I was having ectopic pregnancy. Dr.shoeba mam helped and guided me throughout my pregnancy. Nursing care provided by nurses and her team was amazing. Please do consult dr.shoeba mam in such cases.

It's second my second delivery in this hospital. Dr. Shoeba mam and her team guided me through out my pregnancies the nursing care and management in this hospital is incredible.

I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care and compassion my mother Mumtaz Sultana 65 years old received during her recent hospital stay in MINA for past 7 days. The medical Management and staff demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and genuine concern for her well-being. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, contributing to a peaceful recovery environment. I highly recommend this hospital for their outstanding commitment to patient-centered care.

My experience at Mina Maternity Hospital was nothing short of a nightmare. I cannot express how disappointed and frustrated I am with the level of care and service provided. From the moment I walked in, it felt like the staff was disinterested and lacked compassion.
The facilities were outdated and unclean, creating an uncomfortable and unsanitary environment. The rooms were cramped and lacked basic amenities, making it difficult to feel comfortable during such a crucial time.
The medical staff appeared unqualified and lacked the necessary expertise to handle maternity cases adequately. I felt like they were just going through the motions without genuine concern for the patients' well-being. It was evident that they were understaffed, as I often had to wait for hours before anyone attended to my needs.
Moreover, communication was a significant issue throughout my stay. The staff failed to provide clear explanations of procedures or answer my questions satisfactorily. I was left feeling confused and anxious about my own health and that of my baby.
To top it all off, the billing process was a complete mess. They overcharged me for services I never received and were unresponsive when I tried to resolve the issue. Dealing with their billing department was a frustrating ordeal that only added to the stress of my maternity experience.
Overall, I would strongly advise any expectant mothers to steer clear of Mina Maternity Hospital. The lack of professionalism, poor facilities, and indifferent staff make it a place to avoid at all costs. I regret choosing this hospital and wish I had gone elsewhere for a better and more caring experience.

For appointment they want to come in-person at 11-m and to consult doctor again in evening it’s ridiculous
In which world they are living I just don’t understand perhaps we’re all most are leading digital I feel the positive feedbacks are paid as I didn’t found to experience what mentioned in positive comments.

I don't find Doctor available, though reciptionist keep saying that doctor would be available in next 10 min for 2 Hrs.
Waiting lounge is cluttered, looks like a public bus.
No hygeine standards whatsoever.
Would not recommend anyone to go there, unless you want to feel sorry for your self.

With the response I see from the Hospital Administration on my review, I am assured that they are defencive to critics, and happy the way they manage their hospital.

I wish hospital Administration finds solution to
- Better coordinator between receptionist & Doctor, patients wait time can be reduced.
- Waiting lounge needs to be spacious. Spacing seats really close to each other, without ventilation and exhaust ensure your patience suffocate. You don't have to be a star hotel to do this.
- Hygeine standards can be improved by ensuring hospital is well cleaned, well painted walls in neutral colours, and better lightning.

Dr. Shoeba has no respect for the customers. The management asks the patients to wait for hours, however, if the patient is late by even some minutes they will start scolding them. The hospital staff and the Doctors need to seriously respect the customers. It is because of the customers your Hospital is running.

One of the best hospital for women, kids with reasonable fees, caring staff and little bit cleanness needed in the rooms.

In reception Ledise they don't how to speak very very bad manners,

It's been our wrong descision to go to Dr. Shoeba Shukoor, She doesn't give the time to the patient.

We went to Mina because of Dr. Shoeba Shukoor but on critical time she leaves everything on duty doctor this was a very unprofessional.

We were assured the normal delivery will be done since there were no complications from the beginning finally at the time of delivery by saying that the baby's heartbeat is dripping they performed C-section.

I thought I would've went to Fernandez or Ankura or some other hospital after all this but it was too late.

No doubt there are all the facilities in Mina Hospital and the charges are affordable but the service is not good I was informed that normal deliveries happens very rarely God know what their strategy is.

And all the staff and made and nurses and doctors give a best attention to the patient and food also there are supplying to patients as well to there relatives. And we get Admin in 4th floor there all the staff and doctors taken a very good attention to words patient. Thanks alot for a good treatment

I underwent c-section I thank Dr. Shoeba shukoor she is patient friendly and excellent Dr.she treated me very well alhamdulillah. Dr.ishrath and all nursing staff they are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hospital. Compare to other hospitals charges are very less and treatment is good. No other hospitals provide time to time food to patient. My personal experience with this hospital, even the main doctor shoeba shukoor including that baby doctor Sachin Joshi a big lier they looting us, they don't have humanity. They loot every patient in the name of fake treatment. They are telling fake every single word. If you want to save your money Please don't go there. They even didn't get a single star.

Silver Crescent eye hospital-One of the most worst place you can have as a hospital. My father had an eye surgery in it before the surgery the doctors and staff was very kind and generous but
my father had some pain in the eye so we went to the hospital there was this one doctor named (Anuradha) who behaved in a very rude way and did not gave any respect to us by talking in a unprofessional manner.
I request you all please go with any other reputed hospitals with good doctors and staff so that you can avoid this kind of extremely bad experience.

I took my father for eye surgery, for later check ups.we had to see to Anuradha kulkarni who don't deserve to b called as a doctor.who have no manners to speak to the patient, she has been very rude n couldn't give a proper treatment.

We are in the age of the internet, use karna sekho. Use the money you are earning for better service. You will be more efficient and make MORE money.

This hospital is only for making money.you (gents) can't even talk to doctor shoiba shakur regarding anything of patient condition.unprofessional staff including doctors.there is no one available to talk except meraj madam who handles almost everything.after delivery doctor will come to see mother in thr room but no pediatrician will come to see your baby, you as a new parent have to understand if anything wrong with the baby and ask doctors to see the baby.pediatrician will be available in the ground floor for certain time and you need to take your new born baby to him he won't come to see.

I would like to inform and suggest everyone to avoid this hospital please find a professional hospital where u can atleast talk to doctors and have councelling with doctors.if you have an emergency in night time no doctor will be available except duty nurse.don't expect good response.

One of the worst hospital they are charging 200-500 for every small work and their waiting is almost 12-15 hour for 1 glucose to take 1 day bed charge. Cheap hospital

I have visited for my MOM eye check-up. I called the hospital and suggested they can come at 6PM & on 6: 15PM the number was given. The Hospital is overcrowded and not following any of the covid guidelines. The Hospital is equivalent to a Government hospital. The staff will alway tell you to wait, wait.and even if your number is below 10 you have to spend 2-3hrs to test to complete, iof not done the next day. The logic on check-up and poor management, not clear on the way to handle the patient. Better to get tested with some good eye hospital. Money making machine.indeed it was a good hospital initially but now it’s nothing but money making machine.its not only about vaccine it to do with almost all of their services.unfortunately in this hard times where govt is trying to give free vaccine to most of us Mina at one is charging extra where no other hospital in hyderabad is charging INR300 to give vaccine. Mina hospital is charging one thousand rupees for covisheild. I suggest go for other hospital.

We came to this hospital in ninnth month of pregnancy as the existing treatment hospital wale doosra hospital lejavo boleto ham Mina hospital naam sunke aayi. My wife is safe after infusion of platelets and undergone labour blessed with healthy baby. Thanks to Dr Soheba madam lak lak shukr

One of our relative suggested about this hospital nd we went at the very last moment almost in labour but the doctor and staff has completely corporate with us nd the way one of staff member did counseling was satisfying both mother nd baby was healthy

I know this hospital for the past 15 years. I have brought my daughter for delivery but delay ke vajjese caesarean karnapada. We are happy with the mother a nd child healthy after s ome time in nicu. Staff and dr madam is good they have provided CV ood as lock down is there.

We have visited to this hospital after recommendation of friends and relatives after repeated failures of pregnancies and ectopic pregnancy.in emergency we have visited this hospital where in they have admitted midnight and treated well.now she is fairly well.thanks to Dr Soheba madam and the staff for their support during hard time.

Visited the hospital yesterday (21st April) for an eye check up. The hospital especially the maternity ward is flooded with patients (Probably because of lockdown). Worst part is very few of them were wearing facemasks. Even the staff seems to not care about covid-19 precautionary measures. Had respect for Dr. Hidayatullah, but unfortunately the way the couple manage is not up to mark. Since no one is accepting any patients elsewhere this hospital is takimg in all of th with no regards of their staff and other patients. Disappointed.
