Rica waxing without pre wax and post wax spray of Rica. They are managing with some substitute. Then didn't change the waxing bed cloth untill I asked. Beautician did not seem to be pro, she just pulled my skin hard without holding it, no pro techniques used.waxing was not done completely. I am totally disappointed with Naturals services.

Worst branch of all naturals branch, they don't do the work properly, everything was done incompletely. Pathetic service never visit this branch

Naturals @ dairy farm road. Haircut for my daughter was not done as per the instructions given. 2nd time in 5 months.the hair dresser's has done the cut as per his wish. I wouldn't refer this place to anyone.rather go to a local parlour or barber shop at least you would save Rs. 350

Not good, they are using high heat hair dryer, using normal shampoo, all quality lower than average, charging high.

I took a hair wash, and god knows what they use in their products like gold or silver.that they charge normal blast dry and hair wash 1180 rupees. Very unsatisfied service. And the rates are pathetic.

Worst worst salon ever they don’t take appointments, if we directly visit the salon they say they already have plenty of appointments and revisit them after 1-2hours worst and irresponsible staff specially the men staff! Just lazy to give service if possible change the staff! No offence

Visited this place today at 2.30 for a luxury hair spa. The treatment was very nice. First of all the place is well sanitized and hygienic. Took my first hair keratin spa treatment today. The process was very neat and nice hope will get good results. The reception person was very polite and very helpful in choosing the right hair spa for my hair type. The person who performed the spa was also very professional. Thanks to the staff and Salon.

This is the worst service I ever received I got a hair cut done and the hair rejuvenate spa done and I wanted to get my highlights done OH MY GOD the global colours they have are only black, extra black, and blondes and burgundy, they had nothing in highlights NO BROWNS they were carrying that huge catlog for showing off and nothing was available in it at all, I asked for a chocolate brown or any hazel tones or usual browns bcoz my hair naturally has a brown texture and I just wanted to embrace it and they said these colours are not be available in india OMG let’s just say it’s not available in their salon rather than INDIA and they arent admitting it.
The hair stylist was literally pulling my hair, the stylist handled it so NOT gently and then, after looking into the colour and there’s was nothing hence I said no to the colour
Because COVID going on they don’t have enough customers and they were just forcing me to do the hair colour for their profit and he was going on telling me to do global colour and highlights and they knew they weren’t enough colour however they tried to throw it over me though i said no they were trying to force me it ticked me off what if there was somebody else who doesn’t know much about what to get done with their hair and who has no idea about anything they would just fool the cust, it would be so UNFAIR for them, their bill would be so high and they would be so UNSATISFIED
the hair spa that he was suggesting was also the most costliest one because they couldn’t get me convinced for the hair colour their best efforts were to Tag me with the most expensive hair spa, in the end I choose hair repair and rejuvenate spa that’s always what I use to get done in the past, anyway he just did the service for the sake of doing it, I’m so disappointed with the service it was worst, my best friend would kill me if she gets to know that I choose naturals again even after she suggested urban clap for services that’s how much I expected from naturals, and their bill my god I don’t even want to get started about it they taxes were so high as always

THE KOMPALLY NATURALS BRANCH IS FAR BETTER

It's good but a bit expensive, staff are not that much friendly and you can't make your payment online there.
