Visited this branch for whole body checkup, all the medicals completed smoothly, hygienic center, Chandu took good care, definitely will recommend this centre

They use newspaper under patient for the ultrasound which is too unhygienic and also washrooms are so dirty and instead of any soap or handwash there was just old dirty handwash with water filled in it. Entry wise they painted well but trust me it is so unhygienic and uncomfortable procedure. I was getting scared to get the infection. Also they will are not fair they will ask you to go to washroom and meanwhile send another patient of their choice. It was a horrible experience

They don’t value for people time, they just fake promises the time and wait, the staff cheats about time before paying the bill and then nobody responds… cheaters

They don’t value appointment, when I called and asked for an appointment they said I can com before 1: 00 PM but when I reached there by 12: 50 they said I have to wait for 40 mins but now it’s 2: 30PM still I am waiting for them to call me. They don’t even respond after payment

These people don't how to do CT scan abdominal with contrast. They injected iv due to patient at 3 different places without giving any instructions.complete hand was damaged.

Very very bad service in terms of report delivery.
A basic CBP report is taking forever. They promise report next day but now I’ve been calling and asking every time they say technical error will give you report in 10mins and it’s been another day yet no report. I don’t know if they realise my treatment is on hold only waiting for the report.
I would never recommend this place to anyone for getting any sort of tests.

Worst service by Medquest. Very late for giving reports. I have missed 2 doctor appointments because of their delay in giving reports. Worst service.

Pathetic management and Co ordination for a simple health check up … no safety protocols and no communication on the tests and procedures… one rating is also too much for this place … wasted 3 hours for blood sample, ecg and x ray …

Had a worst experience there. Went for ultrasound and had to wait for 2 hours and the executives were least bothered to inform the update on when my number will come. Finally when my number came for ultrasound, the report had incorrect details of mine. Invoice, report and ultrasound photos all had different details of mine and this is despite giving them my prescription. When I asked them to change it they simply declined that it cannot be changed and when I insist they told me that they will update and give me the report in some time. It's been 24 hours now and I haven't received the correct report yet.
I don't know what kind of technicians they hire who don't know there job well and messes with our report

An advise to others.pls don't go to this center. It's the worst

Recently i visited to The gachibowli brach for CT scan sudheer who was CT technician did good Service and explanation also very good

Ordered online for CUE and C/s for home collection, paid online, a person came and collected on Oct 5 2021, and even until Oct 8 th there was no update, their portal showed as results are ‘pending’. Called the call centre and they assured the request will be escalated and sorted in 20 minutes, nothing I heard. On 9th went to the diagnostics directly and after a wait of 30 minutes they informed me they haven’t received the sample and then I asked them to return the money, and they were so hesitant that I couldn’t understand why. Still haven’t received. Process gaps coupled with their inefficiency to sort out my grievance, has worsened my health and deprived me of timely treatment.

They are swift, much faster than hospitals and better digitized too.

Hospitals know how much rush to expect, despite that they're extremely slow and make the experience pathetic.

Keeping it Simple, Avoid this Lab

1. The Most Expensive Lab Sevices: I went here with my Covid Positive Mom knowing this is an Expensive Lab as I wanted less crowd and Quick Reports.

2. Delayed Reports and No Intimation: I had Given Smaple for Testing on 25th April 2021, Everyday I am going all the way to Ask for the update on the reports and everyone acts as if they have no idea what is going in this world. Since Mom is critical I wanted the reports urgently and today 7 PM of 27th April 202q I have still not recieved the Reports.

3. Fake Customer Service Center: Never Ever you are able to connect to their Customer Helpline Number Have Teied 100s of time. The line says all their customer executives are busy and they will call back which never happens. Eventually leaving my sick mom at home we have to come to the lab to enquire for reports and get disappointed.

Please @Medquest Management if There are any operational issues close down your lab dont ruin someone's hard earned money and play with their lives.

Delayed test reports, it’s waste of our valuable time. They will never understand severity of the patient. They said to give test reports within 48 hrs and i have been calling them several times after 48 hrs they haven’t given the reports and are making patients health detoriate. Worst experience. Never expected this from such a bug Diagonastic’s center.

Neatly maintained. CT scan department staff is handling us very politely. Especially hari sir is so kind to patients giving his time listening all our pains. Thank you

Clean and hygiene diagnostic centre. Staff are very polite. Mainly a boy in the front desk, Nandha Kishore helped and treated us good.

Medquest diagnostic is very good service and cleaning and
CT SCAN TECHNICIAN HARI SIR is very good behaviors and he should treat like friendly and medquest is best option

Worst service and they are not professional they send the patients who came behind us first and worst part is reputed hospitals like appolo also recommending them shame on you guys they waited me more than 1 and 1/2 hour after billing and the tests are done to the patients who came after me and they simply said wait for my turn
Don't encourage this kind of people

Very crowded and they will not follow the queue structure, they will accept the recommendation through phone by stopping the queue. I have waited in queue for 1: 30 hours just for billing today.

They do home sample collection of RT-PCR tests for COVID-19 and very prompt reporting. The pickup service could be much better co-ordinated with a messaging service and an ETA for pickup. I phone executives are clueless if a sample has been picked up or not. Also there were errors in name and gender for my report, which was later corrected.

Took executive package. They are not providing physician consultation even after 15 days and multiple reminders. This after collecting exorbitant rates. Complete cheats

This centre is working by following all the guide lines to avoid covid 19 spread. Very clean and hygiene.

Med Quest Diagnostics in Gachibowli has a very good& prompt service. I have recently taken my Mom for CT Scan. We have decided to do few more tests and there was a great assistance from Mr. Raja Pedapati in guiding to billing, My Mom was taken utmost care in CT scan and technician Mr. Hari sai krishna Neeli was explaining everything very patiently and giving all the positive thoughts. All the tests were conducted very politely and all the safety measures were followed.
