MedQuest Diagnostics Center (Secunderabad)

Just visited today.for few diagnostic tests, and observed that staff is very polite and well treated.
Best supporting staff.

I had a CT KUB Plain Today, The Staff was very good, I recommend this diagnostic, specifically Mr. Ashok Alter, he was very kind and helpful clarifying all my doubts.

I have been coming here for lung and abdomen scans. Very efficient in their process. Everything is done on time. Just call the helpdesk before you come, for better value of time. Results aren't misleading. Good place to get your stuff done: ')

The worst service I had to wait for my service for 2hours which is worst. There don’t even be sorry for it. Customer service was not great.

Worst staff, Worst customer service, what ever you ask will not get resolved, Pls donot go to this diagnostic centres.i called customer support number of this and zero response.

Lot of other diagnostic surrounding to this diagnostic is available who are ready ready to offer better service with cheaper than this.pls improve your front office support.

Pls improve your front office quality and ask them to respond.

Very bad experience. Once money is taken, they would not care much. It took me 4 days and 20 calls to the call center to get my report on the diagnosis.
Wouldn't recommend.

Worst service doctors not available everytime.they bargain with patients about charges.prices are more high for services

Worst diagnostic centre.very less experienced radiologist or not so trained radiologist are on duty.they don't inform us in advance about unavailability of staff even after calling them in advance.snail works faster than their staff and system.no wonder it is always empty.no one dares to visit this for the second time.
