A fantastic place for all your groceries shopping, but at times you might not get your specific product due to bulk purchases.

Very worst experience, the staff here are very rude and they don't change the tampered packets they just tape them and ask us to pay for it

It was good while shopping but I felt some of the products are charged more than the actual price.we need to check each and everything through the bill

It was quite good. In the last couple of months stocks are dwindling. Not what it used to be. Probably not spending money till and preparing for take over by Reliance.

Poor store managers. Not available for addressing customer complaints. Extremely crowded at checkout points. Not more than 4 to 5 check out counters operate at a time out of the 12 to 15.

All groceries you get under one roof. Sea foods, dairy products and electronic items we get here.

Please check the bill they charge extra than mrp also this thing happened 2nd time with me they are charging extra than mrp and they 7-9 bill counters but they open only 2-3 counters so we have to wait in a long quee w

Service personnel are utterly poor in service and literally unresponsive. Miles to go for improving service staff behaviour.

Metro is one of the place where you can get variety brands are quite a cheaper prices. We always use this love place because of the variety it offer compared other metro locations. This one is quite a big one with over 20000+ brands. The fast food options are quite good like MC Cain etc.

It is a good store if you want to buy groceries at bulk. Useful for functions and small vendors. First of this kind, i experienced similar shops in Korea.

Kompally and kukatpally both metro stores are good but in kukatpally if rain falls you can load your groceries in car comfortably

Worst experience. No proper customer service. The supervisors and staff are arrogant. I placed order for my shop. Didn't get delivered even after 4 days. You will not find most of the running items here. So need to to shop elsewhere. There are lots of other wholesalers these days.

Not happy, customer had to wait for 2 or 3 hours for refund while mistake of prices by management and while talk to lady manager is useless. Be careful of prices on tag is different while you bill.

By any chance if you shop at this store be careful about the prices the price in the computer is always higher than the price mentioned on the shelf, somehow I feel this is one of the way to lure the innocent customers. If this happens to you, you will have to wait hours to get a supervisor/manager and simple things they will say is there’s a mistake an employee didn’t remove the old price tag while giving you a choice to leave the product. This is NOT once happened with one product, but almost all time with maximum products. To name few Shampoo, cookies, ice cream, cloths, oil, snacks and many more. Besides this, the prices are always on higher side when compared with a retail nearby store.

PRO TIP PLEASE RECHECK YOUR INVOICE/bill FOR THE PRICE MENTIONED ON THE SHELVES VS BILLED BEFORE MAKING ANY PAYMENTS

Be alert don't go for shop on Sunday and Saturday. Dont have proper security to guide at the parking lot.painful parking is allowed
