Megsan Diagnostics, KPHB 9th phase

Very rude staff.
I will not suggest this center not only for friends even to my enemy also.this is located at 9 th phase kphb and road number one. I am having some doubt on accuracy of their reading also

They not listen to the customer.they will continually speak on personal calls even customer is standing in frontof them.they will not understand patients pain

Your customer care executive just lifts the call and disconnects the call for his sheer fun. Though I didn't had an emergency, what if some was in an emergency and needed some help. The management needs to introspect themselves being in public health sector can we play for fun with customers life. I have almost tried 6 times and all the while he was playing with me. Time was around 3: 30 to 3: 45pm today.

First learn to pick the calls dumbos. Why the phone is maintaining in diagnostics?
Insane.irresponsible, reckless, pathetic.no proper communication from the team and false promises
The team very unprofessional, vey bad service quality too late, even how to communicate to a customer, they don't have common sense to talk to customer,
No professionalism at all. They will not provide you reports even emergency cases. They will best suit for Pani Puri shop.

The centre in 9th phase hi tension road there is never a staff member available.
I wonder why they have a branch here only for visitors to come see there is no one and go back.
Medical hall associated to it has zero Clue on if the staff members are ever going to b present here or no.
SUCH A WASTE OF TIME THIS LAB HERE IN KPHB.
Suggestion: Don’t even turn your head to see if there will be someone available to take test.
