Employees are very good they are well performed easily converting customers to purchase things

I called 100 times but no one answer it's a real time waste and totally vvvvv bad worst service

I usually go to recharge my husband phone but the counter boy is so rude that sometimes I feel like bashing him up but then I have started ignoring and stopped going there

It's customer service is good and they have other mobile accessories, New phones etc for sale. You can take new SIM here. The place is under staffed. Expect delays in Peak hours.

Employes of this store is not doing there job sincerely. They are delaying the coustomers. Simply we can say them work theft.

No proper response and support from customer executives abs n this store when a customer comes up with product related queries. They seems to be quite arrogant and don't even bother to show products or even atleast to talk.

I went to purchase jio phone, but along with phone, they are saying headphones and phone holder are mandate and customer has buy,
phone cost 1499 (13 months recharge plan), headphones 149 (worst quality), jp plan 125 and for rs 127 they charge extra and saying you will get bill next month.total they charge 1900,
And not explaining about plan or products just generating bill that it's,
Worst service.

Staff are not all friendly, unorganized staff, one staff is begging another staff to see other instead of time passing on Mobile. They 3 staff eat at same time as if in wedding, customers hv to wait for them till they eat, they should eat one by one so tht other ll assist customers.

No one to ask so they're just enjoying the showroom.

The support did a great job. Had issues with calls messaging and account status. He could resolve them quickly. Great job.

The staff firstly doesnt value customers and due to some reason i ignored and taken the service for porting my number.

But after porting i got to know they taken 100rs extra for porting in name of prime membership which is free when someone ports im jio.

Hence these guys are fraud.

Customer freindly outlet. The executive were very helpful, courteous and professional. It was a pleasure visiting this jio outlet.

One of the worst stores at Vijayanagar colony. The kids who run the shop are so arrogant and irresponsible. The way the store executive spoke was disgusting! #Jio is worst so are these franchise

Only one person in the store and he was also listening songs, he didn't do my work. Thought to complain to cust care but went to other store.

I had applied for Sim porting. They assured me that they would take one week for the same. It's been a month my number isn't ported and when I try to contact them they don't recive my calls!
