is little lazy. Parking for patients is not available even 2 wheeler or 4 wheeler need to park on road. Main problem in this hospital is Canteen not available and need to travel 1 km or more for food. Insurance team is good and responsive.

Trust me guys.never do a mistake of visiting this hospital. It is the worst hospital in terms of everything.the doctors are talented but the staff are reckless.they don't care about the patients and they keep shouting all the night saying it's someone's birthday.we are already patients admitted in the hospital but they don't care.all they want is their fun. I took my daughter to hospital with 104 fever but in the reception they dint even check the fever until we pay the consultation fee of 500. They are totally money minded people. I recommended parents not to take your kids.

No proper response to Child parents. Multiple staff take the calls and give false commitments. We actually wanted to talk to doctor Prasanna over the phone to discuss about child condition as we have visited a day before as 1 week was not completed. It was bit emergency. We were showing our baby from past 4yrs right from her birth. In this 4yrs we never called the hospital and asked them to connect the call to doctor. They didn't respond.

The staff in the nicu and icu are thief’s. The doctors asks us to buy medicines which are not for Patient purposes to sell in their medical store and get the money, Looting the money of poor patients.

Pathetic maintenance of the hospital. Mini ICU which is supposed to be clean and tidy was also dusty with mosquitoes around. Washrooms are pathetic, cleaners just come pour water and leave, there are different sort of insects and spiders on the walls of washroom. Flush tanks don't work atleast in the room where we were.staying. Tables are not clean, bedsheets seems to be age old which are completely
discoloured and ful of stains

I was here for my son's treatment under supervision of Dr. Amitha very good place for kids treatment very supportive staff and good service, I specially want to thank Insurance Department staff who works continuously for needy under a lot of pressure and huge flow of population they work too much and answer everything and works very efficiently till our claim gets processed with continuous follow up. But very poor management of environment and cleanliness this has to improved a lot, very poor washrooms

I thought gynecologists were suppose to be sweet and comforting.
I sure did not get that feeling whatsoever. The doctor was more sarcastic and had a very judgy tone.

Worst possible experience!
We went because our 2 year old daughter had foot rashes and was in pain. Because or pain she was also having fever. What should have been a short trip with one lotion and one medicine in case of high temperature became a night mare for us.

They wrote unnecessary tests to rule out scenarios that were pretty obvious (dengue and malaria - kid was healthy and active). Worst thing was how the nurses were so rude and under qualified! My kid was in pain for half day because of the injection they administered for doing the blood test.

Stop playing with parents emotions!

The male receptionist needs to be fired and thrown out of the hospital by management. He doesn't know how to talk to patients and thinks he is indispensable and owns Mayflower. He is a low grade worker who should keep in his place and not try and harass patients when they come to the hospital. The doctors are good at the hospital but the receptionist was extremely rude and nasty for no reason. He kept harassing my husband to make a payment for blood tests for my daughter as if we are going to run away without paying for their services. They should not keep illiterate loosers as receptionists at the front desk. When patients come in they need to be comforted and reassured not face disgusting, vile people down market male receptionists like that man. Instead of attending to patients who are asking for help he is busy with airpods in his ears listening to music. I hope the management considers replacing him as he is terrible at his job.

My second baby has born here on Feb 2022, Admission process was very easy, no advance amount needed to deposit. Insurance process was very smooth, not much documents asked. Specially Child Specialist & Neonatologist are very good. Gyno and Child doctors visit 3 to 4 times in a day for regular checkup. Hospital was very clean and hygiene. I am very much satisfied with hospital management services. I am thankful to Hospital doctors and hospital management services team.

Had a good experience consulting Pallavi Ma’am for my wife’s delivery. Pallavi ma’am is a very positive person and helps understand the situation clearly.

She always tries and talks about having a normal delivery instead of talking about C Sections. She had encouraged and given tips to my wife for having a safe and normal delivery.

Post delivery she had taken good care by examining her condition in different areas and identified a few problems where it was not noticeable by us. She had then started with a treatment and kept us informed about the status.

Overall had a good experience with the staff and doctors, who were supportive all the wile.

Under Staffed - Overcrowded and unprofessional - trying to manage 50 patients (in patient and out patients) with 1 doctor time spent per patient is less than 2 mins

They don't even check the temperature when consulted for fever that's how the service is

I would not recommend to get admitted in this hospital. The staff is very rude and if you question them on any information they are not in a situation to justify their answers. My wife delivered a baby in this hospital. Dr Pallavi Prasad guided us well with the right treatment and made sure it was going to be a normal delivery. The staff was supportive in terms of taking care of the patient and baby. Cooperative front office staff in settling the bills.

Please don't get admitted into this hospital unless you wanna waste your money unnecessarily. The nurses here do not do anything, they just know one thing, whatever we question them, they just talk back but do not do anything correctly and they do not care about their work unless we remind them to, for example refilling the saline bottles or checking on the saturation levels, giving 1 star because there's no 0 star option

I've visited a number of hospitals but I was disappointed with every hospital. Finally, I went to May flower hospital in my 7th month of pregnancy with lot of complications but ended having a healthy baby. Dr. Pallavi is very patient and caring and also answers to the questions of the patients with patience. Dr. Pallavi Prasad doesn't look for money alike other doctors does. At the end I felt happy having a healthy baby. Unlike doctor, staff doesn't respond to the queries properly. Though consultantion fee is 400, they lay hefty charges for everything. Overall, it's good and I recommend this hospital.

Very worst experience with this hospital. The management main goal is taking the money, once it's done. Their attitude towards the patients changes completely. Very rude in answering to patients and least bothered to answer their doubts. The medical store is having its own way of robbing the people.

The doctor from the same hospital has written 20tablets in prescription. The medical store staff either giving us 14 or 28 tablets instead of what is mentioned in prescription. They are not genral medicines so that anyone can use, the same doubt was raised by me to them. Their attitude in answering and talking is so bad and worst. I seriously don't understand how they can give such careless answers and charging Rs250/- for the extra unnecessary tablets.

Kindly do your research before visiting this hospital. Don't just go if you want to save petrol or nearby to your locality. They are con artists who will empty your pockets without even us realising.

Dr Pallavi Prasad is very friendly doctor. She doesn't tension the patient, even if her condition is serious also. She only says nothing is there cool and need to take some precautions. I have visited other doctors at Kim's and other places in Hyderabad they informed me operation is must in my case. But she doesn't mention any operation is required and I am convinced and continue my treat for my pregnancy.

Another things about hospital is not bad. I don't know about other doctors in this hospital.

Lab persons and other staff is bit slower.but not too much.

This is a speciality hospital for women and children. A very hygienic and high in service oriented hospitals.
Indeed doctor attended the patient in the corridor when patient was unable to walk.
I appreciate the timely attendance of Doctors, nurses, housekeeping staff and specially the manager Mr. Vimal in providing the necessary assistance when ever required.
The hospital has ICU, emergency care, medical shop, 2 general wards, single rooms (no attached bathrooms) n deluxe rock.s with attached washrooms, lab, OT, neonatal care, X ray only avaialbe.
Duty doctors are well experienced and patiently listened to the attenders.
The hospital does not have a cafeteria but many options of eateries, tea and coconut water centers are avaialbe around.
I would strongly recommend this hospital to others too.

Pallavi Mam is the very friendly and she tries to answer all your questions with patience. I had a great experience with this doctor. She is so reachable. Thank you Mam for your patience with me and treating me so well and making my dream of being Mom, come true.

I would suggest any pregnant women to search other hospitals for delivery as they are money minded and least bothered about a women's and a baby's health.

Need to take an appointment for easier access to doctors.
There is a GP here but you need to check in when he is around. There is an ortho specialist who comes in after 6pm.
There is a pharmacy too which can be accessed from inside the hospital. They do have stretcher on wheels.

One of the worst hospital, totally commercial. They people not even thinking about kids too. My baby was suffering with fever due to small infection but they presented us that she is suffering from dengue without doing dengue Elisha test. Thank god we didn't continue treatment there, came out. Doctor is also not confident. Every one who is working all are one one doctor. Management not bothered about their reputation, they are thinking of money but with this service how long it will be there.

Worst administration. Reception staff are so rude. No proper billing. If u choose insurance, they will say yes but they will not process it.
At discharge time, they asked us to stay in hospital for 2 more days so that they can process the insurance.

Worst Hospital, I called them for my child 14 weeks vaccination and they said doctor is not available and they don't have idea about vaccination is available or not. Not sure how they are running without knowing vaccination availability and doctor.

I am here for my elder son, he got temperature today and, this kids specialist without checking my son he is forcing to admit in the hospital, I asks to suggest some medication, if it wasn't coming down will come back,
But he is telling to admit first, and he is rejecting to give medicine, there is no word's to describe such doctor s like him

My case:
I don't know how to give Zero Rating. 11 year old boy admitted with Dengue, blood sample collected at 6: 30 AM, nurses kept the samples with them until 7: 45 AM with them and finally gave it to the internal testing lab.
It's 12.10 PM now, till now no report. Lab guys blame nurses and vice versa.

There is no management. You don't know what's going on.

Worst experience.pls don't consult the Dr Prasanna Srinivas. A very negative speaker. He claims that a boy who is absolutely fine could die of dengue with a platelet count of 187000 (adequate count) in front of the patient itself. And there was no proper treatment in the hospital. I had a better experience with Dr kranthi Kumar reddy. In fact the best Dr in the hospital

To much Attitude people sitting in Pharmacy, even after repeated request they dint cared to provide duplicate bill for claiming Insurance.requested for more than 8 times. People act as they are so busy and they dont have time.
Before discharge Hospital staff will send file to pharmacy for checking any due payments from our end "AT THAT TIME THEY WILL CHECK AND CLOSE THE ISSUE ON PRIORITY".

Very worst experiences as expiry dated medicines been used by hospitals and spoiling patients health.my son has been admitted on 28th of August 2019 and admitted under company insurance claim.but experienced very bad as the drip and medicines been used is out of warranty medicines.photos and videos has been shared with known people.pl don't try this hospital.

Took my daughter with high grade fever and loose motion at night.the staff there didn't even give the bed to make her sleep. Nurse said the staffs are sleeping

At the hospital right now and the Dr Uday who is supposed to be a doctor in ER walked out during an emergency case without any consideration or communication. When questioned he walked away shrugging himself speaking very disrespectfully.

They should be ashamed of calling themselves as Doctors. My 11month old had fever. I came here running at night. They checked the fever and said it's 100.4 F. The duty doctor Imran Khan attended and said that I had to admit immediately and get several tests, x-ray etc to be done. I repeatedly asked to give some syrup for immediate fever relief and then we can discuss about admission. He's adamant that unless I admit my child he will not even check him. I took my son to Rainbow hospital and got a good and immediate treatment there

Dr. Pallavi Prasad madam is really cautious, very patience in hearing to Patients problems and give appropriate medication. The hospital is also well established in most of the specialities.

Worst ever experience. They took the money and its been a week we are following up for Bills. I dont understand why they cannot provide us with Bills. Heavy Fees and no response.no accountability. NON RESPONSIVE STAFF.

Now it has been a month and when I called the Insurance guy - Mr. Raju and the administration department - they say, they cannot issue a receipt to me because of higher up orders. This is absurd and looks like I may need to move consumer court on this subject.

It is the worst ever hospital, they don't have any particular specialist doctors, all are visiting doctors. They keep just general physician (Dr Kranthi Kumar Reddy) who would take patient very light. If you admit any elderly person under insurance, it's jackpot for them. They charge 1000 per doctor visit, wastage for the worst doctors. Think 100 times before admitting any person to this hospital. I would not recommend this hospital at all.
