The session was quite informative especially the demo session of compensation and benefits. As a fresher, this has helped me learn a lot of new concepts. What I would have like added in the session would have been a live example of calculation or method of doing the task. For example how ctcs are structured. The Q&A session at the end was quite helpful and clear. Even the facility to have a 1-1 session with the mentor, is a really great initiative. The counsellor assigned is also helpful and quick with responses.

Nice initiative by middle earth to train HR professional also freshers.and guide them in their career. That too free of cost.

I didn't attend a single class due to issues and tried contacting the team right after my first day nobody responded.n later denied for refund mentioning that I informed them after 1 week. Pathetic!

Made the grave mistake of responding to a job posting by them on some job hunting platform Years ago and for the past 12 months or more, I’ve been INCESSANTLY SPAMMED by them to promote their courses. I’ve made multiple requests to multiple employees of theirs to remove my number from their database only for the requests to fall on deaf ears. I have to keep blocking their numbers in Truecaller yet keep receiving calls from new numbers. And today they’ve started spamming me on WhatsApp, too. I had refrained from saying anything on a public platform but I this was the last straw. I would NEVER use their services or recommend them to any due to sheer lack of awareness on how to deal with people who are clearly not interested in whatever garbage they are selling (hint: you leave them alone).

Learned concepts about compensation & benefits concepts are practiced industry wide. So this program will be extremely useful.
