Minerva Grand - Kompally

One of the worst customer service for breakfast.
There’s only one guy to take order and he keeps hours to get to the table. And the order can’t always keep it short they take every order fresh from the stores grind it and freshly prepare which obviously takes hours. Being busy and customer needs to call their staff again and again for the order and they always say 1min 2mins and it takes hours to get to the table.
There is no choice basis and they don’t cancel for what is getting late and keep customers waiting for long hours.
Such a bad customer service experience.
People spend their valuable time and this is what they get.

We had lunch today and it is one of the worst experience regarding service, food quality and timing. Even they charge water which is supposed to be given for free along with food. Had discussed these issues with the manager and was told that it is management decision. I wouldn't suggest this restaurant unless there are no other alternatives.

They haven't served their breakfast early, if you are planning to go check before and go.

Nice place, ambience, service & taste in food. Prices are on higher side but worth the experience.

This place is well established restaurant in Hyderabad and recently opened their branch in Kompally, they are known for their vegetarian dishes especially breakfast dishes. We had Gunter idly, button idly, rava masala dosa, Chole bathura, basundi and filter coffee, all the dishes tasted delicious, although it's expensive, it offers fine dining experience with beautiful ambience, staff are cordial and service is quick.

Great ambience, very neat layout, but unfortunately very average fare. On the plus side the price is very reasonable. Definitely worth a breakfast visit if you happen to stay in Kompally.

It was long due for kompally. Finally wait was over. Minerva ki idly and Minerva ka butter masala dosa.living upto it's expectations. Kudos Team Minerva for taking the right step forward with outlet in Kompally. Loved the ambience, Customer service and taste. Keep it Up #Team_Minerva

Finally The Hyderabad's Favourite Vegetarian Restaurant "Minerva Coffee Shop" & Non-veg Restaurant "Bluefox" are OPENED at Kompally. With Accommodation as well. It's a Beautiful Hotel. Highly Recommendable for a FAMILY Outing.

It's the perfect place for dining. The atmosphere of the hotel is beautiful and overwhelming. I'd totally suggest this place for both family and social gatherings. ️

Excellent ambience. Well designed interiors long awaited at Kompally. Tadty breakfast though bit expensive.

Me and My-Friend visited this place: Had The Meals for our Lunch, the food was Great and delicious, also they have the best-team for customer-services, what i have observed is they are kind and polite....... I would recommend family & friends to visit this place and have a great-food....... And also the prices are pretty-decent!
