Nice experience in shopping. Great collection.staff was very cooperative and specially Bhavani assisted well in selecting dresses and showing latest designs as per our requirement.

Very costly shop and clothes quality were poor too. I spent 17k. But i am very regretful now. Worst experience.

Visited this branch recently to buy dresses. The Salesman (not aware of his name) in the first floor is too lethargic to show my requirement properly and whatever I asked his answer was simply we don’t have. He is very lazy to check the stock and reply me. He showed a dress in L size which I liked and asked him the same in M size. He bluntly replied we don’t have M in that. After checking few more sets I found M sized dress which I asked for. When I questioned how he said no M size and how I got to see now means no answer and he immediately called a lady sales person to show my requirement. Even though I planned to buy 3 dresses which I like, due to this behaviour of salesman and even other sales persons too doesn’t showed any interest to warn that fellow and to show the required items. Worst experience from this so called ages old shop

I had the worst experience with the tailoring in Memsaheb. They ruined my engagement saare blouse and not even accepting there fault. They ruined the blouse and even after 4 tries, it couldn't be corrected. It was a nightmare, I spent 3 hours and nothing happened. I am asked to come again even after spending 3 hours there just to get it right. The tailor would act like he is an expert, but he is worse than your next door tailor aunty, who would charge far less.

Superb showroom for all women's ethnic wears & party.there collection is best in Hyderabad. Also the staff is superb.which helps in smooth shopping experience

I bought blowse which cost around 1600 and I went inhouse tailor for stitching, they took half of the blowse and made blowse with remaining half. After fighting with them again they added another piece of blowse and stitched blowse
like kichidi.its worst here and I recommend every one not to go there for tailoring and stitching. Really felt bad

Cloud tailoring is there here they told they have good experience and stitch in Banjara hills but after few days when I went on the delivery day for the blouse and I had seen it tears turn around in my eyes they made a disaster blouse and again trying to cover there mistake when we fight with them they it's there mistake and they will repair it. And later they added
another piece of cloth with same material like and made stitching wich look like as they added with fewiquik.so we asked we don't want that and throwed it there only asking we want a fresh piece of same quantity and return the stitching charges. Finally they gave same cloth and told they will give stitching charges after 4 working days.

Bought an expensive cloth here that costed me 20k. And went with their in house tailor named Venu who made a DISASTER out of the dress. I repeatedly asked if the tailor is good enough, because he clearly didn’t appear that way. But the staff insisted that he’s very good indeed. I gave him two pieces and both of them were stitched in the worst way possible. This is purely negligence and misleading information given by the staff there. Never gonna set foot in this awful place who mislead customers this way.
