In this they allow the customers who hold the Metro Card which they issue to the establishments and we can get get A to Z to purchase like Groceries Stationary Vegetables Fruits Footwear Electronica Electricals Non veg like Mutton Chicken Fish and prawns

Wide range of products at a very reasonable price. Only the issue is the billing counter, they run full with a long que.

Depending on the bill they some times give free products or reduce bill. Good parking facility available.

Initial days it is an excellent place to shop. But nowadays it is becoming more and more worst. The billing staff behavior is awful.

One of the worst show room.whatever you will purchase you will revisit again for repair under warranty. The staff is dirtiest in handling relations with customers.worst of worst.one person named kalyan even doesn't know how to recieve public

Great place but slipping into average. Ice cream purchased here melts by the time you reach your place, as they Refuse to give crushed ice to keep it cold.

Good place to buy goods at whole sale price. For electronics it's not a great place. Good place for all varities of fish and meat. You get halal meat here.

Just for the name people are going here otherwise there is nothing to find here, D-Mart is far better and the prices are pretty cheap when compared to this

Worst hospitality. No proper response from the staff. I don't know where manager is sleeping.it used to be good service before. Please learn them customer service.especially the guy who is standing in dry fruits counter at 6pm.

Store is nice and spacious.but the only problem is there is only single counter for the grocery packing department so the waiting line is big

Among three Metro whole market, kukatpally branch is so convenient, east transportation. Enough place for parking, separate for two Wheeler and four wheelers.
Need Metro card to enter, you get big electronic goods like television sets and speakers, ACs etc as you enter into you will get all decorative items (left side)
Men dress is bit cheap in price compared to out side malls, bag, Winter special jacket is so less in price.
Coming grocery items not much discount but in vegetables and fruits is good. You get fish and you do have a bakery inside that the best point I always like to spend.
Enough counters provided to ease the queue.
Billing and checking is maintained balanced.

I suggest take time and make a clear list of things you buy, as the METRO is huge and we might forget what we went to get.

One place to get everything thing, very nice and polite staff. Free parking, good food stalls. But i will suggest people to goto DMart (More discounted Rates) for shopping. There is a huge difference in Dmart prices and Metro Proces.
Today i went both places, everything we bought from Metro is cheaper in DMart

Good for commercial goods and families which buy monthly stocks
Some goods don't last long due to high demand
Staff can't tell the reload of the stock

Hi I'm a usual customer of metro wholesale, recently we have purchased some fish which was upto 3kg, we r so shocked to see that the whole fish was wasted because it was smelling so badly that it was a fish before 50 days back. I had eat it and suffered from serious stomach pain, I was completely exhausted. Pls make sure that u don't buy meat or fish from metro wholesale or else it may cause to serious problems

Metro u should have metro card, these will be given for who have business.small type of stores.if you want u can apply, the procedure will be explained at entrance.
On 1 card 3 members can go inside.

You can find all types of groceries, shopping, clothes, electronics, daily needs, fruits, vegetables, non veg, dry fruits, children play dolls, chocolates, fridge, tv, washing machine, each and every thing.

But price are same here.

Minimum purchase is 1000.yiu should buy at least 1100 rs.
Below 1000 he will not allow.

Staff is very help full.
Best time to visit is week days.
Free parking facilities, and wash rooms, card swiping machines, and cash.

Great Collection of Products U can find here. There will be Many discounts offerd on the Products 2hich will attract you a lot. Think Smart before u purchase any oroduct Juss compare it with the other Marts and in E commerce Sites.

If you really want to buy lots and lots of stuff then you can surely visit this place. Very few items are with great offers but very limited models. For ex. Sketchers shoes are at 50% off where we can get it for around 3k from 6k but only 3 models available. Still I felt Dmart prices are very competitive with the prices here. For ex. - Unbranded t-shirt is costing Rs. 895 and after offer you can get it for 700. A check-in size skybag of 10k is coming for 7k when I get it for 5k in Dmart. A pantene shampoo with MRP Rs. 395 is coming for Rs. 274 where as I bought it for Rs. 198 in Dmart. I would suggest to get time to visit both and grab the best deals here and there. After all both are walkable distance from each other. Apart from that, this place is very well organised with dedicated rows of shelves for each and every type of item, fresh chicken, fish and other sea foods, fresh vegetables and fruits available. It has very big parking area separate for 4 and 2 wheelers, food stalls available outside the mall and it is kids friendly.

This was one of the biggest wholesale shop, it is best useful for shop owners as they can buy all in whole sale the thing I don't like here is the METRO card, if you show the metro card then you are entered into that, , and the remaining everything is really awesome and maintenance here is also very good.

The best wholesale stores in Hyderabad. Friendly and helpful staff with a huge variety of goods. Only complaint is that the checkout almost always takes around 30 min.

Nice place for shopping every thing available here with good quality in affordable prices. All cards accepted.parkings structures also built no problem for parking.

The experience in the metro was really good. You need to have a metro card to go inside the shopping complex. The minimum bill amount must be 1000 RS. It is like every other supermarket and offers discounts. It's better to ignore this and prefer online shopping because the prices online are same as metro prices. Electronics can be ignored in metro.

This shopping mall is only for people who has a membership in METRO. This place is also a boarding point for people who are travelling to other states by bus. Near by KUKATPALLY Traffic Police station.

Restrooms are in very condition, pls avoid going in there, stinks a lot. Very poor response from staff, could have been maintained well.

Yeah it's bigger and better but dmart is far better than this one it was good in the earlier days but when the Dmart has came this all went away because of value for money.yeah it's true that Dmart has best value for money than Dmart don't expect electronic gadgets in Dmart it has very few electronic gadgets apart from that everything was perfect in Dmart compared to metro and you need only metro card to access inside that's another gimmick thing.

The best wholesale cum retail store for purchasing the daily needs (including vegetables and fruits). If you are purchasing in large quantities, then you can expect decent discounts. However, the store levies Rs 1000 as a minimum purchase amount. Though the store sells electronic goods, one can neglect it and find the better alternative.

Never buy meat from this store. Worst quality. It’s the 3rd time. Took mutton here few months ago. It’s soo hard that it took 15 whistles to cook in a cooker. Now again brought meat bones and took 25 whistles to cook means 5 times more than the original cooking method we use. Think u guys bring very old aged, stiff and about to die sheep or goat. Better close meat section just like u closed the liquor store.

Unfortunately I am one of the customer of this Particular Metro @ Kukatapally.

Metro is always the awesome place for groceries and electronics. This above statement was not mine. This was given by my friend.

Up on his words, One really bad day, I went to this store with his card to buy electronics which they offered almost 10k difference compared to other stores around Hyd. There itself my bad luck started like a tsunami.

I bought almost 3 lk worth of goods which include TV, fridge, AC, Washing Machine.

Almost six to seven months I didn't open those packages because of my House warming got late.

After using my TV for six months, I thought of going to change my DTH and they showed me some dark patches all over the TV. I really shocked and called up Samsung Team to check and they confirmed that your LED screen having issues and it has to be replaced asap. That would be cost around 40k, because your TV is not in the warranty. I fought with them for the same because i used least of 6 months which is cost around 1.3 lk.

Immediately I called up the Metro team and they told me that We are checking the status of your TV Don't worry.

This checking takes almost 2 weeks!

After that, they asked me the Phone number and Request number of my issue registered in the Samsung site.

This process took almost another 3 weeks!

One fine day they came and saying Sorry for TV was not in the warranty.

That SORRY Cost was 40k to me!

These people are having gr8 future as an actors. May be that is also the reason, BIG METRO gave the jobs for them to sold the Garbage things to the Customers.

Even now I am facing the problem with my fridge also.

I don't know when can i see the problem with my AC and washing machine.

Even my EMis are not done yet!

Bottom line is, these people are having electronics like the Garbage things. So that only they are able to give that much of discount.

It's really heart burning situation of mine.

I am in taking the help of my friend (Lawer) for consumer court complaint.

Please try to avoid purchasing electronics here.

Please don't compare with other stores also because these people will give better discount but that's not even 1 rupee worth!
