It is crowded most of times, can do better here and 2D echo test usually takes a lot of time but overall good experience with a friendly staff.

For the MRI the patient should wait at least 5 hours. They will send the other people who come late than us saying that they have prior appointment. At least they need to inform the patients that it takes some time due to other appointments. So patients will check for other alternatives or will plan for next day. Info must be passed to the customers.

I am komali K coming for CT Coronary Angiogram. Excellent service in CT department. Mr Suresh (CT Technician) Explained well about study and done with In 5 minutes. I recommend to visit center.

The Reception Staff Are Very Humble Polite And Fast Disposal Sri. Mohd. OMER, Smt. SUJATA (Reception), Sri. SURESH And Sister Ganga's (CT Scan Staff) Services Are Really Ultimate. The Way Sri. Suresh has explained To My Wife N NAGAMANI Regd Coronary Angio CT Is Highly Professional After Briefing The Entire Process Completed Within 5 Minutes Which Is Really Great. Sri. Suresh Is An Asset To The Organisation. I Have Never Accrossed Such Professional In Any Other Diagnostics.

Don't provide MRI scan DVD, says it is additional cost. They charge Rs. 99/- for giving a cheap quality DVD. They also keep you waiting long for giving DVD inspite of informing early to write the DVD. Basically they want the bill to be done first then they will do their work. Everything is business, nothing else

Excellent services. Very polite behavior by staff. Very warmly received and spoken politely by Mrs. Priyanka. 4th floor.

Came for GTT test. Which takes 2hrs test time. As per the test they should measure 75g glucose and give to the patient. But they don't measure, they roughly add it to water. And the pathologist is average, experienced pain while blood sample collection. This test isn't not available in 1mg otherwise i could have booked there only. Overall not a pleasant experience.

MedPlus people said that test centre will be opened soon in my area, but it never opened in my area.that was 2months ego.still no labs where open in my area.given wrong promises and make people to take memberships. Later medplus test centers will be no where near to the customers.

Not all test centres have all the tests and scans available.many doesnt have all equipment with them to provide services.

Firstly open sufficient labs in the areas and ask for membership later. Stop looting customers with ur membership scam

Well designed facility with pretty good diagnostic coverage.
Need more ultrasound scan rooms, the wait times are insane.

Staff needs to train well on hospitality and talking to patients.

The Medplus diagnostic center located in Habsiguda, Hyderabad is clean and the staff is very good. Madhavi and Naveen from cardiology team helped me in getting all the tests done without any hassle. I would recommend the center from both service and pricing perspective.

I also would like to thank and congratulate the Medplus team for starting services for reasonable prices so many people can afford without having to worry about spending a lot of money for the screening test required for every individual.
