Charges are too high com0ared to other professional saloons and there's gst charges too as if they are using new items every time with each customer

The employees dont have good communication skills to talk to their customers. Although they are able to do their job of hair-cutting and earn money but along with their job an employee should know how to interact with customers.
The way of interaction of the employees makes this salon similar to a regular roadside salon, the difference is that they are tagged with the name of 'Naturals' and opened their shop in a quiet reputed area. The employees are the face of any organization, but the way the employees behave or talk with the customers here are unacceptable.
I wanted to rate it in negative but since maps doesn't allow anything below 1-star, so that is the least I can rate it. But the salon is not worth of even 1-star also.

I have gone for a haircut today. I was not at all satisfied with the service. Staff was in hurry that she finished my layer cut in hardly 10minutes. Handled very roughly.

He took 2500 of facial, it’s too expensive, rather do facial at a local shop where they are transparent.

Krishna is awesome.so patient n values the customers so much! Naturals May be super brand.but without the proper n good employees any brand name can be spoiled.but bcoz of Krishna. Naturals brand in nanal nagar has been elevated!

Worst salon ever! I went there for waxing and basic cleanup. The lady tricked me into taking the most expensive facial and told me after she already applied the product. Cheaters!

Hey i have been to this saloon service was good done by Ruby n Naziya, me n my daughter got haircut done by them mine looks good but my daughter's hair are not even.

Lost my jewelry at the salon and the staff is responsible for not returning my stuff and acted like i didnt loose it there. Had a worst experience at a reputed salon. They can return simple clips and hairbands specks and show us, but if jewellery is lost they act as if they dont know about it. Very bad service.

I went here for facial, the service staff suggested detan for my back and applied a cream for it, it resulted in serious breakout and burns on my back. Stay away from their services as they might use expired products or suggest services that are of no value

Pathetic service.they spoilt my daughter's hair.there r no professional s there n they cld not even set her Hair after d hair cut.waxing felt like my skin wld b burnt n they were jus in.hurry coz they hv less staff to cater to all.worst experience

Hair cut was done by lady and 8t was worst I asked her to in proper shape but she said I can do only that much and rejected. Cost is too high and also tax. For U cut its 720. Not even mirrors chargers that much cost

I will begin with ambience, which is quite pleasant with soft lighting and peaceful music. I have been regularly visiting them. Been travelling 12kms to get it done from same stylist. Mostly it tends to get busy on weekends. Prior appointment is what I suggest you to go for. Staff are cordial and understood my needs, and treated accordingly. Seeing some amazing results for my hair smoothening treatment. Will recommend my friends to visit them.

I feel this is not a genuine store coz there was only 1 person in the store who did my basic haircut and said it costs 350 (without asking for membership).
When i said I'm a member, he asked me to give 320 (no Bill)
Other outlets would charge 200 for the same. He said, machine isn't working for bill and rates hiked due to covid.

Staff is well experienced and they know their job well. It is available at many locations. Their services are expensive when compared to other saloons. They maintain clean environment which is very important these days in covid.
Currently they are offering summer special offer. You can avail that too.

I have been so disappointed at Naturals! I went in for a Mani Pedi and waxing. The lady did not even know how to shape the nails. I taught her how to do it. She did not complete the basic steps of a Mani and pedi. Very dirty arrangements and never ever go in for their facials! My mom had severe breakouts after getting a facial there.

Worst Branch Ever. Disappointed totally. The female beauticians speaks in horrible local language no manners etiquette at all. Not a bit of Professionalism in the staff. They just have Menu and Rate card but they dosn’t have any stuff at all. No products are their whatever u ask them they say this is not their that is not their only single variety in waxing and that too the beauticians are using for themselves only in absence of owner. They are using the customers room for their personal services. So Unprofessional and Un-discipline. No computer bill is given manual bill is given only when we demand or-else no bill is given. Totally Horrible Experience better to close it.

I would say they offer good discounts then other ones and u know the products natural uses in all its branches are almost same. So taking about the service is decent. But the reason y I choose this is because of discounts

I think ruby is best in natulals.for all the works and suggestion.price may seem little high but people can try it.

Horrible service ever.
I walked in around 8.45pm on 25th march for threading, the lady who served me had no experience. She made by brows crooked and when asked she called the other girl and they both tried to convince me my brows match. I was coughing coz the lady applied a lot of power on my upper lip. Any person with little knowledge would use a tissue or dab cotton, but this lady BLEW on my face.how disgusting is that. I could still feel her pakora breadth on me.yuck!
I left thinking I would get my brows set in Lakme parlor forgetting about the bill, those girls not only made my feel disgusted and made my brows crooked but tried to rob me. I left and came back for the bill. Well, she did a favor on me by not charging me my eyebrows.
I called the supervisor that very night and sent him the pic of my brows and the receipt, told the entire story. He apologized, not quite sure why.
I hav'nt got any callback yet.
Some service you all have there. I would never go to a naturals salon and would NEVER recommend to any of my friends.

This is the worst Naturals palour I have come across overpriced compared to rate card girls working here have no experience, trying to sell the most expensive treatment infact this must have been the 3rd time I walked out from here they quotemore than whats required the facial products. Are changed the manager is hand in glove in this infact I have complained about the rude behavior of one of the girls to the owner but no respite I will be going to consumer court also

Good saloon. Staff are polite and skillful. Did exactly what I asked for, nothing more or nothing less, quite impressive and professional.

Professional Staff. Skillful work. Almost no wait time. Staff understands our requirements and needs quickly and in fact suggests better ideas.

The employees are the waste over nanal nagar. Service is totally horrabile. Only they know how to take money from customers. No better service nothing. I paid each n ever time more than 6k-7k.but only for brand name I go. If I ask to do pedicure only warm water some cream thatz all. No massage nothing. Please it's a request to give better service. Bcoz if we go then we need better service also. So plzzzz make it good.
