Devi and the store manager Sai - They sell things with fake promises saying 10% cash back points but never respond if we ask how to get them. We got cheated buying here rather than online. They gave manual bill and not system bill and says this as reason for missing points. Cheaters!

Good store with good collections.
Due to so many online options available these days and lower online price, me and mom's shop business facing tough competition.

They should bring more offers and varieties to compete with online retails.

Very worst experience with the staff.

I bought a cradle 2-3 years back, now few of its parts has come out. So we called the executive for service, but they are very negligent towards customers concerns. They said they would send a person for service and later they are not answering our calls nor replying to the messages.

The place has good collection.but the staff is irresponsible and are unethical.buyer beware. They added an extra item in the bill without our knowledge and when we cross checked they said it is a item of less cost and has 50% discount. I made of mistake of redeeming my points on the bill and now they refuse to give back the redeemed points they just refunded the amount on the bill

Not worth spending money coz of below reasons:
1. A pram I bought was broken and when I went to return or repair they denied. I had to throw it. It happened when I have premium membership of this chain.
2. Same stuff is available at lower price outside.
3. Most of things are china imported just branded as Mee mee
