Take a kg tiger prawns and after removing shell it would be around 500 -600 grams.

Electronics are mostly older stock and hardly see new models. Some electronic products like sandwiche or toaster maker are cheaper in Amazon.

Pathetic outlet. They allow employees from the govt and pvt sector to shop but they don't allow students to shop. So much politics here. Worst management ever. There is no facility to avail new metro card as well.

It's very spacious and all items are available here. The offers are also pretty good. But you should have their membership card to shop in the supermarket. The parking space is spacious in front of the store and there is another parking lot at the backside of the store but many people don't know about it. The only problem is during evenings everyday and during holidays, there are too many people, so we have to wait in the queue for a long time.

It's spacious mall that all the products are available. You can get any product. But it is not accessible for every one. It is accessible for only those who have metro card which is given by the metro to the retailers. But the person should shop for minimum 1000rs. In simple words it's a wholesaler mall which retailers shop there. But for the middle class people it's affordable as we can shop 1month household items. I was fully satisfied by shopping there as i can but the products for a reasonable price as the price differs from MRP if we take pair of the product.

Compared to other metro stores in hyderabad this store had very good collection on items and stock

(Non Veg) Mutton from last one month (i.e, in the month of Aug-20 and Sep-20) it is worst. The person also gives worthless answers. Finally, rejected to buy and not at all going to the store.

Huge space for parking, lots of new products but they started reducing the discount and allowing all the people to enter using others card. You need to purchase minimum of 1000/- once you enter inside the mall.

Metro is really great. It transports people from one place to another place without any hassel. It’s an efficient way of transportation and also a cheap mode. Really effective in the Hyderabad city, saves you from all the traffic in Hyderabad.

Staff is not so helpful. We usually goto metro at shamshabad airport road. Staff there is so helpful a d they help us in every way. They have free packing for merchandise in shamshabad airport whereas no such facility is available at Uppal.

Compared to other locations the collection of stuff at this place isn't great. To top that, I bought a kids scooter which had the box damaged. I asked the warranty guys to make sure I can return it if a part is missing or something. To my surprise, the product was used, visible from the condition of the tires and looks like returned by someone which is again put on store front for sale at full price and with no notice. Of course I do have the option of returning which I will, but the hassle of going till the store to return just because the store never felt the need to label it used/returned and not making sure if the product is ok (couple of pieces are broken) before selling as-is, is so NOT customer centric.

Shocked at the rating. The prices and groceries availability is all fine but the billing time is forever, takes minimum 45 mins every time.

3) Some items does not have tags.
4) Arranging pricing stickers irregularly by which lot of confusion in finding the price.
5) Many item's prices are high when compared to other markets.

Everything available, low in cost if purchased in bulk not as lower compared to market also stock will not brought soon if completed.

Worst restrooms, the staff were washing their utensils like pressure cookers etc in the restrooms, restroom was very unclean and waterlogged.staff was irresponsive and was not helpful when asked for, we searched for the size of our shoes ourselves. Staff was spending more time in the staff meetings rather than attending to customers.

Good whole sale supermarket in the city. It had wide variety of products for all sections right from electronics to groceries. You can fresh vegetables and meat too. Though it is good place to shop but the metro near Shamshabad is way better than this one. It has far better options available for all the sections and you also have best price near it.

Well this metro storr gets everything in retailed price so everything u vll get in less cost when compared to market price.except furniture and mobile etc.everything is sold at reasonable cost.shopping experience is good.

Super market where you get almost all items. Service is low. Prices are low in some items. Metro super market has branches in Hyderabad and in Banglore.

Whole sale market and whole sale prize seasonal offers applicable parking is free also having food court

This is one of the biggest and first of its kind shopping mall setup in Uppal, there are other branches too in other parts of city. People call it wholesalers for wholesaler. One should have metro card to enter into it and it is given to only business people by providing business certificate. This mall covers prettyuch every household and office items. More you purchase more you benefit from discounts. Mall has ample 2 & 4 wheeler parking and is wheelchair accessible, same goes with entrance. Place accepts both cash and card payments and expect long wait times at bill counter. Usually it will be half hour. And there is eatery in arena where prices are very expensive.

It should negative star rating but as there is no option 1 star. We have small kirana shop & was buying general items mostly from here. 4-5 times i observed that prices vary in billing & that they display in front of product. When I asked them it happens as this is very big store. Generally when I buy I try to check all the items prices & I found 4-5 times one or the other issue. But when my father used to go & buy he generally doesn't check much. So only if we check every time we are safe else there will be difference of 5-8% what I observed, please be cautious to recheck the prices of every item else we simply waste our time & money. These guys are least bothered about customers. Below proof of variation about 6% higher & after 1 hour they agreed to change the price.

I am rewriting review because there lot of changes in this whole sale retail store, even though prices are less compare to other stores, the standards of this particular store has fallen down drastically, especially staff where they don't care about the customers, you won't even find single staff member in some departments, they chit chat where the customers won't come to that block, and coming to service it is very poor, no proper air condition system you feel suffocated always if you shop for more than hour and you won't even find quality water to drink, there are many loopholes which they have to make a change, years ago it was so good with service, product availability, and staff welcoming. I would recommend to choose smart instead of this.

Very supportive staff and services. Goods varieties and models are somewhat limited to some products. Too much waiting time at the cash counter. Prices are ok.

Poor management, many a times there were no tags for the selected items and at the billing that would be taken back as there is no barcode assigned for the product.poor management of billing, staff do not availabe when required for assistance.

One can shop everything here.but too crowded on weekends.one has to wait in long queue for billing. Recommended to visit in morning hours as store opens as early as 7: 00 am
