Staff are only business oriented but no proper customer service…. Bought a walker recently which has manufacturing defect when visited for exchange the staff’s intention was to go for next range model or get an exchnge for same model in any other ‘ mee mee’ store provided “WHERE THEY WONT HAVE INFO ON AVAILABILITY IN ANY NEAR BY MEE MEE STORES NOR HAVE CONTACT”. So the customer need to check all the branches in the whole CITY till we find the same model for replacement… at last as we dont have much time to check with in the exchange timeline we are forced to
Go for next range model.also online shopping is being much easier than store

Earlier I used to buy Mee Mee hand & mouth wipes those are soft on my baby's skin but recently for a change I have brought Mee Mee multipurpose wipes but these wipes are very hard on my baby's skin his skin is very very sensitive and got rashes on his face and body, he suffered a lot. So again i switched to hand and mouth wipes.

Bad experience bought daiper bag from the nizampet store just for one use with light weight it was torned.

I just bought an infant to toddler rocker from Me & Moms (KPHB Branch). Since there were no technicians there to assemble the rocker, it was suggested that I visit their Nizampet branch. Upon arrival at the said branch, Manager Shravan and Bharath answered all my queries patiently, while assembling the rocker. They also suggested other products that could be quite useful to new parents and their babies!

Recently i had purchase cradle from forum mall
After using that it become very loose and some dusturbed so i had contact my near by store me n moms in nizampet they had given me best service with my cradle

They will behave nicely only till billing. Once after billing if we have any concerns they will show altogether weird behavior towards customer. Moreover over priced normal quality products. I will never buy again.
