Dr. Srinivas, general surgeon treatment is excellent. He has done tongue suturing for my 2yrs baby girl. Carefully done. Very neatly explained everything in detail. Now she is fine. Nurses are so cooperative and friendly. All services good.
My son was treated by best General surgeon Dr. Aravind sagar garu. My son was suffering with abdomen pain. Doctor garu has done all the necessary tests and said he should undergo appendectomy surgery. Neatly cleared all our doubts. Surgery was done with verymuch care.now he is fine. Nurses hospitality is good.housekeeping kept our premises Very neat and clean. Food served as per dietician advice keeping in mind patients condition. All good. I recommend this hospital to all.

Excellent response given by Emergency doctor and nurses when we rushed here at night. Shifted yo ICU, dr. Raju, intensive care doctor has monitored and observed me. Worst hospital, unnecessary tests and false results. My bother admitted with viral fever, no covid, no dengue, no maleriya but with in 12 hours they changed the platelet count to 30000 and created a panic situation. And with in another 12 hours they said platelet count came to normal which is 2.4L. How will this happen in medical history. If we ask that, they are telling that we did it for insurance amount. If you are doing for insurance amount, then you should inform patient right, unnecessary panic to the patient and entire family. I will never ever visit this hospital in my life.
Very bad experience, unnecessarily wasted 2 days for dialysis patient. Unable to handle water tank for dialysis unit. Inspite of prior intimation, they wasted 2 days, and made to go to other hospital.also comparatively high cost in near by area hospitals
Very bad experience with this hospital, I m not even satisfied to give 1 star. We admitted my husband for dengue and from day 1 everywhere we faced delay and issues with staff nurses they won't respond properly. Instead of saying correct platelet count in the report they said wrong count most of the times.tests also got delayed due to insurance process. Staff processed in wrong way and they said for every medicine or test you are having insurance issue so please go and pay the bill we will continue treatment.is this is correct way to treat a patient in emergency, no communication between their staff itself.no good atmosphere, not at all suggest able this hospital gives value to monet not to the patient. Even weekend doctor should be available for name one doctor will be there. Very worst to worst experience. No proper supervision and management.

I seriously don’t get the formula they use to calculate platelets count. I wish they could give it to world so other labs can correct. We literally had worse experience with this hospital as they wantedly admitted my family member in ICU. Made us to pay 1lakh plus for few days of admission reason being viral fever and low platelet count. Whereas when we checked the platelet count in authorized lab centre there was a difference of 65,000. They informed the count was as low as 10,000 and did platelet transfusions and charged us more money which is absolutely a waste and has side effects. Please recheck the platelet count with some other source before getting treated with this hospital with low platelet count.
This is worst hospital ever visited. My wife got admitted here with fever and cough (it was not covid, already we got test from reputed diagnosis center) for this reason they admitted for 1 week, as we have health insurance they charged us around 1.3 lakh bill Insurance paid 1 lakh to hospital they where forcing us to pay remaing amount but after tough negotiation we paid abt 8k. Here the scam starts. 1) Thers is a senior Doc she comes to around 2.00 PM which is really crazy after that she leaves, then patients must be on nurse or junior doc consultant 2) Nurse always writes some notes in da nite 3) this one really crazy one. For us they gave us discharge summary at 6.00 in the evening (we waited for whole day) by this time Doc already left there was no one to discuss abt post discharge medication and we went across some ridiculous and unwanted test for this they charged us heavily and there was no one to answer why she recommended these test They where telling us all ridiculous reasons but not allowed to speak with her in mobile.by this time slowly every one was leaving by 8.00 Still not able to understand stand what made them to make us wait for whole one and half day Please please please please avoid this hospital I am sitting in hospital and writing this It's humble request avoid this hospital

Front office person Vignesh is very good communication with patient. And good doctor Madhavi madam. I met her almost 5 times for sake of my wife and brother. But price are vey high compare to mythri. If possible maker charges less to make continue Relation with medicover.

One of the WORST Hospital I ever seen in my life. Worst process and no coordination between the staff regarding billing payments and no coordination between Nurses what medication should give to patient.
They never worry about patient condition and only focusing on bill payment.they never inform to the attenders after the surgery done about patient condition only focusing on Operation theaters charges.
Even in emergency they never touch the patient to collect the blood samples without showing bill paid receipts at anytime (midnight also).
BETTER PLEASE DON'T PREFER THIS HOSPITAL EVEN VERY NEAR TO UR HOME AND EVEN IN EMERGENCY. I DON'T LIKE TO GIVE EVEN ONE RATING, BECAUSE TO POST THIS I AM GIVING ONE.
