Equipment doesn't work. Too rush for weights. But maintaining. Couch are good in helping

I am going to this gym from past 10 years. It was a great gym. Nothing has been changes since then. Poor maintenance. Same old machinery with zero maintenance. Half of them are not working most of the time.
