Have been visiting since inception of the place. Excellent service provided by all employees, especially by Rajitha. All of them are very friendly and welcoming during services.

Barkatpura branch. I don't know about the other branches. At the time of cutting the atmosphere will be good. Everyone will face the challenge after the cutting, when it comes to billing. The prices are too high and plus 18% SGST AND CGST is charged on price. No discount and value to customers who are regular. Such inflexibility and disregard for customer are concerning and could drive us to SEEK ALTERNATIVE SALON OPTIONS.

Great haircut, experienced staff, specially sudheer bhai i only prefer naturals for my haircut

The experience is very good. The hair stylist are very good. Sai K, my hairstylist is stylist and dresser for the last 1 year. My hair are in very good shape.

Sudhir bhai and M. Sai bhai are of great help.

Both are great stylist and takes care of your hair.

Overall very good experience visiting Naturals.

Did not like eyebrow shaping, charges are 3 times in comparison with normal parlour, but expertise is big zero, worst experience, don't want to visit again, hire qualified people. Don't reply fake i availed the service I visited and my feed back is 100 % geniue i i got it done on Tuesday around 6 pm check ur records paid 150 rs for eyebrows, upper lip and forehead.

I feel so relax so peaceful. It is a good place for body care. Once place for most of your needs. I felt relaxed and it was very soothing after a massage and facial. Will definitely visit again and will recommend all my family and friends too. Thank you.

Disappointed by the service and the haircut. Clearly not professional handling. Have visited lot of Naturals before, but everywhere they have such neat atmosphere, professional care, styling and everything. But here Not at all satisfied. Please hire staffs and stylist who can handle Professionally.

I don't recommend this place. Not at all satisfied with the service. 800 they charged for facial hardly with in 20 minutes she finished. The girl doesn't know the proper strokes of facial, place is not hygienic. A/C was not working properly.very dirty place. This place should get ZERO. Please don't waste your money here.

Hai my sis priyanka always go there for eye brows she said that it is very nice.apecially navitha mam ka service very good she always do. Eye brow massage after completing the eye brows.she very friendly.

I did not like the facial massage as my acne got increased more and also pedicure was not so good. Even after putting so much amount results were not satisfied.

Very pathetic no common sense in people working in Barkatpura branch I was waiting for 1h 30 mins and still job was not done being a regular customer they don’t deserve any rating.

I have been member since 2yrs (banglore location), this was the first time I went for hair service, waxing n threading.hairstylist Sudheer was so so professional.he was the best stylish I met till now.so gentle.n also location is easily accessible n salon is very spacious and pleasant.will definitely look back for other services

They charged me 1500 rupees for full hand mehendi but the mehendi artist shalini needs to take basic mehendi lessons. She doesnt have any design concept. She did a sloppy job of just putting huge lines to finish the work.it looked like the artwork done by 10 year old. They had the audacity to charge more for this service. They should offer mehendi service only after they have a proper artist who can draw a proper line and make some basic designs. I will never come back here for any other service as well.
