Neat store and well maintained. The staff were very responsive. Overall a good experience.

No staff, less products, discount removed almost
Worst billing counters, only 3 counters for 50 customer at 7;35pm on 31 December

Please handle as simple as earlier metro not like reliance

Worst metro i ever seen in this state everyone even the management also irresponsibility idiots in this metro goods receving section is very bad only 2 staff working here and lots of vehicle holding here

Approach road is pathetic. Not sure why did metro choose this location.

Prices are discounted but not much of a deal. You get better rates at Dmart or local wholesale merchants.

The hype of mandatory membership card makes people think that metro has great deals, while fact is different.

The staff are enjoying a lot, standing idle in the isles, with meager work. They dont care about what customer wants.

Billing is a nightmare, I see idle staff but they open only limited billing counters, making us loose time. The bill is another highlight, I don't understand why you need to print so many papers for bill. Always confusing content in the bill.

Anyways not bad to go there once.

Metro Cash & Carry is a excellent shopping experience where we can get A to Z everything for home complete shopping at reasonable rate with world class quality products and service is good and staff is friendly and every visit I m enjoying shopping.

Metro is not like before. A lot of simple items like salt, maida among many others were not stocked. There is talk of Ambani taking over Metro and maybe this is the reason the current management seems to have lost the necessary commitment.

All types of Groceries are available here at a lower price than the market. One stop for all the items. Metro cards are a must to purchase here.

They are never organised. Their staff it not bothered about customers and they just open two counters for billing making customers wait for hours together

Bad customer service. Half hour shopping and one hour waiting to be billed.awful.management needs to look into this issue.

Loose paper was too bad.price is higher from market. Customer service is too bad. Price tag is different in bill page.stop buying from metro wholesale.

There is no Ac at this time while grocery they have to understand the needs of customers and they provide incomplete details of elite card while renewing the card

It has good collection and managing reasonable price best thing is the staff is well mannered and honest. It is very far from the localities but parking facility is good.

A reasonable store, professional and courteous staff. Well stocked with almost all that you need. One of the items accidentally had double the price listed in the price register and upon checking & reporting it was corrected right away. Just that if I had not checked then I would have ended up paying extra money.

Of all the metro outlets this was way below average. Sersioyl how do you expect your guests to carry their stuff back

This wholesale store is located on the main road of Shamshabad, NH7 Highway and easy to identify. After visiting other metro stores in hyderabad i found that this store is well organised and tidy. You can get pretty much everything for your home and has great produce for retail store owners as well. There are great discounts if you take products in bulk. There is ample 2 & 4 wheeler parking with wheelchair accesible entrance and restrooms. You can get home appliances, footwear, stationary, pulses, rice, electronic gadgets e.t. C.here. If you are around Shamshabad area then I recommend to visit the place to get benefit of good discounts on your shopping.

Good place and meat is really good and fresh. We wanted cow milk but not available. It would be good if you maintain all kinds of milk packets.

It's a decent place for wholesale buy. Don't expect to get any fancy stuff like Gourmet sauces etc. Perfect for poultry and fish.

It's good place for the business but the maintenance staff is not maintaining the producs properly it effects the business very badly try to fix the problem with relating to maintenance.

It's osm to all types of groceries and home appliances available.but it's only for own business holder it's required to have a special cards.but it's all good.

Because the prices is not economical compare to local markets like begum bazar whole sale markets and other super markets offers and local wholesale shops in city I'm not satisfied with prices.

Best place for shopping the households, food, drinking, home appliances, electronic things, decor items etc. But metro card was mandatory. And it also have some specifications to get that card.

They offer discounts that cannot be taken in xash and give you stuff which you normally would use. They are also selective to make exceptions if you are some who are giving them a lot of business then they go extra mile. If you are a new customer do not expect much of service. Even after their head office offered to give better service, nothing changed.

A great place to buy wholesale items.but u need a pass.or someone with a pass.on a given pass. 3 people are allowed normally.though u can talk it out to 4 or 5 people.the prices here are competitive but not on all products.some products have great prices some dont.some things are better priced at d mart shops.also u have to have a minimum bill of 1000 per person otherwise u have to be a sitting duck there
