Minerva Grand Kondapur

I hav stayed at Minerva Grand many times in last 3 years. I should say their location offers great flexibility and commute b/w Kondapur, gachibowli and Hitech City. Proximity to shopping, great food at blue fox.

Always include breakfast in the room. Their breakfast buffet is one of the very best in hyderabad.

Service is good but has to improve a bit

Excellent hotel near HiTech city and HiTech Exhibition area in Hyderabad. Hotel services and staff behaviour was gentle and professional.

Minerva Grand @ Kondapur is a very nice place where you can take your friends, families and teams for nice breakfast, lunch or dinner. Tasty food, lots of dishes, ambience is nice. Credit and Debit cards are accepted for Bill payments, ample parking available, Good customer service

I went for a buffet on Sunday morning. It was functioning with 100% occupancy. The staff was not able to refill the required items properly and they delayed it a lot.
The ambience was good bit the service was bad. So I can say this place we cannot expect value for money.
The taste of the food was just OK.
My expectations were not in line with the brand value it is carrying in the market.
Will not recommend to anyone.

Service pathetic and managers are insensitive. They just don't care. We went for AlCarte as there was rush for buffet.
They just took 1.5 hrs to serve a terribly tasting food. When approached the manager he wasn't bothered and was insensitive too. Felt hurt, cheated and fooled.
Just avoid this place.

Good location, spacious and clean room, comfortable bed, nice decor. Bathroom did not have proper enclosure for shower area, so WC area can get wet. South Indian breakfast, which was adequate.but no fruits.

Food was ok. Some dishes name was written in telegu (English character). Limited variety. Lights can be little brighter.tasted non veg only

Nice place to have a conference or stay at at the hotel. It has a large hall and a open terrace food service.

Attended a friends engagement party recently and the buffet was delicious. It is pretty decent and organized, I would recommend this place for delicious food.

No smoking rooms and for smoking we need to go to 1st floor
No room service boys. I don't prefer next time

Have been here couple of times for team lunch and has wide variety of dishes both veg and non veg.candle light ambience make u feel a bit different.

Nice hotel with good facility but poor front desk. I booked as early morning check-in but at the time of check-in they refused and insisted on 12 o clock check-in. And staff at front desk of the behavior that, if u want to stay, stay otherwise leave. I would call poor service from front desk staff.

It's awesome. We for an occasion on my brother's weddin, the serving was nice and the hall was big. The food is tasty

Minerva Grand Kondapur. Is a very good place to live but the price is little overrated. The location is near to many offices. And the rooms are also spaceous.

Food and service is very good. Ambience is excellent.

They should work on item shortage during peak time.

Had my Kids 1st Bday party in the Mconvention hall. It was a wonderful experience working with the staff. The ambience is very good. Mr Srinivas Reddy and Rama Krishna were very helpful. The food was also good, however the starters service can improve.

Dishes are delicious. Very high rush when we visited. For rotis you have to ask separately in buffet. Few of my friends thought Rotis were not available in buffet. Taste, ambience and infrastructure is very good.

Pleasant place. As it is always busy slow service should be expected. Food is good n staff is accommodating.

Good food. In the banquet halls the carpets need to be cleaned regularly since lot of food particles fall daily. It can be very nastily infected if not cleaned and sanitized

Decent enough buffet for 425/- (after corporate discount). Food 4/5. Ambience 4/5. Had to wait for long time for food though.

Very decent and affordable hotel. Facilities and staff are very good. This is good for arranging small functions and get together.

In the very beginning, we found a cockroach on the table which is too strange in such a costly restaurant and then decided to shift to other table. Taste of starters, main course was like ok ok. Roti ordered was like very cool. Better to opt something else instead Grand Minerva/blue fox
