They don't even do blow dry after hair wash kindly talk to them clearly before you go for service.

They are great at their services. Polite empathetic staff. Let them know your concerns rest assured, you will go happy. I usually opt for hair styling, beard and massage. Try calling them prior, take an appointment to avoid waiting.

I went for eyebrows threading.the staff (Savitri) is really rude and not at all welcoming although she did our eyebrows well. Never have i seen such rude behaviour towards customers. Air conditioning was also not working properly

Worst place to visit and don’t get cheated by seeing the name or fame, it’s a complete disaster service

The receiving was good but the air conditioning isn't working and you would feel irritating to sit. The overall service is 2 star, as the service was not worth the price

AC doesn’t work, you keep sweating while the haircut is going on. Even after telling they didn’t put any fan, just ignored.

Hair dresser didn’t use hair spray even after I asked for it and the hair setting lasted for only half a day for which I spent 1200.

And I got a handwritten bill for the first time from a Naturals salon. The owner said their branch is not added in Naturals after lockdown. Really not sure what that meant. If that’s the case, then it may not be in the chain too! Very strange!

Mr. Shahrukh has given an amazing haircut and I've had a wonderful and soothing icecream pedicure experience done by Ms. Savitri. Would definitely visit again.

You can visit this branch for the most terrible salon experience. Staff are rude, unskilled and unprofessional. This particular branch (Gachibowli) of naturals has the worst service ever. These people have no sense to talk to a customer and they charge hefty. I went there for waxing and they almost ripped my skin, changed the lady twice and they were laughing and not paying any attention. WASTE OF MONEY!

I had a great experience here. I took a facial which was done by Girija, her service was really good and she is well experienced and I would rate 5 out of 5. Overall my experience my was completely satisfying.
