Firstly it's very costly.and s common man can not afford it.more over Receptionist are very rude they don't even understand the emergency when I visited with my small kid due.

No covid protocols followed by receptionists.
No masks, rude behavior.
No masks for the patients who come here either! No one cares about covid here.

Receptionists don’t know how to treat patients, didn’t even bother to give basic instructions.

Cost is on par with multinational conglomerates but services are not even close. And more than twice the surrounding big ophthalmology hospital.

Waiting time of 30 minutes, no one waiting outside just us. Maybe the previous patient took that long, understandable.

We had no choice. But if you do, go somewhere else.

Worst receptionists. Don’t go here. Go to shree netralaya. Cheaper and better service

Visited Nanomedi x for eye treatment,
Dr is very calm composed, listens you, takes time, takes notes in his files for future reference.

Explains with reasoning and gives best treatment.

Doctor treats very well but Worst receptionists ever, receptions are too rude towards patients. Total there are 3 receptionists, they wantedly make patients to wait nearly for 2-3hrs, if we question for that they will tell to wait till the hospital gets close.
