I have an issue with the policy I have an individual policy its up to 5 lakhs I have been taken my mother for so serious that cost me around 30000 and it was eye surgery for the both eyes the need to do a cataract one month ago I try to reach Manipal signal agent and I how rice take climb climb 1 month ago now right now I want to take my mother for another cataract surgery that was for both eyes the previous amount which was 30k but I have received only 19k for the initial cashless program after the climbing process I got full payment but the second century there are so many complications and they are asking so many documentations for another cataract for another eye for these I have got initially 18000 the hospital charges like 30000 for each eye there is no any quick response for cashless program if anyone see this message from w Medi assist or Manipal Sinha so the please management can you please reach out to

The staffs are so supportive. The security person who is there in front desk, he always ready to guide you apart from his job role. The lady who has taken my documents, she guided me what are the documents required and given acknowledgement. Good one.
But remember original documents is mandatory for submission of claim otherwise that they are not taking documents.

My mother admitted for varicose veins and operation is completed yesterday 5pm and discharge process initiated at 8pm and till now I didn't received any discharge approval from mediassist and customer care is having worst support. They are not resolving my query since 12 hours. I have emailed to support team and nothing is happening I am helpless at hospital

Worst service i have ever seen, i applied for reimbursement on 23rd July after that, I got a mail to send original hospital bills, few days later on 07th Aug it was shown processed ready for payment today 10th Oct still now my amount not settled, randomly i'm raising mails,

there are saying same thing that 07-10 working days settlement will going to be happen please wait.from day 1 they are repeating same thing,

go for cashless or choose another insurance.

Medi assist is a TPA, who is handling the different insurance claims as per their policy t&c. Largest TPA sector in India.

Worst services provided by medi assist applied for domiciliary claim 13 days back still no claim number provided and as per company policy it takes 5 to 7 working day for claim reimbursement but no update till date and CS associate just give false promise right from beginning, very unprofessional behavior

Very worst services, i have written mails for the same concern to medi assist, its been 20 days still there is no response. Why the hell is going on.i have applied for reimbursement of 20k but they approved only 5000/ rupees if i ask means they are saying, u apply again we will give.what is this? Worst worst service.

The worst insurance company. As said by someone in the comment section please change your company name to Useless insurance company. I had applied for maternity claim. It's been 3 months that I have applied and still didn't get my claim. Now I got the email that they are approving my claim for 1/4th portion of my actual claim. After three months of following up now they are intimating that I will get only one fourth of the actual claim. It was my part time job to check each and every day for my claim and at the earlier they have misplaced my documents and I have sent them again. As a new mother there will be lot of challenges that I need to face but these people made my motherhood time to spend on some useless things. If anyone asks me I will say UHC is worst and frustrating. If there are minus rating I would give that. They have wasted my 3 months patience and my time. The worst insurance company I would say. Worst services. Worst of the worst responses in typical situations. Pathetic customer service. Connecting our call is a big deal later explaining them for 1 hour they will understand or not they put call in hold. Later call gets disconnected, Now new member comes into scene and drama starts. Inefficient staff. Lagging and finally they hands up saying some technical problem. One star is too much for them.

They just blatantly reject your e-cashless claim without giving any proper reason. They don't reimburse you for the hospitalization. They are just providing you imaginary services which don't exist. Worst company which I have never seen, I have an issue on their site from 6 months and my policy will expire in next 3 months - but the issue is not yet solved.

I have called and emailed to the bloody customer service team multiple times and they keep on saying me same line (i.e we have prioritized the issue and will be resolved in 24-48 hours).

To submit the post hospitalization documents it took 2hours waiting time. Support is pathetic. I request the management to add one more executive to review the documents and decrease the waiting time. AQ q

I’ve took there insurance and it’s 2nd year now. Today I’ve raised a claim and very disappointed that they just rejected it stating some unknown reason. I’ll be porting my insurance to some good insurance next year onwards. Regret being there customer.

Mediassist is one of the waste tpa, they won't process the claim and request on time and the customer service is very poor the bpo company name is square bpo it us in 4 the floor, most of the executive having half knowledge they don't how to handle severe cases, coming to mediassist they never provide better claim settlement

Worst experience ever, i jave submitted my claim and its been 1 month and the claim got rejected reason i was submitting documents which are not clear and not meeting their company rules reason i got very sick and i lives in a small town and there i have rushed to a nearby hospital so that hospital was providing documents as per their standards but this so called medi assist was not accepting them

Worse insurance i have took it. Totally no support while we are in hospital requesting for pre-admission approval, delayed for 4 days, time came to discharge patient, even no approval given. All requested doc provided by hospital.

Tollfree agent also worst they keep tell you in 3-4 hours you will get approval. I waited for 3-4 days but even initial approval doesn’t come. Finally i have paid all the bills. I DONT RECOMMEND TO TAKE THIS MEDI ASSIST POLICY.

The service is worst. If you are ready to go for cashless, they will suggest to go for reimbursement. When you submit claim for reimbursement they won't give even 50% of the hospital expenditure citing that they will pay only minimum amount as per the agreement with hospital.

Waste of waste. The supervisor Shiva doesn’t have any sense to talk professionally. He doesn’t have any information about the policy and trying to manage whole team?
I would not suggest this Medi assist for any human. Superior is the worst person ever

My in-law has under gone heat surgery recently. As per our insurance 4L is basic we took top up also it has to cover 10L.so our total insurance is 14L. We slso confirmed seversl time before going to surgery we will get surgery amount or not. They told till 12L we will get.but on discharge day at 12: 00 they told only 6 L they have sanctioned. It was too much shock to us and heavy burdon to pay us by morning. We had very very bad experince to us. Companies please dont suggest medi Asdist and play with employers lifes.

Medi Assists service is pathetic.
I have waited for whole day today i.e. 6/2/2022 for cashless settlement and discharge of patient.
Till 9pm as of now, patient awaits discharge from hospital.
What a humanity!
Sincerely avoid Medi Assist and New India Assurance.

Worst experience at Hyderabad branch. The OLD LADY receiving the calim form thinks as if she is doing a favour to us. She works at a sloths pace. Takes more than 10 mins for 1 min work.
She does not know how to treat people.
Medi Assist bloody cannot even provide stapler?
When I submitted the documents she said " who will staple the documents. It's a big headache" with a disgust face. As if she is doing the customer a favour.
0% professionalism and 100 % attitude.

Insurance companies in general should appear like a savior and kindof more welcoming, but this place is the most gloomiest place in the building. All I can hear are curses from the claimants, and it infact is. The telephone number when called will never be answered in its lifetime. Whe we just end up with multiple visits.

Poor quality services provided by Medi Assists Hyderabad.
And yeah one more thing address mentioned in their web site is wrong i.e. Pin code is wrong. Correct Pin code is 500015 however they have written 500026 on their website. If you send the courier then It won't be delivered.

Main thing is there is no professionalism exists in Medi Assist Teams working to support the people opted for Medical service.

No response, delayed services, no proper communication. Didn't receive confirmation email or message for health check up. I have been to the diagnostic centre, they asked for details like ID card, Aadhar card, email or message. I had to call multiple times to call center and could not connect with any one after trying for 4 times atleast like 15 to 20 min of call wait and finally didn't hear from anyone. Email service, never expect it, didn't hear from them even after 24 hrs. Pathetic services, I am not sure what happens to the person in emergency.

Worst worst insurance don't prefer it. I had a wrost experience with them admitted my father in hospital before admitting verified with them about how much amount will be claimed. They told they will give 90% on final bill.intial payment they gave 10% then after surgery when the hospital management has sent them final bill they denied the payment and started saying unnecessary reasons.this is worst insurance company they say cashless but finally tell us to reimburse the amount. Cooperate employee never go with this insurance company
