Best indoor swimming pool in the manikonda area with a temperature control option. We can go swimming even in the winter and rainy season as it is temperature controlled. Maintenance of the pool is good and ample space for changing and shower rooms.
I came with my sister's and mother and my wife and I want to complain against your staff becoz they are sitting in front of us and staring continuously what kind of this behaviour I want action against of them otherwise i complain to ur near by police station I want action I feel very uncomfortable and my hole family will feel very bad this is your responsibility to make ur customers un happy take action against them immediately.
The swimming pool serves the purpose for people in and around Alkapuri township. They had different subscription options including pay per visit. The prices are very nominal. Overall swimming pool is a good value for buck option. It is a full lap length pool with height varying from 3 ft to 6 ft. You need to time your visit to avoid the crowd.
Swimming pool is spacious and maintains with temperature control.timing and coach availability and payments are very flexible.bathroom and changing rooms are not well maintained and need to be cleaned and painted
This swimming pool is good, in this facilities and amenities provided by the pool are satisfactory and suitable for swimming, coach Anand is good and he is skilled and knowledgeable in teaching swimming.especially for beginners it is easy to lern with the help of coach
Very good pool. Water quality is good and nice indoor pool. Happy to hear that it is also temperature controlled pool and will have hot water in mansoon and winter.
Not sure if it was me who felt about the services. Coaches should know how to handle kids and train them, you can't push every other kid into water forcefuly. Make them aware of tricks and show them how to swim. Wanted to join my kid for regular swimming with coach but dropped off with the staff behavior. I would like to visit again to see if any improvement to decide finally.
The pool is good. Visisted along with my 9 years kid and enjoyed a lot on the first week of this month. My kid first swim, after two days noticed that my kid got allergy on the skin, continuously got blood for one week (cold). He recovered completely after 10 days. Doctor said the because of sensitive skin he got the allergy OR swimming water. Me too not sure but i suggest parents don't swim kids for long hours at the first time, test for 30 mins intitially for 2 or 3 times then continue.
If you want to go for learning pay for 15 day's and take a coach for 500. You will learn with in 15 day's. But these guy force you to pay for full month you may not attend all day's soo money is waste.and after learning if come regularly r in weekend they will talk politely and friendly ask to pay weekend packs or any other packages. If something happens to you may not come for swimming for 2 month's they say it's not valid beware with this frauds activity. Thinking twice when you pay. And mainly after you learn how to swim they ask for party which is cost around 1500 coach will ask after 15 day's this is hidden tax.think twice when you deal with this stupid staff and management.
It's good only if you swim on your own. If you want coaching, it's waste of money and time. While joining they say coach is available even at 6 AM, but after joining they ask us to come after 7 as coach will come after that and he often doesn't come. Also coaching is pathetic, they just know to swim and they don't teach children in a systematic way. Once you learn basics from them, you will never be able to swim in a proper way.
Pathetic showers and chaging area. Don't even think about taking coaching, its just timepass for them, they don't even spend 5mins with each kid for coaching. They don't even listen if we ask about it. Disgusting.
Pool was clean and well maintained. Separate pool time for ladies where men not allowed and they provide a lady trainer, I personally loved my trainer Jyothsna she guides very well and her motivating levels are outstanding
Not one or two.but 3! 3 workers are always present at the pool, but all of them busy in phones, it hardly takes 2 mins to wipe off the stagnant water in the changing area.
Just giving large pool isn't sufficient, maintaining it is equally important.rotten underwear, plastic bottles, water standing at ankle level in showers and foul smell due to it, makes one never return to this pool.if this can be solved, this would be the best pool in the 5 km vicinity.
Worst one, rainy season still the owner not installed heaters. When we took he said in a month time he is going to install heaters. Don't waste your Hard earned money. Trainers also mis behaving with ladies. We have to pay extra amount to trainer, even after we pay trainer fee as part of our monthly or quarterly or with half early. If you pay extra amount, then only they will focus otherwise they tell stories from outside of pool. Good thing lady trainer is good, she teaches to everyone in a nice manner.
1. Pool is not maintained properly 2. Washrooms are horrible 3. No crowd management and I felt management is only responsible for billing. 4. People (adults especially) coming in should be equally responsible to share the pool rather than over spitting and swimming whatever direction they want.
Waste of time and money. Don't come if you don't know swimming. The trainers are useless. They will show interest when you pay privately. Changing rooms are worst.
The swimming pool itself is fine. However the bathrooms are not maintained at all. They are in a pathetic state always. It smells bad and there is litter all around. I don't think they clean it even once a week. Most of the doors do not have locks as well.
Coaching is a joke. Do not opt for coaching as you will be wasting 1000 rupees for nothing. They do not concentrate on coaching and are mostly on phones at all times.
Had been there and learned swimming within a week.the instructors were gud.i personally preferred sreenu.me along wid kids and husband had been there.gud for family time as well.but a bit crowded most of the time and cleanliness might be improved.especially the change area.
Staff behaviour is so rude and using abusive language infront of others about women's body won't make customers.especially jyothsna, lady trainer. We thought myra is a professional but it was too worst.
We don't have zero rating so that I'm giving 1 Star
Swimming is a life saving skill and who wouldn't want to learn and master it if you have a big, well maintained swimming pool nearby? MYRA indoor swimming pool located in Alkapuri township is a newly built well-maintained pool open round the year. It has many skilled coaches available to get you started with swimming. My two kids have learnt couple of basic swimming styles this summer and conquered fear of water depths too. Coaches (Mr. Bheem and Mr. Srinu) I have interacted with are very kids friendly and skilled. Owner takes care of pool with so much of passion. I have seen him around interacting with customers personally to find learning progress and takes, assess, address customer complaints. I hope this maintenance continues!
