The people here are behaving very badly. It's been a week or two that I have been coming here for SIM but my work is not getting done. Whenever I come, they say come tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. The people here are very bad.
They don't have much expertise in their job. They just do the simple selling and new SIM card issual through online ekyc. They do not know what all can be done if there are other issues like sim lock, offline kyc verification etc. If you have such issues with your SIM card better visit bigger Jio stores in cities where you have better jio professionals who know what to do and how to help you within minutes. Don't go here for such problems it will be a waste of time.
I want to give zero but unfortunately that is not possible so giving 1. When I went to Jiofi router he told it's mandatory to buy 3rd party mobile security application and he told its complimentary but when I see Bill it is chargeable. After seeing that Bill When I asked store manager very rude even shouting on the customers. Please think before going to the store.
The sales person Mirza has misleadEd and took the payment and I did not receive the service. Scammed. Please do not fall trap to the sales people from jio!
Shouldn't even give 1 star. This store representatives are some fraud, uneducated, rude pieces of junk. Went to take a new sim card. First they said I won't get new numbers and will get random generated numbers which might be some already existing inactive numbers of some ex- jio customers. Asking upon that if I get calls from random people who might think of me as the previous people and breaching my privacy they were like take it of leave it.was in a rush so paid for new/old sim. Didn't get any order ID, no phone number, no sms confirmation nothing even after 48 hours. Went back again and after 1 hr long hassle and savage exchange got my money back. Hope this will prevent other people from wasting their mood and time as well.
Pathetic service for jio Fiber connection. I applied relocation installation in July, no installation done till now and worst response to the customers. The technical team is incompetent and inefficient to complete work assigned. They don't even visit the premises and make excuses. The technical managers and TLs here have no skills to deal with customer requests.
Based on this absolutely pathetic and unprofessional experience, I cancelled the jio fiber connection on 12 aug but till today the cancellation request is not processed, frustrating.
Close my jio fiber connection immediately! I am done with your pathetic customer service.
