Mi service centre Miyapur (RSI)

Too worst service center. This one and Kukatpally service center don't have capability to resolve the issues on time. The persons working on service center don't give any update when we call and in reverse they say to not call. I've been visited to miyapur service center 4 times, issue not yet resolved.

Had my phone repaired at reasonable cost. Other mi service centre was asking for 5860 Rs to replace the whole display whereas the technician here 'Riyaz' checked the phone thoroughly and informed me that it can be repaired by replacing some parts. They fixed it at fraction of cost what i was told by other service centre. I gave 4 stars just bcz i felt that there was no proper arrangements for visiting customers. AC was there but switched off.most of the fans were running but not faced towards where seating arrangements were done

Today i went to this place for my friend her phone is not getting charged
They said her phone battery is not working so for changing battery they charged Rs/_850
service charges Rs/_180
And they did Qc (quality check) finally
that room so closed customers are getting suffocation no more fans near the sitting chairs but ac is there but they didn't on it
She wants to buy a charger for redmi note 8 pro they told worth is Rs/_1000

There is no synch with customer care and service center. Lot of time waste and called customer care for more information and came back without having any solution provided

Nice experience. Satisfied with service but bit of expensive. They'll service for other brands too. You can ask for it.

Staff were cooperative, my mobile issue was solved in proper manner. Recommended for all Mi handset users. The staff are following social distancing and sanitization process.

Worst service centre don't reject the call of the customer and takes mobile for long periods and makes lot of trouble to customer.no proper response it's better to give in any other service centre than this and they don't treat customer in a gud way. And staff is even worst in all finally this service is worst worst and far worst don't ever give ur moblies in this service centre

Front desk representative was not polite. She kept on talking over phone even though I was standing in front of her for approx 10 minutes. MI may be no. 1 is sales but not good when it comes to services.

I gave my phone for repair (charging issue). They gave it back after 7 days stating issue resolve and i made payment for services.but issue is still there and phone is hanging and heating up like iron box.when call them they are not answering my phone.

Worst service ever. I had issue with my K20 pro. I took my mobile to this service center. These people are so unprofessional that when they took my mobile and opened it to check the problem, they didn't even register it on their system. The technician said it's motherboard issue.later I took it to other mi service center. They repaired my mobile in half an hour. It was just an software issue.my concern is, when they touch customers mobile. They have to register on their system. It's a basic procedure other service centers are following.

They don't respond over phone and asked me to visit by booking an appointment. Booked a token and visited the service centre but the spare part is not available. Waste of time and efforts.

These people are frauds my Note 8 got some water inside and it's not turning on they took my phone and after one hour they say motherboard and display both are gone and they are asking 9500 rupees for service of new motherboard and display. I took my phone back after paying them 118 rupees including GST for checking my phone. I went home and after sometime I tried to restart my phone and it's working perfectly without any problem. This people just wanted to cheat me and take money.

Token process was not informed prior when made a call to service station and after reaching they informed after waiting for almost 10 mins. Just for a repair of 5 to 10 mins they wasted mine 2 hrs. Pathetic people and pathetic service.

Very bad experience and Service is very very poor, it is not at all suggestible. DON'T REPAIR HERE. Small repair shop is better than this Service Center.

This store is near to Allwyn cross road and nearest landmark is KFC and Vijetha supermarket. Service is good and prompt response.

Worse place ever.
It's very costly if your coming here call the mi executive and say him/her for bargaining the rate of your service

When i went there i saw a case in which redmi not 7 pro where back glass panel is replaced with duplicate back glass panel which is brought from local store and they said that it was from mi store.even in mi authorized store is also not trustworthy against fake products, BTW they will may advertisements as fear the fake.etc

Waste and worst service center. No proper response and respect to customers. Staff is very rude and knowledge less.

Good and efficient service. My problem though critical was solved by persistent efforts of the service engineers. And the cost of the service is also not very.

This people are just there to loot your money. I have visited this place for my screen replacement and front office representative told that the display comes with battery and it will cost around Rs 7000/-.

If the service center people are saying like this, whom do we rely on.
