Muslim Maternity and Children's Hospital

All the workers always Beggs for a tip, there is very few staff on the reception, which is creating a huge problem for the billing purpose it's taking lots f time.

This hospital is good but u should be understand the probm of patients huv to understand the prblm

Worst staff not active during day not at all at night, no facilities for attenders. No cleanliness cockroaches are roaming all around the labour room 3rd class hospital but charges and attitude of staff is about to touch the sky.

But the Muslim region staff members behaviour is not good with the patient and Scan DR is very Rude and her behavior is not good with patient. SONOLOGIST SCAN DR

Allhumdulillah I satisfied with the staff and doctors. As two pregnency I was hee only now too.

Hospital and management is well and good but the staff in ICU and pharmacy people are in collusion. They intentionally order things from pharmacy and they use same for other kids in ICU and remained things sells products back to pharmacy.

While loaded with women patients Doctor went for training classes which was disgusting. Upon that doctors discussing themselves like we got a time for refreshment to get relieved from patients. Excuse me! We're paying money for each visit and for each service hospital providing so, kindly behave accordingly please.

Yeh hospetal 1star bhi bohat deriun, very cheap hospital cheap and 3rd class doctors, Main to inke Upar police complaint kar ti thi mummy nako karo bole, itne gales doctor and sisters hai ap margaye to bhi inko parwa nai hai aj bhi yadh ate inke harkata khuda garad kare yeh doctors ko naam ke muslim hai yeh log

Worst hospital. The complete illiterate staff. They are just concerned about money but not patient.poor and under experience doctors just preferring for C section. Better to go govt hospitals.
Waste hospital the behaviour of each one is very bad. Never go to this hospital. Doctors should have positive attitude and to encourage patients for normal delivery instead of getting things ready for cesarean. And a particular doctor should have record of their respective patients. During my every visit different doctors were there for checkup under the supervision of Dr Manasa she ensured me for normal delivery BUT at the time of delivery a new doctor (Dr Shilpa nd Dr Jannath) did the cesarean within no time though I was in labour. Doctors should realise the postpartum pain and try for normal delivery.

Worst hospital, uneven billing, trapping patients to pay extra money, highly not recommended

Recently my sister suddenly broke her water n we rush her to hospital, the duty doctors waited unnecessary for normal delivery, got done c section very late bcoz her child would not be alive if they waited more. No water in womb the child is in nicu ward since birth very week. Now we are being loot for lengthy bills for child ward because for negligence of so called doctors. Please don't play with lives. Get experience doctors on Sundays too.

My friend's child (Aisyah) is a former 7th grader from an Islamic High School, he's there in 2013's Christmas after he was beaten by fellow Muslims for not praying during an Islamic class. His mates hurts his hands, after the principle noticed, she sent him to the hospital for check ups, The Doctor sent him to a Pediatric ward and the nurse only opens Panadol which only make his sickness extended. After the nurses used Codeine, he recovers fast

I don't like the process. No doubt doctors are very nice and wel mannered whereas the other staff like reception staff was very rude and there is only one staff at reception to handle which takes a long time to give appointment... We have to wait for soo long just to show the reports also. The whole day is weh have to stay in hospital just to show the report.worst staff at reception.

I have never experienced this type of wrost service in my life, very bad management services as well as the nurses, i don't think so they have experienced doctor's over there because they even don't know how to read any report.

Unhygienic place with no handwash or tissues in washrooms.even after urine test you have to wash your hands in dirty basins without handwash or soap.
Stupid policy of not allowing husbands also. If a couple stays alone without any female member, the pregnant lady has to run alone & manage all tests here.
Please never visit this place. It was a blunder on my side. I had no one with me except my husband whom they did not allow to enter.
All the staff are arrogant women who won't listen to you & will be busy on their mobiles. Doctors are extremely rude.

My sister afreen begum, her first delivery. She was with negative thoughts in the begging, however Rama mam suggested me to continue with the baby. And guided her with all the necessary precautions and was always well looking at the patients.

Very good treatment. Doctors are very cooperative. It's a very neat and clean hospital. Staffs are caring. Equipped with high end equipments. Management is great. Improvement is a continuous process. Doctors are really great.

One of the worst hospital. Doctors are Freshers with no experience. They will make blood tests again again without any proper reason. All medical staffs are Freshers, they don't have any experience. Blood test staff miss the blood samples and told to give again. I mean, totally irresponsible hospital. The hospital is running only for money making. The Owner of the hospital don't care. One of the worst hospitals of Old City! It's a Muslim maternity hospital just for the name sake but shows no sign in their behaviour! Rude and pathetic behaviour of staff from watchman, attender, billing receptionist and medical staff all are passenger of the same boat! Nil facilities compared to other hospitals like Pushpa, Usha and Fernandez but cost is almost similar! There's no proper sitting arrangements for men only in temporary make shift tents, that's pathetic facility! I urge people to don't consider this option due to cost because it's the same cost compare to other hospitals but the facilities you receive in other hospitals are amazing:) I hope this helps you take better decision!

Low prices then other maternity hospitals. But Little active and correct response is needed from every nurse and receptionist, Bcz Men is not allowed inside where as women/girls with health conditions should be responible for all treatments by themselves, so if there is no proper response they need to walk a lot here n there having pain and in tiredness. Cleanly maintained premises but washrooms should be more clean as kids n pregnent women are using it mostly. Men should be allowed atleast to collect and submit reports. And staff should have deeper knowledge on every topic of hospital instead of discussing family matters.

My sister is in hospital. I try to contact them on cell phone but it was not reachable So I called the reception and asked her if she can call any of my family member.but she couldn’t understand anything she hang up the phone and she was so rude. When I see hospital from inside it was in a really bad condition and no one care about patient i never ever recommend any of my family and friends.when you open a hospital staff should be trained how to treat a patient and family member. When I see the ICU (so called emergency room) from inside it smells really bad and the paint from the wall is coming out. They asked my sister who is patient and my mom to be bare foot because they so called moped the floor which is hard to believe looking at the floor and the staff is wearing shoes.how could they ask a patient to be bare foot which is disgusting and unprofessional please it’s a request never ever anyone go to this hospital you are going to regret.

Need to maintain the hospital, though they can do it, implementing strict rules shall make a difference. Nevertheless, Good and cheap services compared to others corporate hospitals.

The hospital have reasonable pricing and quite dedicated team of doctors. Unlike other hospitals they don't indulge in billing up for monetary benefits.
