I have been a constant customer for Mebaz from years but had some wierd experience at the forum mall branch. I was looking for some assistance when I wanted to buy a kurtha and this guy who came along was more interested in heavy bill customers and then left me all alone. What was even more pathetic was their staff were arguing between themselves to attend customers and heard them using some filthy language in the store with customers around. Definitely not a experience which we expect from Mebaz

Right place for wedding collections and the crew are helpful in right selection. Good stuff and great collections and wide range of designs. Overall great shopping experience with Mebaz.

Every ethnic wear is at premium quality but pricing as i felt pricing not that good at least have to give 10 % discount on selected clothes

Not the same collection anymore, got to know that Manyavar has aquired mebaz and the collection has become worse since then

They will treat u bad if u just look and dont buy anything.lately i went to mebaz for some ethnic wear and the collection was average i ended up liking nothing and then when i was leaving their were like why do this people come when they dont want to buy blah blah.

The collection is decent, but customer service is very poor. The sales man had given a wrong size combo f (the bottom a different size from the kurta, both part of a set) dress pair and when we asked them to replace with the correct size for the pair of clothing, they refused/not bothered and made us wait for an hour without solving the mistake

Dont buy from here if you need alteration in your garment in time.
Store has zero regards for punctuality.
They promised to do alteration of a pant in 2 days before I purchased the article but after billing the sales man gave delivery date of after 3 days and I came after 3 days to the store only to find out that they didn’t even started it.

The tailor there known as Masterji was trying to talk to me privately and was telling me that he could help me to decorate my lehenga if I come to his shop at some place. He will charge me 1500 whereas Mebaz will charge me 3000. I didn't like that. He was not professional at all.

Good collection of ethnic wears & wedding dresses for both men and women. Pricing is on the higher side.
