Medquest Diagnostics Center (Madinaguda)

Worst scanning experience with Medquest Madeenaguda. Waiting time will start from 1 Hr and will go uptill 4 hours.

Good service from Anees I went for blood investigation and CT kub or ultrasound for my father she took sample very smoothly and co ordination also very good her performance is to good I'm happy with her and very careing and helping and very good behavior and nice to talk with her m

I had a great experience with Nandini in the front seat managing my tests and reports. My entire checkup was cooperative and smooth.

They shared incomplete report.
I had to call several times to get the reports by whatsapp.

Also during the chest xray test, the person doing the xray was unaware of any need of changing and aimlessly directed me to random places. Results also took a long time and multiple intimation by me to get the reports.

Worst Experience. They are not calling according to the file order, they are calling those they like. Need to wait for longer to get your tests done.

I would not suggest going to this diagnostic center.

Hello. I have been to this diagnostics for my parents, staff they are good polite and caring towards the people and especially receptionists babu Rao and raphi they both are very nice and they have been able to suggest the patient they what kind of test Is for what. It’s really helpful to the people who can from villages. I strongly recommend this for now.

Madinaguda medquest hospital is really very good.especially dhana madam and rakhi mam is very good, over all nice responce frm the hospital and frm all.

The lady doctor who is available in the evening for scanning is very rude, they have put up a board outside the scanning room door that we have to keep or phone on silent or switch off, but the rules aren't same for the doctor, she just left me unattended when her phone rang. Did not even had the basic manners to tell it's completed or no, i was clueless, and took forever to give the report as they do not have adequate staff.
And the worst part is the relatives of COVID patients are waiting in the common reception.

Am the customer of medquest diagnotics since 2years, they treat me with very good response, staff are very helpful and positive, branch is very hygiene and clean, suggested to visit this branch

I went to madinaguda branch of MedQuest diagnostics for MRI, staff is recieving good and responsive & the coordination is also very good, all the staff are following covid procotols, I highly suggested & recommend to this diagnotics to visit,

Worst diagnostic centre available in Hyderabad, not only their servers are down most of the time and there is no proper billing.their reports have no details provided by the signing doctor, rather the doctor signing the reports is not even available with them. What is the point of getting tests done when doctor cant even interpret the results

Happy with Service. As I feel there was less staff.no one is there in first floor to coordinate only one girl working as feel in the floor.

My Father had given an Blood sample for CBC test at 8: 15 Am on 27 Aug at Madinaguda. They said that u will get ur reports by 6 Pm. We had waited until 7Pm, we did not yet get the report. We called to them and ask for our reports and they said that u will get ur reports by 15 mins. Now today is 28 Aug, still we did not get our reports. We tried calling to them and they are saying that u will get ur reports soon.
I did not understand what the hell they are doing. Even in the normal laboratories they are issuing report of CBC with in 15 mins. I did not understand what medquest is doing. This is such an irrresopnsible and negligible behaviour from Medquest. I recommend not to go for medquest for Blood tests. Please avoid medquest, if you need your reports as early as possible. Very worst Experience.

Not at all suggestible. Wait time is too much. Didn’t see the professionalism in the diagnosis center and doctors. Lift is terrible.

You guys charging the same as Apollo diagnostics, and used ordinary needles to collect the blood samples, which give you the patients lot of pain.just behind check Apollo needles, not a single penny charging less.when come to RTPCR you people charging 1200 for home collection and Apollo charging 750. Justify, why people has to prefer your diagnostics

Everybody who comes here for an MRI or a CT scan is more or less referred by Siddharth Hospitals.
The service here is horrible and the staff does not communicate properly with respect to the waiting time, time for each scan, time for report generation. It does not take a rocket scientist to calculate these basic metrics and communicate and set expectations with the patient and relatives. This helps especially while planning meals and office etc. Staff kept on informing me that I am next in line but I had to wait another 1.5 hours as three different patients were allowed inside ahead of me.
I strongly implore everyone who has faced similar issues as I have to raise an objection with the hospital management so that they can severe ties with this diagnostic centre and provide an alternate or give the freedom of choice.

Do Not vist this Diagnostics Centre. These people are very careless. They made a wrong report and given it. I have paid for and gone through a MRI scan for an Orthopedic problem and they made report Corona Virus infection, focusing on lungs. This is totally fraud. I think I will have to take legal action against them for this.

The worst service, My wife given Blood for Double marker report, Initially while collecting sample the receptionist said the report will take 48 hrs, But after 7 days we haven't received the report.when I called for the report they will say by EOD you will get the report. But nothing happening. Still we are waiting for the report. Please don't choose Medquest for any kind for reports.
