Not upto to the mark as compared to better Naturals salons elsewhere. Needs a lot of improvement. Didn't give a bill, said printer isn't working, saw similar experiences by other users here, so clearly there is something wrong with the place

Rude employees. We went for a hair cut at 7: 50 pm since the closing time was mentioned as 9. There were two employees one was doing eye brows and the other one was talking to the first one. When we entered They were like it's close! They were kinda rude.my mom requested for threading atleast They were no we're busy.we close at 8. They could have told it in a pleasing manner but I really dint like there way of talking very unprofessional employees. Sometimes it's not only the service providing even these things matter.never gonna visit this salon again. Sorry not sorry

Please don't ever visit this naturals branch (near suchitra X road). They display one price in the catalogue and bill a higher price. The owner (some lady) is very rude, cunning and disrespects the customers. She refused to give the bill saying that the printer is not working. When we went away, she secretly generated the wrong bill and kept it with her. When we came back to ask about the prices and bill, she argued and disrespected. Don't ever go to this place if you wanna save your bucks.

Had a worst experience with the services of so called brand naturals. They didn’t follow the charges mentioned in catalogue and they didn’t provide bill as printer is not working when the customer is in saloon. They are charging extra prices more than in the catalogue and the owner is blaming the staff for not mentioning the extra price. But hard truth is owner herself is looting people’s money by not generating bill and then once you leaves the saloon, she has generated the bill for some other services which I didn’t take for lesser price and printed the bill. Still wondered “how come printer is not working when the customer is there once he left its working fine”. There is lot of price difference for the actual bill and the charges owner looting. I again cross checked everything went for the bill then she gave me a bill for lesser price and told that by mistakenly she has generated bill for lesser price. They are not at all following naturals guidelines and conditions.

Naturals, if you want to maintain your name then you should have to take care of all this. Because of this type of persons everyone lost faith in naturals brand.

Rates are not transparent! The rate card says 300 Rs for the Mani- Pedi and they charge you 700 claiming the rates changed with nothing in black and white.

Worst place ever! I have been to naturals for wax and the staff over there are under trained, They don't even know in which direction wax is applied and taken off. They treated my skin damn harsh and it's way too expensive. Overall, I had horrible experience and I suggest not to visit this place.
