Not good salon not good staff not good manager not good environment no salary staff not good service

It was unhydegenic. Sheets on bed were not being changed after use by previous customer/s. Poor customer service as we need to prepare the bed/chair ourselves. Also, they collected GST amount but did not give receipt telling that printer is not working. Without bill, u are just paying GST amount to the pockets of the business. Service may be improved. Quality as well as compassion from the staff and maintaining bill machine correct may help

Extremely dissatisfied with the service. What was communicated and what was delivered are very different.

The place is decent, but the stylist did a horrible job of hair cut. Also they charged ₹100 more than other naturals outlets. Not going back here again.

Had a very bad experience.
I got a very basic haircut that even a local saloon that charges rupees 60 will do, but naturals tried to force me into paying for the advance haircut. I would like to know what the hell is basic haircut according to them.
The receptionist has a very bad attitude with zero listening skills.
I request everyone to not visit the palce.

I have had way better cut in less time and at naturals itself as I’m a member here.
They don’t use blade because of Covid but there employees watch insta reels while sitting at the reception in front of customers at full volume and without mask, perfect! (they use blades to get better cut other than this branch of naturals. I know, Cause I have been to there)
They don’t understand instructions, at last they do whatever they want
Really disappointed at the service.
God I am never returning here!

I got my haircut and other facial services. Omika gave my hair the right amount of layers that I wanted. I have super thick hair, so it’s not easy, to say the least. Deepa also did an excellent job and she was very courteous. Highly recommend this place.

Got the best haircut I’ve ever had in Hyderabad. The staff was super friendly, professional and did the haircut based on my preference, was very precise with how much hair I asked him to cut. I am happy with the new hairstyle. Definitely going back!

Ask for Mr. Osman from Haryana. He goes about his job very well. Talks to customer to understand the requirement n gives appropriate suggestions. He means business. Takes his time n highly skilled!

If I could give 10 stars I would.i went 4 haircut &haircolor and was very nervous. I was made to feel very welcome not silly. (ALi was so professional as and kind). I felt like I had known him for years! Definitely will be going back to the little heaven in.

If you go to get eyebrow threading done, only ask for Harita. The other beauticians do not do a great job.

Whenever i call the salon for appointment they say they are busy. They don't appear to be willing to accept work. I have never visited the salon as i never got an appointment.

From nice and decent hairstyle to funky, cool and modern trends one can get the hair and beard styled here. Santosh does hairstyling + beard shaping really well!
Take a membership card it'll help in some discount.

Place is not all that clean. You can smell food onion from beauticians hands. Santosh is a good stylist comparitively cleaner than the rest.place is sad though

Waste salon, they give appointment and when you go there no one is responding, only one barber for multiple clients. Never prefer this place.

The hair stylist is good.i dunno his name but he is just awesome but the cost is too high n since they r giving off for members its gud. I loved it

I would like to share the real experience which I had in this shop. I have been to many renowned salons before had very good experience even I have been to naturals many a time in diff cities and I always steped out with a simle but this time it was really a bad experience
1. Language barrier
2. Hairstylist do not want to listen my requirements
3. I explained him what I want and he was like the thing which you are saying can't be done.

I was like dude since 6 years I have been changing styles and this was one of them and easily all the styler are able to do even I showed him my photograph to see (language prblm) still he said its nonot possible

4. My sibling have a membership too and I paid using the same! But this place sucks! Man

5. I am new to the city however I have good trust on this brand however this guys!

And the age of Customer SatifaSatisfaction if they do like this then you are out of the leauge man many brands are there to serve as the cus are paying a good amount they expect service to be the same.

Totally waste of money, prices are very high but their services are very very bad, compared to them local facials are far bettet with reasonable prices. Most importantly they are charging 18% gst, which they wont tell before, the amount we paid will be enough to the facial at other parlour, they wont do proper massage also, even after spends thousands of money we wont see any difference or facial effect, they are cheating the people, finally what i want to say is if any one want to donate thousands of amount to naturals, go there.
