Worst facial service ever. I have opted for skin revival facial as told by the beautician. They have only put face mask twice for 20 mins each and the facial is done! Skin has become even more dry. My worst experience with naturals so far!

I highly recommend this for eyebrow threading. It is perfect. But for hair cut i don't recommend this. After hair cut we don't know whether it is layer cut or deep v cut. 3 yrs back i did my hair cut in chennai karapakam branch and it is awesome. Rekha and her team did a good job. Dried my hair and did curling. But here it is not up to the mark. And tan pack. First time i did but not that much effective. Waste of time and money. And one stupid thing. Please mention your prices including gst. First we think abba its 500 only. But after coming
You wil say 500 plus gst. Then we get heart attack. ‍️
And above 4 stars are for eyebrow threading.

Only had back message done. The only is the timing. The procedure is timed for just 15 mins for 800rps. Which I feel can be addressed. Cutting a star for the same.

I live in beeramguda but I come to chandanagar as they give the best service compared to any outlet. @mamatha gave mepedicurea nd did waxing.she was very careful and skilled in doing her job. I liked her so much.i recommend her to everyone in my family. @Farooq was very skillful and talented person.he gave me hair spa treatment and a haircut.i always ask for him to do my service.both were excellent in doing their task.

Yesterday I had been to naturals chandanagar which is above More super market. I really had a bad experience with the beautician Laxmi for facial service. She was in total hurry burry to finish it off asap. She was totally annoying. She did not give me the proper steaming. May be a minute or two, my pores did not get open and she did not wait till I sweat atleast. Steaming is important as well for the facial glow. There was a two steps of face pack application and both the times first she applied it on her palms and then on my face. When I questioned her about applying with the fingers she was continuosly saying sorry. My money gone wasted with this beautician. Five years ago I had this kind of bad experience in the same branch and I stopped visiting it for vey long. I really don't recommend this branch specifically because there is no fear In the beauticians for getting caught by the client. There were some really good beauticians in the past like bhavani, shabana, shanthi.

Only lakshmi service is very good. Because of her the salon gets atleast 2 stars.she does a very nice job in eyebrows n facials but the hair stylist Farooq is the worst. I doubt if he is even trained. He cuts hair in 10mins even if it is layered and doesn't even care to set it properly.

Hair stylist was not well trained and least interested in doing haircut, he randomly cut my hair and completed haircut jist in 3min. I never experienced such a worst service.
I strongly recommend no one to visist this store.

Visited Naturals chandanagar branch today for facial, body massage and hair cut. Had the worst experience ever. The lady put the face pack in my hair, so much that it took my hair to be washed twice. The guy (Farooq) who done my haircut took the cover (which they put around the neck) off so badly that it pulled my hair badly. Did not even say sorry for that. The staff is very non-caring. I was visiting naturals after 2 years hoping it improved but they have not failed in disappointing me.

I regret for being a member in Naturals since 1 year! Recently I had a skin lightening facial but there is no 1%improvement on my skin. Waste of money! Wantedly they make you to go for higher amount facials which were waste of money! Deeply saddened for the service! Dont ever visit this salon!

Went for permanent hair straightening service to Chandanagr branch, hair stylist Mohit took good amount of time dealing with with my hair with patience and care. Really happy with the service.

Worst makeup and waste of money ruined complete bridal look and the staff don't even know how to drape a saree and apply makeup but the prices are too high better first hire or train good staff then decide the price list. Unworthy salon

I got keratin treatment from naturals and the mohit was the expert who treated me. The results are really good.good work by mohit

So I used to come to this particular branch of naturals for hair spa 2 years back. And today’s experience beats that.
I need to mention Mohit who did my hair spa (frizz ease). As soon as he saw my hair he asked me if I use henna regularly, which I do. He then used this really clever simile to explain how henna damages and dries our hair.

He was very efficient and his forehead massage and head massage did wonders.
Overall the experience was really nice and I may go back again for a haircut and keratin treatment (suggested by Mohit).

Worst parlour and worst service I ever had. I went for manicure and didn't even touch my nail can you imagine (either it may be cleaning or cutting). They just want finish the service and give bill in ur hand nothing else.same problem with my other services also.

Wrost exp without asking they will cut and shape what they now. Main thing some places with hair left didn't even know how to trim ugly experience

They are good but there's this one time, the lady doing my spa didn't handle my hair properly and all the moisture was gone. Give them clear instructions before hand so they'll be careful.

Verify the bill before you checkout. I have been charged 2000rs extra, fortunately I got to know this. Apart from this billing problem of management, service is good by the service staff.

It’s a cheating service as always. We ask for a particular service and they do a premium service without informing clearly and then make the expensive bill. While billing they are first swiping the card and then displaying the bill. Worst service ever, can’t trust such business. Any business should be clear and with trust.

Here workers are very friendly with customers. They also help you in choosing your hairstyle tho. They are professionals tho. It's really a quit good and expensive place, worth your bucks

Took my baby for hair cut, they completely tonsured. Worst service, staff want their work to be done in seconds.

1. Lack of ladies staff. Even Women's Exclusive sections are being handled by gents! Unisex means where Men and Women can visit, but Customer should always have an option at least or a choice to select, but here you wouldn't find one. Everything being handled by gents!
"Naturals" is such a huge brand, I don't know why they don't keep this in mind. Even Lingampally Naturals provide ladies staff for ladies hairstyling.

2. Service is good but nothing extraordinary.

3. Staffs are professional and well behaved.

4. Tax is the thing that makes everything bit expensive.

It's a worst place, don’t go to naturals in Chandanagar, Because they are charging 236/- for bear trim, it is too affordable. Outside barber shop will do better then naturals guys. 236/- charging from us not even good at all. Suggestion for reading my review please go to any salon except for naturals Chandanagar.

I am a first timer here, ambience is good, staff seems professional. Didn't took any service though.

Disappointing experience. Not at all recommend for hair styling.

The price they charge for the work they do is not at all justifiable. Recently I opted for make up and hair styling. Make up was acceptable (though not satisfied) but the the guy screwed my hair. I mentioned explicitly how the hair should be for which he said that I have wait for certain time after hair setting. But even after 4 hours nothing changed. I was able to get the expected style when I tried at home.
