No maturity employee rude behaviour

just 1hr back I visited to that store for hifenac p tablet with full leg pain because of accident
He said that drug is not available then I asked diclofenac

And then he said in that situation also wait 30mins and get change for 100rs I requested please I'm unbareble pain I can't wait said and diclofenac 50 mg he said no cuttings sheet cost 30rs bcoz of no change with him Im ready to take 3sheets also.for external use I said but he said what ever u have to wait 30mins regular customers 2 are there line by line I will give

After waiting 5mins anna give please I can't bare then he said I dnt have that drug any combinatin also go out try

At that time one uncle said frst u u said u have then now saying not there please give to him he is with pain do u have blind.
Then he gived 1 sheet and 7prs change also he given
Thanks to uncle

My question is first he said no drug and change

Then after uncle said that give to him first
At that time where he got that drug and change?

Rude behavior

Just close you services it's better

It's my bad day and fate I met with an accident
No concern on customer then how it's be a workout your business

For appollo people customer is everything

Any they don't have also they will contact another branch and they will make adjust
